Awesome job by Cregger. Kevin was on time, got the install complete while upgrading a few valves in the process. Great service! Cregger was very accommodating installing a WH that I bought from Home Depot that they did not offer. If you buy a water heater a big box store or somewhere else, you should have Cregger do the install. They do not disappoint.

Scheduled my appointment on Wednesday 6/1 and the 6/3 appointment time fit perfectly in my schedule. As stated by the day making my appointment, it would be between the hours of 12 and 4, with a call 30 minutes prior to the plumber's arrival. Today, I was contacted at 11:50 am stating that Keith was on his way. Keith arrived a few minutes later to perform my tests. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable telling me what he was doing during each step as I watched. At the conclusion of the tests he promptly filled out the required form that the city sent me for my test. I then made a copy for myself, and thanked Keith for his service. Overall, this went extremely well and made me a definite future customer as well.

Tom came in and put the faucet in quite quickly. He also spent some time with some questions I had about installing a shower outside for the deck with hot tub. Very nice guy and efficient. Job was done well. No complaints.

I like how they call 30 min before showing up gives me enough time to meet with them.the job did not go as planned do to unforeseen problems but he took care of it. I am very impressed with the work and professionalism that they have shown. I have been telling everyone I think they should give them a call if they need any work done

Excellent. With water in the basement they squeezed me in at no extra charge. They were professional and provided me with options that solved the problem at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use them.

There was an unfortunate game of phone tag before the company sent the plumber who actually did the work. None the less, the young man who did the work was excellent. He explained everything and made sure that I understood what he had done. I am very satisfied.

Jason came quickly to my home after my call to repair a fairly new Rheem water heater installed by Home Depot (1 1/2 year old). We were not getting enough hot water after a few minutes using the shower. The problem was a broken dip tube, that was replaced by Jason in around 30 minutes.

For a bad situation the best case scenario happened, thanks to these folks. My 95 year old Mother's basement flooded while doing the laundry. This was on a Sunday afternoon and Cregger Plumbing came that day and attempted to clear the line. It turned out her sewer line had collapsed. Great consideration was taken on my Mother's behalf. The office worked very hard to coordinate this project in rapid fashion and the new line was installed as soon as possible. This could have been days longer, but Cregger Plumbing understood the need to get this done. They also returned the next day, on Monday, to get the line temporarily open for ease for my Mother. Not too many places consider people's needs like these folks did. I also have to say, the guys did a great job on clean up, placement for the new clean out trap, and putting things back together as well as you can in this type situation. All was very much appreciated by our family. I trust this company and am having some work done soon at my place and will definitely work with them again. Special thanks to Keith, Tom and Rebecca for making this happen and working this out as quickly as possible for Mom. I know Tom and Keith were looking very closely at the best case scenario for Mom and this was so appreciated.

It worked out fine, actually I was looking at all the plumbing services and all the person that used it all so I don't know if I really do it again.

Jason was polite and quickly figured out the problem. The service call price was what I expected so I was happy about that. Also, the professionalism was great. From the replies to my texts to the operator who made the appointment. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I'll definitely call Cregger again.

Went great. Very professional. Felt bad that he had to run up and down multiple flights of steps to keep turning the water on and off. I've used Gregger multiple times and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs.

I paid more than that because the people charged me more I paid almost double.I paid almost eighteen hundred something dollars, Well that is what's bugging me, I paid my nine hundred and seventy dollars and I had to end up paying double and that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had to call him back to seal the pipe coming in the wall of my house its something that he shouldn't have known and should have done with me have to tell him hey come back you have a leak.

Called before they came, showed up on time, did a great job and was friendly.

Kevin did a great job and was professional and focused on task at hand. He was able to charge us the low estimate and minimized our cost and damage to wall in foyer. Another plumbing company came in last week and their estimate far exceeded this one. Had we used the other plumber to complete the work we would have paid an extra $1,300. All we paid today was $350 after we used our angie's list coupon. The facts speak for themselves. This is an honest professional company.

We had a leak from our 1st floor toilet into our basement. Keith arrived to determine the issue. He was polite, took time to explain what was causing the leak and quickly repaired our toilet seal wax ring. He further explained that because we had our wood floor installed after the original toilet that the length of pipe had a gap that was contributing to the breakdown of the seal. He gave us further estimates to extend the flange which we are considering. Keith was careful to make sure everything was clean and picked up before he left. This was my first experience with Cregger Plumbing & Sewer and I will definitely call to use them again. The experience was pleasant and painless.

Did a good job replacing the garbage disposal. Unable to fix bathtub easily, noted the work it would take to fix it and we decided it was not worth the work and cost. Did not charge us beyond the coupon The worker that came was neat, polite and knowledgable

I've used Cregger multiple times before with great results. A bit disappointed with the last job: * Estimate: I was told no permit would be needed, as the plumber knew the township personnel and rules very well. However when I double-checked with the township, a permit was indeed required. * Scheduling: I asked for a specific plumber, and was told that would be no problem. However, another plumber came to do the work. * Planning: After arrival, the plumber had to return to the store as he did not have the right size valve. Needed 1", brought 3/4". This was despite the fact that Cregger had done an inspection before generating the estimate and scheduling the work. * Work quality: Upon completion, I'm told "you're all set!" I asked if I should monitor for leaks and am informed it is not required, as any leaks would have appeared by now due to high water pressure. About 15 minutes later, when the plumber returned to collect payment, I showed him a steady drip coming from the valve. "No problem!" I was told, and the plumber made another trip back to his truck to fix it. The next day, I checked again to see a continued (minor) leak. Another call to Cregger, and it was fixed a week later. This time they did send the plumber I requested. The job was completed well and passed inspection. Using the Angie's list big deal made the price attractive. While I attribute some issues to the individual plumber, I'm concerned that I was not able to successfully request the plumber I trust who has provided quality service in the past.

Provider agreed to look at my upstairs bathtub drain which was clogged. Provider worked like a dog getting it unclogged and did a great job as well. I thought we might have to open up a wall to get to my drain. Young man said that's the very last thing we will do and he was right, it worked. They did a very nice job and I referred them to my Mom.

Greg did a wonderful job installing our toilet and fixing flange that was broke and replace some dry rotted gaskets. He answered all my questions about our leaky sink. And tightened bolts for another wobbly toilet. Very happy with the service. Will definitely use the company again.

Technician was prompt, friendly and professional. The office was great scheduling the appointment and calling when the technician was on his way. Will definitely call them again.
