Description of Work: When I called to schedule, I spoke with Debbie, who was very nice. When I told her I may have to reschedule because of the business I'm in, she said if I can't be home for Wednesday, I could call and have them over on Thursday, which is what I ended up doing. The second call to reschedule had me speak with Becky. She was very nice as well. Becky called the day of the appointment to let me know the technician would be over in about 45 minutes. The technician arrived, asked what was wrong with my toilet (it was leaking). He explained the repair and the approximate cost. I asked if it would be a good idea to be proactive and do the second toilet, as it is the same age as the one being repaired. He said it would be a good idea. As it turned out the gasket was in poor condition. So I saved myself a second service call. He was efficient with the repairs, clean, and knowledgeable. He finished both toilets replacing toilet supply lines, fill valves, and flush valve seals, in under an hour. He checked each toilet twice before leaving. It was a good experience, and I would call them again.
