Bought a Big Deal of $109 for $200 worth of plumbing services from Creger and scheduled a service visit for a few days later. Plumber ( a very nice guy) came out as and when promised, checked possible sources for my problem, found the source, explained the problem to me, and fixed it, all in about an hour's time Gave me a senior discount without my asking and a credit for the balance left under my Big Deal. Also checked out another plumbing job I had been thinking about and gave me a written estimate for that work before he left. I've now scheduled that other job with Creger, too.

I was not home at the time of the installation, but my wife told me everything went fine. The workers were on time and very nice to her. The unit I received was actually a better unit then I had thought I was getting. I is working great to date. Only issues were one of my furnaces was not turned back on (found out when house was getting a little cold) and some screws and metal pieces were left on the floor. Really, no big deal on either of these. I used the buy the special on-line deal and had no issues. I would use this service again and would recommend them to others.

Called because the pilot on the hot water heater wouldn't stay lit. Jason came out and determined what was needed. As the unit was 13 years old we decided to have a new one installed. It was 4:00 PM when we made the decision and by 7:00 the job was done. Oh by the way, this all occurred during a major winter storm. Kudos to Cregger and Jason in particular for an outstanding job!

The contractor phoned me to schedule an appointment. I told them I needed my kitchen sink reattached. They asked if it was an over counter or under counter installation. I told them under counter. They said they don't do under counter installations and referred me to a granite specialist. I ended up doing the job with a friend.

Nobody ever showed up to do the work despite being paid in advance. Do not use this company for any services.

I was not overly thrilled. The kid did not even know that I was an Angie’s List customer and he wanted to charge me $89. I told him that I already paid and that I am an Angie’s List customer. He said “ohh”. So he wrote it up for Angie’s List and said that I can call and I have extra time coming to me which I never bothered to do.

Our pipes are 88 years old and so working on them is a very tricky and delicate affair. The young man they sent was able to fix the leak without creating another and that was a job well done!

Customer service is terrible. I had someone contact me about emergency service on Sunday and the plumber was exceptional rude and very snarky.

It turned out fine. All of a sudden you get this $69 deal and you get something towards anything to be done, and there is always something to be done. They did a good job. I'm happy. It was over $250 by the time everything else was done. The quality of work was very good. He had to come back and he did. He was on time. To me, professionalism means being on time, having a neat appearance and being polite.

It was excellent. I paid extra because he had to go buy a valve locally and it was just the price of the valve. There was no issue with price here.

We had previously had Cregger repair a slow leak in the upstairs bathroom sink (as well as replace a toilet and do other work on a rental house). We came home from church on Dec 23 at approximately 7pm to a waterfall from the upstairs bathroom into our kitchen. We shut the water off at the main after being unable to use the shut off under the sink. My immediate thought was that the work they had done a few months previously had failed catastrophically and so I called to get them out to fix the problem. The woman who answered the phone repeatedly stated that "we only honor our warranty during normal business hours" and refused to send anyone out until I agreed to pay for the work. Being without water the night before Christmas Eve and having a young child was not acceptable and so I finally told her just to send someone. I was so very angry and she just kept repeating herself and saying they wouldn't send anyone. The plumber who came was very efficient and explained what had happened and that it was not due to the previous repair failing. The cost of the service was not even all that unreasonable. However, any company that will "only honor our warranty during business hours" when being told that all the water to the house had to be shut off is not a company I will ever deal with again nor one that I would recommend to anyone.

The plumber spent about 3.5 hours on the job, because the one of the old faucets was badly corroded, and he had a challenge removing it. He was personable and efficient, and stayed on the job until 7:00pm.

Did the work! Good job. Used before with no hassles and great customer service.

It went very well. The technician's name was Keith. I was impressed with how fast they got out here and I think that their prices are very reasonable. They were able to resolve the issue so we're very happy and we would definitely use them again in the future.

This is my second experience with Cregger Plumbing. Everyone has always been friendly and professional. I haven't felt pressured or 'sold'. The work has been neat and clean. The prices are fair. This company is a keeper.

I paid $99.00 for $200.00 worth of services. I was satisfied with both the price and the work, in addition the technician found and repaired a small leak under the sink and adjusted one of the shutoff valves.

I purchased a deal coupon and used it for the installation price. The did a very good job removing the old toilet and installing the new one. They were very knowledgeable and did quick work and cleaned up very promptly. No complaints..

We purchased a coupon for a $245.00 garbage disposal deal. They came out on time and were very polite and did a very timely job of replacing our old garbage disposal. We are very pleased with the disposal we purchased and it works just fine. Clean up and haul away of old unit way done promptly.

BEWARE OF THE "SPECIAL DEAL". I purchased the special deal "$200 worth of plumbing services for $99.00". The job I needed done was not complex. The same issue had occurred a few years ago in the same pipe so I knew exactly where the problem was. The last time this problem occurred, I had the pipe snaked by a different plumbing contractor. The price at that time was $149.00. Given that I had $200 worth of plumbing services, I assumed that snaking about 25 feet of one pipe would be 200.00 or less. I was wrong. The technician arrived and quoted 285.00 dollars to complete the work and asked how I would like to pay for the additional 85.00 charge. I told the technician to forget about it and that I wanted my money back. This "deal" appears to be no more than a way to bait you into using their services. Truth is that I would've had no problem paying $185 to clear the pipe. My problem is the fact that if you have a coupon for services, the provider should not be marking up their work to cover the cost of the coupon. If the provider contends that it is $285 to snake a pipe without the coupon, I suggest you call a different plumber.

Went Great. Scheduled for a Saturday at regular rates ($245.00 Deal) - I had scheduled to replace the disposal but they did that - and also corrected all the piping under the sink that was a mess and took up a ton of space for the additional cost of $50.00. - now I have a ton more room under the sink for storage.

The installers were on time and very polite. they did a great job and left the area cleaned up.
