Fantastic job, Brian was very knowledgeable, removed water line to fridge. replaced with new braided lines and shut off. also serviced some outside faucets that were leaking. Will set up return visit once new parts are available for exterior faucets. Cleaned up behind fridge at job completion. Very satisfied.

Cregger is a fantastic company to work with, especially because I had to schedule several visits during the week to temporarily disconnect sumps and reconnect after another contractor performed work in my basement. They can be trusted to be on time and perform work in a professional and thorough manner. The value for the work done was not equal!!! The tech was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in making suggestions. What I didn’t like was the charge of $200 for using my hose to basically just spray out the ac unit to “fix” the issue. If that’s all that was needed I feel like I was wayyyy over charged for the work that was done. I don’t know how to recommend this company again based on the “work” that was done. Please don’t screw your customers over like that!!!

We noticed the faucet was leaking over the weekend and contacted Cregger for emergency repair. While waiting for the tech we figured out the leak wasn't too terrible and could wait until the work week. Cregger was great in scheduling work the Monday after the weekend, saving us the cost of emergency repair was well. The plumber they sent was great, and found that the faucet itself had failed. So I went and purchased a new faucet that night and they came back Tuesday to install. I appreciated their working with me to save a little money for installation of a new faucet, had to wait a couple days but it was worth it for me. Very good company who I use for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs.

Cregger is a great company, I use them for all my plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. Most recently they performed a furnace check for the upcoming heating season, in which they cleaned a dirty flame sensor. They employ quality people and I always have had a positive experience with their services.

Sump pump replacement was done as an emergency on a Sunday. Took about 8 hours to show up after I put in the emergency request. Had sump line snaked during normal business hours. Plumber did a very thorough job and got the line unplugged.

Technician Kal performed the work of replacing a fan motor. He was very knowledgeable and was able to work around many issues. He also showed me the difference of how the bad motor performed compared to the new one. The cost of fan motor replacement was $795. The office was able to value a coupon from Angi's list which further reduced the price by $89. I appreciate the good attitude of the office and great work of the technician. I would recommend Cregger for any HVAC or plumbing job.

The tech on Friday night (emergency call) only brought a hand-head snake to work on our sewer and told us they would have to take the toilet in the basement up to snake the drain and possible tear up the floor and replace the sewer pipe below the floor. I didn’t agree to that. I was charged $390, the tech told us to use no toilet paper and the sewer was backed up again Sunday night. I hired another company, who snaked the second closest drain to the main drain and so far, we are sewer-back-up free. I’ve used Cregger several times in the past and I won’t use them again for my plumbing/sewer needs.

The master plumber Kevin did a very good job in repairing my yard backflow valve. Their estimate is free. Kevin came to my house on time, found the problem and repaired immediately. The charge is lower than I thought. Will definitely use them again.

Cregger Heating/Cooling and Plumbing made time to fit me into their schedule at the end of the Fourth of July holiday to take care of a burst pipe that occurred in my basement on Monday, July 5. Their emergency service sent out a great man, Kevin, who was so helpful and kind while I was panicked about what to do and who to call. He was very reassuring and made certain that I had at least running cold water in my house until I could schedule an appointment for the complete repair. Cregger was able to fit me into their schedule on July 7, very quickly, despite what I am sure has been an extremely busy couple of weeks since the recent flooding rains in June. I was happy to see Kevin return to do the repair. He went the extra mile by replacing the bathroom sink pop up, which I discovered was broken on Monday. He also quickly noticed that the standing shower where the mitigation crew had placed the hose for the dehumidifier was not draining, and he took care of that problem as well – a problem I did not know I had. I have used Cregger in the past – found you on Angie’s List – my go-to for reliable and trustworthy services around my house. I have been very happy with your services and your personnel who have always been great to work with. I will continue to count on Cregger in the future – hopefully not for a long time! – and will absolutely recommend you to anyone I know who finds themselves in need of a good company and people that can be counted on to do outstanding work. Thank you again, and a special thank you once again to Kevin who had to deal with my panic and tears. It was such a relief to see help arrive so quickly when it was needed.

Our hot water tank sprung a leak and required immediate replacement. We called Cregger for a quote, they responded right away and had us on the schedule for the next day. Bob arrived as scheduled and had the tank replaced within an hour. He was very professional and courteous. Price was at the lower end of the estimate too. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend Cregger for your plumbing needs!

The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and was able source a replacement motor in a reasonable amount of time to get the furnace working again. I would highly recommend this company for any furnace maintenance.

Sensor was a little difficult to locate. Once I did it was timely replaced.

Good, consistent communication received from Cregger letting me know when plumber was on the way. Plumber Chris (professional, friendly and skilled) arrived promptly. Knowledgeable, explained the issue(s) in an understandable manner, let me know what the estimated costs were along the way, and got the job done within about an hour. Cleaned up afterwards, and facilitated my use of the Angie’s List discount. All in all, I am very pleased. Cost (with discount) = $231

Very professional. Ryan and Ryan was A 1 they work well together. After the job was completed they clean up.

Overall tom did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and professional!! Everything is working great! The only critique I have is that his assistant did not clean up debris and dust that well. I spent an extra 30 min mopping and wiping down. Tom told him several times and he didn't do a good job. However, my experience was good. I will definitely recommend this company.

I called Cregger to have them replace a broken sump pump. I already purchased the new pump and had it ready for them. All I was asking them to do was to switch out the old pump with the new one. I've done this myself in the past and it takes one person less than an hour to complete. A seasoned plumber could probably do this job in less than 30 minutes. I was told over the phone the quote to just switch out the old pump would be $250. I agreed with that price and had them come out. Once the plumber arrived he told me it would be $490. I told him I was told $250 and asked why he was charging $490 for a job that I had already supplied the materials for and that would probably take him 30 mins max to complete. He didn't provide an answer and basically just said that was the price. My sump pump is in a clean crawl space with a concrete floor, plenty of space to work and had zero water in it. There was zero reason to upcharge me $490 for a simple job.

Cregger (Ryan) did an excellent job! He was very professional and completed the replacement in a timely manner. He also gave me the options for back-up systems in case I decide to purchase. The Angie List coupon was valuable as well. I will go to Cregger from now on!
