Our service provider was Jeff - he called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived punctually. He was professional, kind and honest -plus, he took his shoes off at the door - very conscientious. Jeff took the time to explain and trouble shoot the least expensive way to address our aging bathroom faucets. He even offered advice for how to address some of the issues on our own to get more wear out of them. He worked quickly and efficiently to address our needs without making the interaction feel rushed. After writing a check to pay for the service, Jeff accidently left it on our table. We called the office to alert them and were greeted with the same cheerful, friendly and kind demeanor as we had experienced in Jeff. It is obvious that customer service is a high priority with the folks at Cregger Plumbing. I highly value this and the fact that they did not try to get me to spend more than was necessary which tells me that they are a business with integrity.

Plumber was very professional and patient with my questions. He even helped with a couple of other small questions I had around the house.

Our plumber, Jason was punctual and polite. He fixed the problem quickly and we paid the quoted price. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again!

Went well. Appt booked fast. Most fixes were done quickly and professionally. Technician was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was that a new "stem" and handle screw needed to be picked up to fix the leaky shower head. So its still leaking. At the time of this writing (4 days later), the followup appt hadnt been scheduled yet. The price for that fix is going to be $265.

Keith arrived as scheduled in the afternoon. Removed old leaking faucet, installed new faucet we supplied. Checked connections for leaks (no leaks). Cleaned up work area. We had purchased Angie's List coupon - $111.00 for up to $200.00 in services. Bill would have been $150.00.

Well,- technicians/plumbers were efficient, careful, and helpful, and I appreciated their care pulling fridge in and out of a tight space.

He didn't seem to know what to do on the quote. He actually wanted to rip a hole in the wall which would have damaged plaster cove ceilings when there's a old laundry shute that is now holding the pipes. (Now done)

Discovered I needed the main line shutoff fixed first. They came back and did that and the original spigot request. Great to work with

Called for gas leak repair which went fine. Water heater still did not work due to other issues. Referred to manufacturer for warranty based on offhand diagnosis but warranty was only for parts not service. Cregger came back at no extra charge. Went back to manufacturer and would have gone back to Cregger for service but scheduling did not work out.

He did some work under the sink, but faucet still has same problem

Kyle showed up when they said and provided a call ahead to let me know he was on the way. He had some trouble but was able to get the drain snaked and it has been running great ever since.

Work was done in a timely manner and estimate was provided for repair of damaged pipes causing leak in the kitchen ceiling. Additional work is scheduled next week. Can not use tub or shower until pipes are repaired but could not get work scheduled earlier.

It was not really well. They misdiagnosed the problem. After calling them back four times to fix the problem, it's still not fixed. They came four separate times. It turns out that the toilet that was running was not the one they tried to fix. When they finally discovered the right toilet to fix, they ended up breaking the toilet. We called them back several times to fix it but they were unable to fix it. They misdiagnosed the original problem. A repair that they did did not work. Four different guys came out to try to fix it but it's still not fixed.

We had no issue with the work and it was completed quickly without a problem and they cleaned up afterwards.

The water heater stopped working on a Sunday and we immediately called Cregger Plumbing. They returned our call within a half hour and explained that it would be best to wait until Monday because of the price difference between weekends and normal business hours. They were out on Monday afternoon since it was a two person job and took care of it. They were professional, courteous and I would hire them again if I needed a plumber. In fact, I have used them a few times already for various jobs around here since our house is 30 years old and things need to be replaced from time to time.

Everything went great. They were on time and did the job right. The only problem that I had with them is that I had them come out to another home of mine to give me an estimate on some work. They told me they would sent me the estimate in an email. I never got the email. Someone from Cregger called me for a follow up on the initial work that they did, which is a good thing, and I told her that I was still waiting for the estimate for my other property. She said she would check into it, but I have not heard anything back. That was 2 and a half weeks ago. Might have been an oversight. That's my only complaint. Everything else was good.

I initially thought the quoted price was on the high side of the expected range. Once I saw the completed work, I was very satisfied with the value of the services. Both projects were completed with high quality supplies, appropriate safety measures (anchored lines, pipe stabilization), and great care for the surrounding environment. Very impressed with the work and the professionalism/friendliness of the plumber on-site and office staff that made the appointment. I will definitely be using this company for future work.

Always appreciate how communicative every technician is and patiently explaining issue and answering questions.
