Provider agreed to look at my upstairs bathtub drain which was clogged. Provider worked like a dog getting it unclogged and did a great job as well. I thought we might have to open up a wall to get to my drain. Young man said that's the very last thing we will do and he was right, it worked. They did a very nice job and I referred them to my Mom.

Greg did a wonderful job installing our toilet and fixing flange that was broke and replace some dry rotted gaskets. He answered all my questions about our leaky sink. And tightened bolts for another wobbly toilet. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use the company again.

Technician was prompt, friendly and professional. The office was great scheduling the appointment and calling when the technician was on his way. Will definitely call them again.

The technician's name was Jimmy. He was polite, professional and respectful. He obviously knew what he was doing. After he completed the work, I asked him what, if anything, we can do to fix the problem. He explained the problem clearly so that I understood what caused it. He suggested using a root killer once a month. If that doesn't work on our old pipes, he explained the next steps we might have to take. I've used Creggier Plumbing in the past and will use them in the future. And I appreciate that a Creggier employee called me the next morning to find out how things went and if I was satisfied with the work. Although I hope my pipes outlive me, I will call Creggier if I have any plumbing problems.

Everything went great! When I bought the offer the offer said that I would be contacted within 3 business days, Holly from Cregger called me within an hour of my purchasing the deal. We settled on the date/time, and Holly contacted me a couple of days prior to our appointment to confirm again. The day of the appointment I was contacted yet again in the morning to confirm. Their serviceman Keith (I believe that was his name) was great. He was professional, friendly, he had everything installed in running within an hour, and he was very neat and made sure that the work area was clean when he was done. We will definitely use them again. I've already recommended them to a co-worker who's hot water heater just died.

Crew arrived as scheduled, did a great job tarping to keep dust from spreading to other areas of the basement, and completed the work in less time than expected and for less cost than quoted. Workers were very friendly and happily answered my questions.

Jim is very polite and friendly. He worked carefully to avoid wrecking the 88 year old plumbing, so that we wouldn't have to go into and down the wall. He did a great job. We plan on having him back to do more projects, of which we have plenty! Thank you Cregger Plumbing!

asking too many questions - vendor did a good job

Based on an Angie's list deal being offered, I decided to try Cregger Plumbing & Sewer. I am very happy I made that decision. From my first contact with Holly who is the office assistant to Tom who came out to perform the work, everyone was professional, courteous and did their job well. Holly was very prompt in responding to my scheduling requests and returned my emails promptly. Tom gave me an honest estimate of the work to be performed and did the repairs well and was respectful of my home. He also arrived on time and answered all my questions. As a busy working professional, I appreciate when work is done correctly the first time and in a competent manner.

The service was satisfactory. They charged me $75 more for installing a gas line which was already covered under the contact. Even though I showed that contract to they guy who came out to do the service, the still took the 75 bucks. Then I had to kind of followup with Angie's List to show them that contract. They finally refunded the money but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I had to send him another coupon in the mail to show him that it was spelled out,so to me that's not a level of professionalism. The water heater and the installation was covered under the whole price. My previous water heater had a platform base on which it was installed but this guy refused to use that same wooden platform saying its not needed anymore.

They came out but they couldn't do it because they said the pipe was scratched so they wound up putting new pipes. They told me after they put the dirt, that they wouldn't grade it, so I had to grade it. I was out of town when they did this work. I didn't get any other estimates because I was going out of town so I just had the work done.

They came out for basement drainage issue for the first project. They were doing two projects and they came out right away. The other job was later that week. The second project was for a sump pump and other projects as well. They were professional with what they were doing.

It was bad. I paid $200. It was more than the deal had said. He overcharged me and he quoted me a very, very expensive price.

Went well ! Technician, Jimmy was prompt, professional, courteous and competent. Problem with clogged line was quickly solved.

It went extremely well. I'd highly recommend Cregger Plumbing in the Detroit area. Pricing was extremely good based on the amount of time needed to remove and replace the shut off valve for the shut off valve for the refrigerator.

I called for an emergency toilet situation. They were there by 10.00 am . Replaced the Flapper and cleared the line. Quick, efficient, and honest company. I would never hesitate recommending them. Thank you Cregger and Thanks to you Keith. C. Hunter

My water heater quit working on Sunday and by Monday evening I had the old one removed and a new one installed, thanks to Cregger Plumbing. I originally put in a request with Home Depot for same day service, but after they quoted me 1300 dollars to install a 600 dollar water heater I had to decline. So I purchased a big deal via Angie's List and received a phone call from Cregger not more than an hour later to schedule my water heater installation. Thankfully, they were able to add me on that day around 5pm. The technician, Kevin Jacobs, arrived on time and had the old one out and the new one installed in a little over one hour. He took care not to make a mess or damage the walls when transporting the tanks up and down the basement stairs. No leaks, no issues a week and a half later, very satisfied with the on site service, and office staff of Cregger Plumbing. Thank you for a job well done.

I recently bought a special on Angie's list for $200 worth of plumbing services for $99. Had a new kitchen faucet installed. Cregger were prompt and courteous when communicating via e-mail or on the phone. The technician came on time, was polite and friendly, and cleaned up after he was done. Very happy with the service -- would use them again.

He came a little later than we expected, but did a great job. He spent a good deal of time installing the water heater. The company followed up the next morning to see if we were satisfied with the work and we were. We would call them again.
