He was habitually late. Out of 5 cleanings he didn't show up until the next day twice. We hired him so we wouldn't have to shovel it ourselves, and wound up doing exactly that twice.

I truly appreciate Kirk's consideration, communication skills and good work.

He does snow removal and he comes by when it snows, and if it is a heavy snow & he does not feel that he will be there immediately he will be in constant contact with us to know when he would be arriving, it is amazing and his communication is unbelievably good.

After contracting with them they did not show up for first snowfall heavy enough to be covered by contract. When we asked why they denied having a contract with us until we provided them a copy of our check that they had cashed. They came for the second snow, and did not remove snow from front half of driveway, only driving over it to compact it. Removed snow from back half of driveway but refused to clear ramp stating they only do sidewalks, leaving disabled customer homebound. Left an inch + of snow after snowblowing on front city sidewalk which turned to ice. Were instructed to apply our own supply of calcium chloride (at additional charge for service) and did not, instead applied their rock salt at twice the charge, using only about a cup for a 30x15 foot area. Now jerking us around about refunding remainder of fees as promised after we cancelled contract. The same snowfall did not prevent neighbors' snow removal service from clearing down to bare cement- we now use that service instead.

They are a very good company.. They are very professional.. They always get the job done..I'm highly satisfied...

Didn't clean up, left trash and empty bottles in yard. We thought they were still working on the pool and then found out (via text) that we had a leak in the system and how much it would cost to repair. When I called to ask about the services rendered and about this "leak" I was hung up on once I told him I didn't want them to do the work. Had another company come out to find/fix leak and was told that there was no leak and everything has been operating flawlessly for a week now.

I had hired Kirk to put in my pool. He refused to let me or my family in the backyard even though he stated the homeowner is responsible for passing code. He destroyed my pool, then he tried to beat me to the lawsuit and the judgment is against him. He had cost me 5000.00 ruined my lawn. had him and his temp workers urinating in my yard for 6 1/2 days. He would not listen to anything I wanted done and was very rude. I had the police come and make sure he did not return to my property. I had to give a .5 star because it was the only option. Knowing what I do now, I would not hire him to water my lawn.

Good experience. Owner made it easy by using texts and play pictures when I couldn't be present for the snow removal.

He is easy to work with, friendly and personable. I have recommended him already.

Kirk does a great job. I have used him for 3 years. Always on time and professional. Accommodates my schedule.

I would definitely recommend him, he is very knowledgeable and professional. I will have him back next season for sure.

Very professional and reliable.

Kirk was excellent. He contacted me within an hour of when I called him. He communicated regularly and actually closed the pool within a week of when I contacted him. He could have done it sooner, but we had to get it ready to be closed. He quoted over the phone and even offered a prepay discount which I took advantage. Kirk gave me a time frame of when he would arrive and he even came early and text me on the way. The only reason I hesitate to give him 5 stars because the true test of a good closing is what happens in the spring when you open the pool. I would definitely use him again (that's assuming all is well in the spring when we open the pool) and have already recommended him to my friends.
