Kirk and his company did an excellent job opening, maintaining, and closing the pool for a condominium that I manage. At the beginning of the season, we had several issues with the pool, including cracks that needed to be repaired. Kirk provided thorough proposals and walked us through the process of repairing the pool. He also assisted us with the inspection with the county. The process was seamless. Kirk's strongest characteristic is his communication. When he is working on a project, he will text information and photos. If he runs into an issue, he will promptly call or text. I would recommend Next Home Project for pool maintenance services.

Why would a business owner refuse to talk to customers on the phone and mandates texting only. I was new to this pool service and had several questions. I was forced to text my questions which included how much would it cost if I need a new liner for xx ft size pool (part and labor).. he ignored my inquiry and got me trapped into paying upfront for the opening cost, then he texted me the price of replacing the liner which was huge where I would have cancelled the whole project if I knew my options upfront. He is not honest and his communication is not adequate.

I just wish they had hauled away the old Pool liner as specified, but they had run out of bags. Perhaps I should have been given a discount. They removed our old pool liner and installed a new one all w/in 8 hours as promised

The pre-pay form and its included disclaimers are somewhat off-putting, even for a lawyer (which I am). But once you get past what appears to be a gruff nature, the work is done quickly and completely. My reinforced pool cover was removed and cleaned and folded, the pool was vacuumed and brushed down, and the yard was cleaned up after completion. They even washed down the dead leaves and stuff that accumulate under the edges of the cover so the pool deck looked good when they left. I had numerous text contacts with the company and they always answered quickly.

I was quoted wrong price, paid too much money, so when he was here servicing my pool he didn't want me outside, and i had to do most of the work!

Finally I found someone to come to my aid. Mr. Schiebold showed up on time and did a fabulous job opening my pool. He also gave me great advice to properly care for my pool. I just hope he remains in business for many years because I will definitely be in need of his service.
