It worked out terrific. They repaired a toilet that was not working at all and they fixed it.

Keith was our plumber. He was on-time, very courteous and efficient. He completed all of the requested items and helped us with a few other things. He was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I will use them in the future.

I was really impressed. I bought through Angie's list, which was very easy. I called twice, but got the emergency service line. I did receive a call back and was happy with the women who I talked to. She was helpful and friendly. Our plumber was on-time and friendly. He was also very fast, completing the whole removal and install within an hour and a half. No extra charges or up-sells, just the Angie's list price.

This review is based solely on customer service and professionalism of technician and ownership. Our sanitary line was blocked. Technician found blockage and asked to speak to my wife so he could "educate" her on what it was. I told him she did not want to speak to him and it was not necessary as we understood the blockage was due to tampons. He took it upon himself, when he saw her, to shame her in front of me for flushing tampons, or as he called them "sewer rats". He then proceeded to tell my wife "it's sad that I have to come out here while you waste your husbands money". This was incredibly unprofessional and a highly misogynistic comment. I received a call back from someone within the company that day, Labor Day, concerning our complaint. The person that called sounded sincere in their apology and stated that they were absolutely appalled by what had happened. This person was unable to assist us though and stated they would let the owner know and he would surely take time to call us and resolve this issue. I did not receive a call from the owner, instead I received a call from the plumber? Not sure why the owner did not call, but I was able to get the owner on the phone via the plumber. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he could not have been more dismissive of our concerns. All he said was that he had known the plumber for 15 years and he does not have a bad bone in his body. He, plumber, was only trying to "educate" us as if we did not understand. The owner failed to understand the root of the issue was the technician telling my wife that she was wasting my money, eluding to his assumption she does not draw an income along with speaking to my wife on the issue when I asked him not too. In the end, the owner refused to admit any wrong doing, stating that I, myself, surely must have said one thing in my past that I regretted.

Technician was great, very knowledgeable, and polite, got right to work and arrived on time. Replaced the faucet and fixed the leak in a little over an hour. Would definitely recommend!

It went very well. As promised, we received a phone call before David arrived. He checked all those areas of concern and then went about taking care of all of them. He was friendly and professional, moved along to each job, answered any questions we had and was very patient with us. Having used Creggar Plumbing on 2 previous occasions, we wouldn't hesitate to call them again, as well as having any of the 3 fellows who came for each of those trips.

I have some water swer back up in the basement floor drain so I call them sice I had use then before for my boiler heat system ( btw great job ) Every thing went ok ,when Jeff arrived he took the time to look around to be sure that the basement line was the only trouble , he as very polite and answer all my question ,very clean job ,he also install a new cap for the drain .The next day I revived a call from the company to follow up on the job performed and rate the job. Very professional , I definitively recommend this company eyes close .
