Came out right away, actually called to bump the appointment up because someone cancelled. Dispatch didn't relay to plumber that he needed to move a sink to get to the drain, so when he saw the clean out under the sink he wasn't too thrilled about having to work around the sink to get to the clean out. After I explained the sink is easily removed, it was fine. Did a great job, explained everything, clean up.

They were available to come out right away, showed up on time, were willing and able to work with the parts that I had purchased, kept everything clean and in the end sent me a check for $20 because I forgot to give them the coupon I had from Angie's list. It was so nice to finally find a contractor that I can count on. Thank you!

Great! WaterWork originally performed this job back in March, and the plumber repaired the faucet with a plastic part when it should have been replaced with a brass part (per Mark). I called them having issues with the faucet, and they came back the same day and replaced the part with the correct part free of charge. I have used WaterWork for other projects in the past and never had any issues, I recommend them to anyone in the area. I am disappointed that I will be moving outside of their service zone (Green Oak Township/Brighton), they are very reliable and take care of their customers.

They were great for annual drain snaking, but lost my business with a one-time service call for basement flooding. Plumber hemmed and hawed about having to go in the basement (yes, it's wet - that's why I called you!) When he indicated it was something he couldn't help with, he took 20+ minutes to write the invoice and leave, had not fixed the problem.

Mark did a fantastic job, and made sure everything worked perfectly. What a great guy (and expert plumber).

Dave was great! He quickly identified the issue and, even though it was not what I had originally described, he quickly shifted gears and found the solution. Dave was knowledgeable and courteous, answered all my questions and cleaned up afterward. Excellent!

Offered to come out to do an estimate but would charge a fee for it.

They did a really good job! Arnie and Chris Becker, an Apprentice plumber, showed up on time, and were very professional and very nice. They figured out what the problem was, explained what they were going to do, the pluses and minuses of each approach, and then did the work in an efficient manner. Arnie asked pertinent questions and tried to look at the big picture before beginning any work. He not only resolved the main problem, but they cleaned out the other sanitary lines, fixed several components that needed fixing, and cleaned everything up before leaving. My wife and I were VERY happy with the results, we know what we have to do going forward, and we would recommend Arnie and Waterworks to anyone. BTW, Chris did a very nice job too, and I give him kudos for learning the trade. Thanks to both of you!.

After I unsuccessfully called 2 Plumbers on Saturday with no answer. I checked Angie List and called Waterwork Plumbing for the first time on Saturday around 11AM for Hamtramck Service call and Service was provided and successfully completed within 2 hours. Very Professional and Knowledgeable crew from office to field. The Plumber explains everything he was doing and pulled out bunch of hairs, rubber bands and a piece of plastic in basement pipes. Very impressive work and I will hire again and again and will refer to my friends and Family.

What I appreciate about them was the fact the owner did some "trouble shooting" with me first to make sure the hot water tank was not working. The service was great! I will use them again

excellent..on time very polite, gracious, called the city to shut water off , made the repair then waited no charge while the city water dept returned to turn water back on

I talked to David over the phone. They came over within a couple of hours of my call. Very friendly. After diagnosing the problem, Patrick brought in a new disposer and switched it out for the old one. He did a meticulous and professional job within one hour. Thank you. Great job!

The service was great. I was overseeing an air conditioner install for my parents when all of the sudden a pipe burst open at a joint and started getting water everywhere. We were able to shut it down, but now while the mess of a big AC install was going on, they had no water. I found WaterWork plumbing on Angie's list, gave them a call, and they said they could have someone out in 2 hours. They ended up arrives half an hour early and were done in a half an hour. Kris was great. Very professional and did a very clean install. I would definitely recommend these guys if you're in a pinch.

It went well the plumbers they have sent out seem pretty knowledgeable. They were different people every time. I don't smell gas soooo, I am assuming it was done correctly.

Excellent. I had a plumber cancel so I needed a faucet hookup after our new countertop/sink was installed quickly. WaterWork was the only one who had someone available the next day. The office staff was professional as well as Kris (the plumber). She was very professional, courteous and was able to do everything. Would hire again and recommend!

These guys were good. There was a main guy and his assistant or trainee, I think it was. Both were friendly, hard-working, and got the job done well. They explained what was going on in a way that made it clear they wanted me to understand and not just assume they knew what they were doing, which I appreciated. They were able to handle the problems completely, cleaned up really nicely after themselves (a great bonus, I'd say--especially with a plumber!), and were done in one visit. We haven't had any issues since, so they obviously knew what they were doing! Nice job!

outstanding job everything works well and workers cleaned up the mess. Price very reasonable and quality work on piping. Minimal damage done to walls and floors to access pipes.

Waterwork was easy to reach, responded to my voicemail prompty to schedule an appointment, and came on time. The individual plumbers had the materials required to comeplete the job on hand and worked efficiently. On one occasion, I was able to call the office with a question about my water heater, and the receptionist was able to connect me with another plumber who taked me through the problem on with phone until it was solved. I have called them back on multiple occasions, and will likely call them again for any other plumbing issues we may have. Highly recommend.

Arne did an outstanding job with all of the work. He replaced a bathroom faucet, replaced a worn out toilet flange and replace tub and shower handles. He had a professional attitude, he was punctual and walked me though each step of the work, recommending ways to do it right the first time. I would highly recommend WaterWork Plumbing to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done at their house.

Really well. Unclogged the drain quickly. After the plumber did some looking around, he saw that most of our pipes did not need replacing. Instead, there were small metal deposits that were slowing the shower head and kitchen sink faucet. After removing these, our water pressure was amazing. Money well spent knowing that replacing pipes isn't necessary for the time being. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

It went very well, last week Artie installed a new compact Gerber ada toilet in our half bath and reconditioned a toilet in our upstairs bath. This week John installed two grab bars in our shower. All work was professional and well done.

I called based on their positive reviews on Angie's List. Someone picked up right away and was very helpful in scheduling - he had a lot of times available for me to choose from. I picked a time the next day and we hung up. He called back a few minutes later and said that they had someone available nearby if I was home. So in 20 minutes Chris was at my house replacing the spigot! She and her associate were very professional - they put booties on before coming inside, which I appreciated as it was raining and wet outside. She was also respectful and friendly toward my pets, which I always appreciate. She made sure to latch the fence gate when she left and the whole job was finished in less than half an hour. I'm very pleased they were able to come the same day so now I don't need to take time off work. I did not get prices from other companies to compare, but I didn't think the price seemed unreasonable or shocking. I also asked her about another plumbing job I was considering for the future and she gladly wrote up a quick estimate for me.

Chris was prompt. professional & immediately accessed the problem.She gave the options available, the approximate cost of the work involved.After I made a choice she went to work & quickly replaced both hot & cold stem,after going to pick up the necessary carthridges that I needed,which were only carried by a few places. She did an amazing job. I would definitely use Waterwoks in the future.

BUYER BEWARE! I explained my specific situation that I needed my drain snaked on my vent on my second story, flat-roofed house. I made sure that they knew the exact situation. Over the phone, I was told the price would $300 because it would require an extra technician and because the guys would have to go onto my roof. Once the plumber arrived (without the extra tech to help him), he assessed the situation and told me the price would be $450. When I said I was quoted that I was quoted $300 over the phone, he simply said, "the girls in the office don't really know what they're talking about". I refused the service because the price went up 50%. Such price gouging and bait-and-switch tactics. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!
