Leak was fixed, and the workmanship appeared to be good quality, but price was a bit higher than I expected. No Angie List discount or Senior discount was offered.

Eric showed up promptly within the estimated time window. He was extremely friendly and professional. He put covers over his shoes so as not to track mud through the house. I showed him where the toilet was. He took a look and immediately knew what the problem was. He replaced the fill valve and housing, explaining each step as he went. He also installed a new supply line to the toilet. I'm extremely pleased with this experience. I would recommend WaterWork Plumbing to my friends and family.

It went great. We had a back up in drain in the basement, We called Water Work Plumbing because they were on Angie's list and also local. They were able to fit us into the schedule. In fact they gave us a window from 3-5pm which was really good, but they called and asked if earlier would work since the plumber was done at another job and could come over right now. Well of course that was no problem. Once Ryan the plumber got here right away saw that it was a build up of grease in the pipe. He snaked it out and we ran water down the drain to make sure it was clear and it was. Very professional, fast, fairly priced. I would definitely hire them again. The service was exceptional. Starting with David who moved up my emergency appointment when another opportunity presented itself, Jerry and then John worked hours to correct the problem, reassuring me that they wouldn't leave until it was resolved. The thorough explanation of the service provided and probable next steps was clear and helpful without being condescending. I will certainly be using their services in the future and have already recommended them to others.

It went really well. It didn’t take a very long time to do the work and Ryan was very kind, confident and capable. I thought we were going to be stuck dealing with plumbing for the whole day, but no, he was done pretty quickly and we were able to go on about our day. We asked some questions about other work we may need done in the future and he was happy to explain things to us to give us a better idea going forward. When we do the upgrade work, we’ll definitely call WaterWork again and will specifically ask for Ryan.

We called several plumbers as the situation was urgent. Only one was available. They came and said it needed to be water jetted, charged us for work that wasn't performed, and gave us a +8K quote for main excavation. We were desperate and almost gave in. Then Waterwork Plumbing called that they had an opening. Ryan came, with another guy, and his confidence was an immediate sign that we are in good hands. He said he'll give himself 2 hours to fix it. If he fails, the problem is bigger than he estimates. After 45 minutes it was fixed, for a fraction of the cost the other guys were asking. He was our savior in the time of need--diligent, capable, professional. I wish everybody took pride in their work like he does. He definitely earned my future business.

Not well. When they replaced the hot water heater, they replumbed everything as we have 2 hot water heaters linked together. The guys seemed competent and professional. I asked multiple times and was reassured that in the future, should one tank go out, we could shut it off and continue to use the other until it was replaced. Everything seemed fine, moved on to toilet install and shower repair. Toilet was installed and looked fine. The guy disassembled the shower and discovered a leaky valve. He then reassembled, and told me he didn't have the part and that I should go get it and call him back when I had it so he could come back and fix. I would have expected for him to tell me that he would get the part and contact me when he had it to schedule a time to repair. He couldn't even tell me what the part was so that I could try to get it. So I responded back to WaterWork when they asked me for a review that I was dissatisfied, and to their credit, they sent a guy out promptly to fix the shower leak. BUT, since the first guy didn't notate the part needed, he had to come, take it apart, see the part, and then go all the way across town to get it. He installed it, but we were charged for all of the extra time that it took him to drive back and forth to get the part, which was I think around 2 extra hours. I wasn't happy but let it go. In the meantime, the toilet started moving when you sit or get up. I let that go too. Then our other water heater broke, and we discovered that despite all of their assurances to the contrary, they had NOT plumbed it as they said they did and we could not use the other hot water heater. I got someone out to fix it, and fairly quickly, but they charged me $480 for an emergency call to correct their error. The guy was in the house maximum 15 minutes. A couple of days later, the weather got colder and we went to check our humidifier as the house seemed dry. We discovered that they has disconnected it when they replumbed and never reconnected it. We couldn't do it because there was no water supply any longer going to the humidifier. At that point, I contacted the company to ask them to correct the problem of the rocking toilet and the humidifier, and to complain about the $480 service call, which was a couple of weeks ago and no one has responded. They have been responsive as far as getting people out, however, I do not expect to be charged for them to correct their mistakes. So if you are fortunate and get someone who does it right the first time, all will probably be good, but if they make a mistake, you can expect to pay again for the same service if you call them back.

Had originally called a different company who broke appointments Called Waterwork and 2 hours later Ryan arrived and took care of the drain problem and cleaned up after. Very professional. Cost a little more than the previous company, but they showed up. Highly recommend this Company!

This turned out to be the "service call from heaven". Service man, "Ryan" showed up ahead of scheduled time but did call first to say he was coming. Was very knowledgeable and professional in the way he went about performing the required work. Made sure to cover the floors and walkways as not to bring and unwanted dirt in or around the house. Was very considerate to make sure none of my dogs were in his way when he had to bring equipment or fixtures into the basement. I would definitely call them again if I have any problems in the future. Prices are very reasonable for the type of quality work they perform.

We’ve had a handy man and another plumber look at it and each and different (not effective ) solutions - one included jiggling the handle. 😣. Kris from Waterworks came out and knew immediately what it was. It was a little more extensive than she thought and ultimately had to go find/buy a part (we have a dual shower head - which made it a little non standard). She fixed it right up. She was prompt, professional, pleasant and ultimately solved a problem others didn’t. Yay Kris!!

Very well ... Becker was here for an hour, cleared the issue in the garbage disposal (we found the issue together) and then put a new trap onto the exit of the disposal. Very quick, friendly, and professional! I'd absolutely hire them again.

I called at 10am on a Tuesday and a plumber arrived the following day at 9am! I left the plumber to work while I went to my job. I was contacted by the office with an estimated time to completion around lunchtime (which was my request). After inspecting the work and using the new fixtures, I'm very happy. Highly recommend.

I noticed on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, we didn't have hot water. I called WaterWork Plumbing and they were able to come out and work on a fix, unfortunately the hot water tank couldn't be saved. They were back on Friday with a new one and I was taking a shower before noon! Thank you WaterWork Plumbing!

Plumber arrived on time, installed new American Standard toilet along with cast iron flange. Job well done.

Had three or four jobs I needed estimates for. Didn't want to fix everything at once for fear it would cost an arm and a let. The technician was nice, listened to my questions and was very efficient and finished priority work in one hour - saving me a lot of money. Would definitely hire the company (and Jamie) again.

Spoke with owner David directly; he provided several options; serviceman Mark arrived as scheduled and confirmed David’s options and estimate; performed work without issue; cleaned up after himself; very cordial and professional; explained entire process. Will definitely hire again if needed.

Came out right away, actually called to bump the appointment up because someone cancelled. Dispatch didn't relay to plumber that he needed to move a sink to get to the drain, so when he saw the clean out under the sink he wasn't too thrilled about having to work around the sink to get to the clean out. After I explained the sink is easily removed, it was fine. Did a great job, explained everything, clean up.

They were available to come out right away, showed up on time, were willing and able to work with the parts that I had purchased, kept everything clean and in the end sent me a check for $20 because I forgot to give them the coupon I had from Angie's list. It was so nice to finally find a contractor that I can count on. Thank you!

Great! WaterWork originally performed this job back in March, and the plumber repaired the faucet with a plastic part when it should have been replaced with a brass part (per Mark). I called them having issues with the faucet, and they came back the same day and replaced the part with the correct part free of charge. I have used WaterWork for other projects in the past and never had any issues, I recommend them to anyone in the area. I am disappointed that I will be moving outside of their service zone (Green Oak Township/Brighton), they are very reliable and take care of their customers.

They were great for annual drain snaking, but lost my business with a one-time service call for basement flooding. Plumber hemmed and hawed about having to go in the basement (yes, it's wet - that's why I called you!) When he indicated it was something he couldn't help with, he took 20+ minutes to write the invoice and leave, had not fixed the problem.

Mark did a fantastic job, and made sure everything worked perfectly. What a great guy (and expert plumber).

Dave was great! He quickly identified the issue and, even though it was not what I had originally described, he quickly shifted gears and found the solution. Dave was knowledgeable and courteous, answered all my questions and cleaned up afterward. Excellent!

They did a really good job! Arnie and Chris Becker, an Apprentice plumber, showed up on time, and were very professional and very nice. They figured out what the problem was, explained what they were going to do, the pluses and minuses of each approach, and then did the work in an efficient manner. Arnie asked pertinent questions and tried to look at the big picture before beginning any work. He not only resolved the main problem, but they cleaned out the other sanitary lines, fixed several components that needed fixing, and cleaned everything up before leaving. My wife and I were VERY happy with the results, we know what we have to do going forward, and we would recommend Arnie and Waterworks to anyone. BTW, Chris did a very nice job too, and I give him kudos for learning the trade. Thanks to both of you!.
