I needed a roof replacement quickly. They had an emergency crew install the roof within 10 days (opposed to 3-4 weeks). The price was the highest I found, but they were extremely friendly and the service was great. The quality of service and the products were excellent. They provided financing and were always available whenever I called.

The installers were very nice, efficient and cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they were here...except for the good looking gutters. I am very pleased with the job.

We removed the old gutters before this company sent out a representative so he had no idea of the problem we had with an inside corner of the house. So when he mentioned a solution to that corner on that initial inspection we felt comfortable with his knowledge of the project & decided on this company. Excellent company & service.

Despite a rocky start, the crew were extremely cooperative to my expectations and suggestions. The install required quite a bit more time than I was quoted but I would rather it be done correctly rather than quickly. This crew was great.

Tim sent one of the best crews ever !!!!! Kaz was the leader, and what a leader he was. They worked very hard and had the siding done within 2 long days.The following day they came to put up the gutters. My house looks like a brand new home. Tim called to keep me informed and ask if we had any concerns. I am asking for some business cards so I can pass them to friends and family who need or want work done..Excellent customer service which is very important to me. Thanks Pro Home Improvement. Needed a new roof so we contacted Pro Home . We were called to set an appointment and then visited by Dwight Conger. He was extremely knowledgeable and one of the best salesman I have ever met. He explained everything clearly and in detail. After agreeing to have Pro Home do the work for us, we were then contacted by Keith Kenney (Project Manager) and he set up a day and time to have the work done. He made sure the work was done properly. He was Professional, Knowledgeable and Personable. While the Roofers did a good job their language was a little rough. Still we're happy with the end results

Excellent job. Completed on time. Good communication before and during the the progress of the project. The work crew was fast and efficient and did not leave a mess. My neighbor (retiered) observed the roof replacement process and he had a high appreciation of the quality.
