I smelled gas strong throughout my house a week ago. I called DTE Energy to come out and they found the hot water heater was installed incorrectly. I called the Waterwork company twice and left messages. I received no response.

Price was explained and the job done in timely manner.

Said needed replacement after being one day late in going. Said they called me they did not. I called them they said could not give a quote until they received paperwork from Technician. Never got back with a quote or followup. Total lack of communication.

WaterWork Plumbing charged me over $600 for what amounted to a problem diagnosis, and then told me me that they can't fix the problem and to go elsewhere! I hired WaterWork to fix a sewer line clog at my property. They visited the property, scoped the line, and performed a cabling on the line. They admitted that they could not clear the clog, gave me a bill for over $600, and told me to hire another company. Really?! The problem still exists, and they want over $600! I'll pay for someone's effort and diagnosis, but these guys are plumbers, not brain surgeons!

Outstanding service! Chris took care of our plumbing needs and was fantastic. Chris explained everything to me and went above and beyond to leave our home clean and tidy. Bryan was awesome. He has to be the Picasso of his craft. He was very conscience about making a mess. Every task was Well thought Out before execution . Once he started the process the results were done in a timely fashion.

Solid service - able to get out to me within 2.5 hours on a Saturday. Drain cleaned in short order. Had to remind them to put masks on when they entered but clean, professional service.

I had an appointment, but needed them to come early so I called. They indicated that wouldn't be a problem, but came later anyway. I tried to rearrange a time - called twice, but no return phone calls.

It didn't go well because they never responded to my request for this work.

They refused to provide an estimate. They even replied with random punctuation at once point, which made no sense. I'd go with a company that actually wants business.

Waterwork did an excellent job. The plumber who installed our Navien Tankless Unit, Mark, did very high quality work. He also took the time to educate us on how it worked, to answer our questions, and was overall excellent at customer service. The price charged exactly matched the original estimate.

I called them and they were out within and hour and did a great job.

I thought that everything went well.

Waiting for first rain afterwards to see if drain is working satisfactorily
