Very professional. The tech explained a few tips if it ever happens in the future. He was in and out in 15 minutes and was very polite during the whole process. I was in a bind and needed help immediately due to going out of town. They came out first thing the next morning without any issue. Definitely earned my business in the future.

They communicated and were friendly and personable.

Every thing was done as requested and plumber came on time. Answered questions to my satisfaction. Will need additional work on bathroom and kitchen in the future and will only have them perform work.

The tech seemed very qualified, but the estimate was too low leading me to believe the estimator who came out to give me the approximate price was not as qualified. The price was going to end up being $200 more than originally estimated.

After scheduling the appointment, got a call when the person was driving to my house. He explained me the process and the approximate cost before starting the work. He did fix the issue in about 30 min, checked the flushing with toilet tissues and made sure it does not clog.

They did a great job. The most honest contractors I've ever met.

My wife pretty much dealt with it but I didn't hear complaints so I think they did a fine job.

Great! The plumber was quick and did a great job getting all the gunk out. Additionally, recommended some other fixes near the laundry sink and explained the implications if no action was taken (prior homeowners installed shoddy plastic pipe). Would recommend.

Very well. They inspected all pipes they could reach with a camera to see if there was indeed a broken main line. They gave alternate explanations for how dirt showed up in my pipes, which made sense given what my kids have done over the past 6 months. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

The service was good. We have been pleased with the service. Our experience has been positive. The price was good. Everything is still working. They were right on-time. There were two workers that came out and it did not took them long to complete it. They had it all done within a matter of two hours. They were punctual, friendly, and did good work. They left the area fine. What they did really well was just follow-through with the project, complete it, and leave without leaving a mess.

Went ok. Had to call the guy back out right after he left because water was leaking around one of the joints on drain pipe under the sink. He didn't tighten it enough. He did come back right away, though, and tightened it.

I agreed to the price prior to the visit. Once they came they only unclogged drain "temporarily" and charged the $160. Young man (like a boy) that seemed "untrained".

The serviceman was prompt and helpful with the questions I had. He completed the job on the spot.

From start to finish this job went very well. When I called to make the initial service call I was greeted by a kind voice on the other end of the line. That to me always signals a good or bad experience is ahead...It was good!! Our service tech. Greg was phenomenal. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new toilet for us. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done. Since this was my mom's house, I wanted to make sure the job was done well. Greg made my mom feel that she was an important customer. If our family ever has plumbing problems again, I will not hesitate in calling Cregger Plumbing.

I purchased it and then they came out and installed it. I think I was there and I talked to them. They said it depended on what it cost, what the best deal was. So, when I was there I got the deal that they recommended, which was the garbage disposal deal, I think. They were really good. They are very professional. You know how professional they were, the plumber had a plumber’s crack, that’s how professional. Like when you bend over, that’s a plumber! I give them an “A” on that. I have been using them for years. They are reasonable priced. If you have an emergency, they will come out right away and take care of you. The workers are good.

With all plumbing companies, all people should say I want a licensed plumber. They initially sent out a less experienced plumber and within an hour or two a more experienced plumber came to correctly complete the work. I like that they rectified their mistake and I doubt they will do it again.

Great. I received 2 quotes, one from Home Depot and another from Cregger. Home Depot's quote was quite a bit more. Unfortunately Cregger did not have the exact water heater I needed. So I ended up buying it directly from Home Depot and Cregger's did the installation at a pretty reasonable price. Overall I saved almost 40% over what I would have paid at Home Depot. Service was professional and as promised.
