Plumber arrived on time following a heads up call from Cregger's scheduling office. He worked steady for over (4) hours straight and was diligent applying forethought into everything he did. The plumber Kevin Fenimore was excellent and I would highly recommend him .

Kevin J was the technician on all three calls. He is awesome, worked with me to determine all issues, provided accurate estimates and provided next day warranty work for a leak that wasn't found during first visit. Emailed invoices once finished with good explanations. Provided recommendations for a tile guy and an estimate with explanations of everything he found for the shower (mold in subfloor from previous owner not taking care of leak). Came out even though we are out of service zone (not sure why Angies List recommended them for my location). Scheduling people were all very friendly, even when I called while I was sopping up the mess from the seized sump pump motor.

I will discuss each item individually as numbered above. 1. Leaky Master Bath faucet - He was able to fix this on the first visit, and the faucet now works great and has no issues. I believe this only needed a new line, but the space in which to work was very tight and I couldn't do it myself. 2. Leaky Main Bath faucet - Checked this out and informed me that the faucet itself would need to be replaced as the leak was internal. I purchased a new faucet at a hardware store and on the return trip to fix the gas leak (see below), he installed it and it works great. 3. Kitchen sink - The leak was internal to the pull out part of the sink faucet. He located the serial number for the model and determined the manufacturer, informed me that they would most likely replace the part under warranty for free. I called them while he worked on the other issues and sure enough, they sent me a free replacement part, which I was later able to install myself to fix the issue. Probably saved me $200 or more to not have to purchase a new fixture as requested by the buyers. 4. Gas leak - He was able to locate the gas leak, but indicated that it was very small and had been difficult to locate. Due to it being part of the inspection, peace of mind and also potential future liability reasons, he recommended that I repair the leak. He came back the following week and completed the repair as due to the specific location of the leak it would require a longer window of time to fix. Other thoughts: I previously reviewed this company for some other work I had done several years prior, and again I had excellent service and they were very professional. I would definitely recommend them in the future and use them again if needed. They went the extra mile to save me money where another company could have had me buy and install a new faucet when it wasn't needed. They were upfront with the pricing and estimates, and I was not surprised with any hidden or unexpected charges, which is much appreciated.

It went better than expected. Great experience with this company! I will call them for any plumbing issues and would highly recommend them to everybody $225 total but with my Angie's List coupon, it only cost me $124 =)

Went great. Went out the night before and purchased what I needed and though I was able to get that step out of the way I'm all thumbs on execution hence hiring a professional. Had a couple of issues with my Kitchen sink but all is well and by far looks a lot neater than the job I could have done.

We requested Greg because he has done great work for us i the past. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem. We thought we had a leak in a basement pipe but we were wrong, it was the toilet. Greg was able to troubleshoot the problem, obtain the correct part and complete the work efficiently. We really appreciated all the expertise and service quality of bothe Greg and Cregger. They will be our plumbing company for life!

Work was completed on time and on budget. Cregger was very responsive and provided good communication throughout.

Derek came on a Thursday and gave the options: replace or rebuild. Opted for the far less expensive rebuild. Jimmy came on Saturday (would have come on Friday but I was busy). Internal unit of faucet was replaced and warranted for a a year. Shower no longer drips. The work was performed very quickly, without fuss or bother. Excellent service -- complete with follow up call on Monday morning to check that everything was satsfactory.

The crew was friendly, professional and did a good job. my new garbage disposal works perfectly.

Had a sewer backup the night before leaving for a trip. Called up Cregger Plumbing to be greeted by a happy receptionist -- at 11:30PM! They cleaned the drain out to the street and flushed the basement drains before 1AM. Very happy, albeit upset my drains backed up in the first place. Was pricey since it was an emergency visit, but the responsiveness was superb.

I have had the opportunty to use Creggar twice in the last two weeks. The first time was for a sump pump that was not doing its job. I reached out to creggar on a sunday night and left a message about the issue. I did not expect to hera from them until Monday, but was surprised to get a call almost immediately. Very propmt and courteous on the phone, we talked through the issue, and determined that the repair could be addressed in the morning. Saving me some money. The next day, the rep was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and had the problem identified right away. Sad to see my Sump pump leave, but the new one and a new back-up system were installed on the spot. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and the area was as clean as he found it. Then Monday, on a different property, WE discovered that the freeze/thaws had damaged my hose faucet. It was leaking water outside and inside, and we were not able to get the valve to shut. Since I was so delighted with the sump repair, I called creggar again, and had the same great experience! Made phone cal, got immediate response on the issue and an appt was set for the next day. Once again, issue identified and fixed in the same call. I would definitely recommend them again!

Greg was punctual, very professional and kind. I think Cregger's pricing is fair. I will definitely use them for future needs.

They were very responsive and arrived during the scheduled time. Additionally, they had the additional parts readily available in their trucks.

On hindsight I should have had him do it right then, my fault for not doing that.

Called Creger Plumbing in the morning and had an appointment that afternoon to evaluate our garbage disposal. Needed a new one and purchased the deal through Angie's List and saved $80. Kyle was professional, efficient and personable. Explained everything and asked if we had any questions.

This is the best plumbing company we have had to do work for us, we have had out several other plumbing companies that could not find the problem. So we contacted the extremely nice people at Cregger plumbing. They had set out a very nice gentleman by the name of Derek. He had solved all our plumbing issues within an hour, we would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having plumbing issues.

Free quote process was very quick and easy. They scheduled an appointment and were right on time. Reviewed the work and in minutes issued me a quote via email. The offered advise on how to properly shutdown the house for vacation mode. Work was scheduled for 2 days later and they were prompt. Work was completed in a very timely manner and extra care was taken with the quality of the work. Extremely satisfied with the work and personnel involved. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing or sewer work.

Cregger sent out the technician, Keith to change out my very old three handle shower faucet to a single handle faucet. This was a difficult job for the plumber because there is no access panel for my shower faucet. He changed it out through the front and did a really great job. My husband and I received other estimates from different plumbing companies and Cregger gave the best price. Plus the Big Deal coupon saved me money as well. I am very impressed with Cregger, specifically Keith, and will use them again in the future.

They were great, did awesome work. The bathroom is beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves, and the price was right. Very happy with them. Will use them again. Tom was my plumber, I got a estimate from Bill, they both were great, answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

I thought this was a little high so I contacted Cumming Plumbing who installed both sinks and faucets and fixed a leaking toilet for $241. They did an excellent job all for less than the cost of one sink at Creggar. I saved myself a lot of money by not using the deal that I had already purchased.

Repairman came exactly as scheduled and did the job in a fast and professional manner. I have used Cregger in the past and will use them again when I need plumbing service. The pricing seems fair for the work done and they have provided excellent service. I used the Angie's List coupon so out of pocket expenses were $300.

On the day that I scheduled the appointment, I received a call alerting me that the plumber would arrive shortly (we appreciate having a head's up call). When Keith arrived, he got his equipment that he'd need and went right to work. He didn't mind that I stayed with him and watched as he worked. (It's not that I didn't think he'd do a good job; it's more to understand sumps and how to maintain them.) Having conversation with me did not seem to be a distraction for him because he kept at it. Keith made sure that it was as clean as possible and I was very pleased with his job. Keith was very professional and personable.
