They were here 3 times. Each time they were here exactly when they said they would be and called prior to arrival. They took care to keep my home clean and also cleaned up after each job. I had 3 different plumbers out per 3 different jobs and all were extremely polite and professional. They explained exactly what they had done and have quoted me on some other items that I may be getting done in the near future.

First off, they were able to come out earlier than expected. I received a phone call to alert us and ensure that it would fit into my schedule. When they arrived I was greeted by Derrick. He was extremely professional. He took time to say hello to our new puppy and make her feel good about visitors. He helped us save money and time. His work was quick and quality. He has a genuine desire to do good work help the customers. They do not work on commission and this allowed him to work within our budget. I would recommend this great company and more specifically Derrick.

Part of pipe under sink was broken and had to be replaced. Water in sink was not draining and we had to hire a sewer professional to snake the pipes and get rid of tree roots. $350 for their work.

Arrived on time, performed work correctly, was thorough and made sure no problems would ensue. Would hire again for the quality, but would insist on clear and accurate estimate up front. However, I feel the price was misrepresented on the phone. I had another quote from someone who couldn't come until evening. Cregger's phone quote was similar. I repeated the quote to my husband and to the rep while on the phone. The rep verified it, and I hired Cregger as they could get there sooner. The actual charge was almost 2x the quote. This was to clear 1 to 1.5 cups of veggies that went down the disposal too quickly. There was nothing unusual or additional in the work. It just needed to be snaked. The problem was as I described it on the phone. The person who performed the work stated they were an emergency service. If this means a higher or additional charge, it should have been disclosed up front. The work was performed on a Saturday afternoon. Charge was $335, after the coupon. Phone quote was around $175 to $200.

Cregger is exactly the type of company I will continue to work wiith. They showed up when they said they would and the work was completed efficiently. All staff I connected with were professional and nice.

It went well. Our hot water heater died on Memorial Day and the day after I called Cregger's Plumbing to have them send a plumber to check things out and they did the same day. Kevin came with two other men and they replaced the old heater with a new 50 gal hot water heater with a 2 year labor and 6 yr parts warranty and remove the old one. Several days later, we had a problem with an upstairs bathroom shower not getting enough hot water. I called Creggers and Holly sent Jeff out and within 30 minutes he was there checking things out and subsequently fixing the problem with a new cartridge for our upstairs shower facet. Creggers plumbing is the best. The ladies that anwser the phone are always friendly and helpful and the plumbers are very knowledgeable and you feel like you getting a good deal. Thanks Creggers!

Happiness is...having the right hot water temperature when you turn on the water! Thanks to Cregger Plumbing Company, Jeff and Bob the plumbers we do now. We had a new hot water heater put in by Creggers which after the installation ran cold water. I quickly called Cregger Plumbing and with 30 minutes they sent Master Plumber Jeff out who diagnosed the problem as our master bath shower facet needing a new cartridge. Shortly afterwards, Bob the plumber came out with his temperature gun and the new cartridge for our shower and fixed our water temperature problem. Cregger Plumbing Company, you are the Company to go to for plumbing work! My Linda and I exclusively go to this company because they are quick, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Thank you!

We had a back yesterday, the usual place we use couldn't make it out and have been not solid lately. Cregger was able to come the same day, fixed the issue quickly, and were very nice to us and our dog. They even called the next day to make sure the issue didn't repeat. We found our new plumber

I called Creeger's, they sent Keith out who has been to my house before and who I knew did a good job. He diagnosised the problem and replaced replaced the sump pump. The pump is working great and I avoided an expensive flooding problem. My bill was $495 and with the Special Angies's Discount coupon I save $89's and only paid $384. WooHoo!. It was a job well done. Very pleased. Plumber was knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done, answered all questions, considerate of not tracking in dirt, cleaned up after. Used copper pipe and not pex. Put in a shut off valve. Put in a ?valve to stop any pipe noise/hammering to occur.

Well. I have not had any drain backup in the laundry room.

Let me start by saying I called Roto Rooter first for this job. I had no idea who to call, so I just googled it and contacted the first reputable company. They quoted me THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix my issue. They said it would be even more if it was cold and the ground was frozen. Then I came here and saw Cregger. They had great reviews, so I contacted them. They quoted me anywhere from $2400-$5000 for the job. They said it wouldn't cost extra if the ground was frozen. They came out, and it was basically an all day job. They had to take down part of my fence (which they put back) and dig up a portion of my backyard. Needless to say, this was a pretty extensive job. They didn't end up having to do a portion of the work they suspected they may have to do when they quoted us, and they actually ended up knocking off a couple hundred of the low end of the estimate. Phenomenal. I respect honesty and professionalism, and they brought that in spades. They were also courteous and friendly. Great business.

Great. The plumbers were professional, hard working. After an initial estimate of some major and hugely expensive work, the supervisor came out and modified the estimate for much less. He was very knowledgeable and considerate of giving his customer a good result at a price that was manageable. So glad I found them!!

Cregger sent a young man with, as he himself said, only 2 years of experience. He was a nice, polite guy... but we wasted $165.00 because he failed to either find or fix the problem. A couple of days later we had to hire another plumber to come in (from a different outfit). This guy spotted the problem at once, snaked a clogged line, and voila! Very frustrating from both the money and the time/trouble standpoints.

Great, worker was very professional and helpful. Got the job done and even did a little extra for me. I will use them again if I need plumbing help.

Wonderful as always, they called when they were on their way and arrived promptly. He removed the old faucet and replaced it with 1 handle washer less one that I had purchased, The old one had separate hot and cold knobs and a lever to open and close the drain the new one did not, so he added a piece so that I can still open and close the drain from under the sink. That was great and something I did not consider when I decided to change faucet types. He also added new braided lines.
