Very professional and friendly attitide

I picked them on Angie's List. They charged me money, they did nothing. I'm totally dissatisfied. I had some plumbing problems and they came in to rectify the plumbing. I know the problem with my plumbing. I have a crawlspace and they don't want to deal with it. They don't want to deal with the crawlspace at all. So they come in and do a half job and tell me that it's working. I pay $300 for that service. They told me I would be able to wash and I would be able to do my dishes. The minute that he left, I tried to wash and do my dishes and it overflowed again. He charged me $300 and then, he gave me an estimate about how much it would cost to do it, it was anywhere from $3000 to $4000. At that point, I was frustrated and I didn't call to complain. But my thing was, I was just going through all these problems. I'm a cancer survivor and dealing with what I had to deal with, I let that slide. That was $300 that I threw down the drain. I don't have a basement, I have a crawlspace and they don't want to deal with that. That's what I've been dealing with for the past 10 years. They come in and tell me everything is fine and it's not fine because they don't want to find the root of the problem because it's down in the crawlspace and they don't want to deal with it. They should tell me that. When I call them, they should say, "We don't deal with crawlspaces, " and let me get somebody that will deal with crawlspaces. It's very frustrating. I got them from Angie's List. I was personally going to call them to let me know, "Now you took $300 from me and nothing, not one day was I able to wash or do whatever." He charged that to me and then said that if I decide to get the $3000 to $4000 work done, that he would take half of that amount that I paid off of it. It was just totally unbelievable. I'm so frustrated. I'm dealing with a lot of stuff, I couldn't deal with that one at this point, but I did say I would let Angie's List know. I have to find somebody that deals with crawlspaces to come in and fix the situation. I would never ever recommend them to anybody because you need to be honest. If you don't want to go on the crawlspace then you need to say so and let me move on. There was nothing I was satisfied with. The representative was so negative. He talked about everything, "Your faucet is not put down right," and he went out to find the mainline and was like, "Oh, it's covered up with..." He was very critical, very, very critical.

I received a call from Cregger pluming a half hour before appointment time informing me the technician was in route to my home, when Tom arrived he's was very professional and what I liked most is he took the time to ask me what were my issues and concerns regarding my pluming problems before starting any work. After repairing and replacing parts to my leaking water filtration system he suggested a more robust shutoff valve to prevent excessive water back flow when changing filters. When he finished the project I asked for an estimate regarding installation of new control valves and shower head for the family bath, he walked me through labor cost and provided suggestions on quality products that I could research & compare before buying. All in all a very good experience!

The first plumber who came out was a disaster. He left without turning the water back on, he caused the bidet to flood the bathroom and gave incorrect information to the plumber coming after him causing a further delay. The e second plumber was a true professional. He fixed everything, put in the e tra time, gave us money saving tips and left everything cleaned up and better than it was before it broke.

Cleared everything in no time. I purchased the promotion of $200 worth of plumbing service for $111. Not only was the job taken care of, but I have a $50 credit left to use in the future. The plumber was very helpful.

The man was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He put a camera in the drain and said that my drain was collapsed at the end and broken. He said he was sure this happened when the city put in new road cement around this drain after having ripped it up for a neighbor's problem. He said the job would be about $11,900,WHICH INCLUDED A NEW SEWER AND A NEW WATER SUPPLY LINE . He needed $2,000 down. I gave them a check for $3,000, because I had it at the time was going to spend it anyway on this project. I then learned the insurance company would not let me use Cregger. Cregger kept ALL of the $3,000, and indicated I now had a $1500 credit with them. So now I am out; $3,00, minus the $65 service call. Basement still backs up. I GOT A $3000 SEWER LINE INSPECTION. I am trying to work off the $1500, but I need a clear sewer. I am a low income senior. Update: Cregger inaccurately responded to previous complaint. They indicated I got a refund of $1500, which never happened. They kept $3000 deposit on the job which was not done. Also, I got two other estimates following their estimate. Both the other companies said I DID NOT NEED THE WORK DONE. It should be noted that I did spend $65 with them initially for sewer cleaning. Also, another $50 was spent when I requested an estimate and new shower head. Did not receive an estimate.

It went great. The representative arrived on time, took a look at the job and gave an updated price before any work was begun. The faucet was replaced and I was given instructions about how to properly shut off outside water faucets for the cold weather season. I was not previously doing this totally correct. The new faucet worked totally find for the rest of the summer.

He did a very thorough inspection job and found no leaks. He wrote an extensive report for me to give the water department.

Very well. I called the company and explained that we only have one toilet in our home. They said the plumber would be able to come out between 3:00 and 7:00. Fortunately he came about 1:00 after the company called and asked if it would be O.K. if he arrived sooner. Oh yes, yes, yes. Keith explained what I could expect to pay depending on the work he had to perform. He said he would try the less complicated fixes first. He snaked the bathroom roof vent 15 ft. to clear at 10 ft. I am happy to say he was able to solve my problems. Very nice and polite young man. My past experience with Cregger Plumbing has always been pleasant

It went very well. The job was challenging, and the clog was further out than originally expected -- all the way out at the main city line, but the plumber, Kyle, had a great can-do attitude, put forth the extra effort, and did an excellent job. He was also friendly and had a clean, professional appearance.

Office staff and plumber both were very courteous. Plumber arrived during appointed time and office called ahead to let us know of his arrival. Plumber was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. He was clean and efficient doing the work and took time making sure the problem was solved. Added bonus that they use electronic records and my receipt and record of repair arrived in my inbox moments after he left. Overall very impressed.

Our excellent experience began with the receptionist who was courteous, friendly & concerned about fitting the service call into our schedule as much as possible. The plumber repaired the faucet on the 1st visit within 15 min. The furnaces & humidifiers are now ready for winter. Both servicemen were professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. We found the cost for these repairs appropriate. I will not hesitate to call Matheson for our future home repair needs.

Excellent service in all areas. Both plumbers, on the first visit, kept searching until they found the source of the leak, which turned out to be the spout on the upstairs tub--and it took them a good hour to find it. Once they did, they were very clear on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They had to order a part which isn't standard, and let me know how long it would be. One plumber came back the next week with the part and installed it in less than half an hour. Price was reasonable and both plumbers were polite and friendly. The company stayed in touch with updates, which was appreciated.

This Job could not have gone better. I booked the deal, contacted Cregger and they put me on an expedited list. Luckily an opening was available and I had the technician out that very weekend. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Old unit hauled away and all clean-up completed. I could not have asked for a better experience with Cregger plumbing and I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Cregger plumbing was awesome. The best! My hot water tank failed while I was on vacation. They were professional, prompt. They made a bad situation better!!
