Description of Work: They fixed a rotting wall on one side of my Florida room, And put up new gutters on the whole house. The work was done in a professional manner and the yard was cleaned up all in one day. They where booked up for about one month before they could even come out. But I guess it was worth the wait. I'm completely satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate and asked how far in advance I would need to schedule. Asked what needed to be done - told them it was a house fire needing a whole new kitchen, walls out, new floors, paint, etc. Ask what insurance company was involved. Then Estimator told secretary to tell me they were too backed up to go to Clarkston from Ferndale - really?? - staying closer to home until work was caught up.

+ 1 moreWent great generally. The staff was professional and cleaned up the debris left by the remodeling. While placing the doorbell chime, a small hole was drilled into the opposite wall. They made the repair and it is just as good as it was before.
Description of Work: Bathroom completely gutted and remodeled. Strip wall paper from downstair hallway, repaired wall, plastered and painted. replaced ceiling light in hallway. repaired door bell. Installed new chime. Put in electrical outlet in tv room and installed ceiling fan in flordia room.

+ -1 moreSubcontractor appeared without notification. I had to go to work. When I returned work was done but old railings had not been removed. I had to leave the following morning to go out of town. I returned two days later, old railings removed but downspouts had not been reattached. I called the company and they sent a crew to complete job. Final billing was $200 less than agreed with annotation that railings were dipped not powder coated as originally contracted. After job completion the clean-up was barely acceptable.
Description of Work: Replaced existing porch rails with better quality rails and added a step railing.
