I was very pleased with the service and the serviceman who performed it. He fixed the tub and discovered the reason that the water pressure was low. He recommended cleaning the shower head with CLR, and, since I wouldn't be able to reach it, he took it down for me. In addition, he checked the sinks and faucets in the house.

Greg was a complete pro. I called to schedule him for the additional work he quoted practically before he even pulled out of the driveway.

Second time using their services, again they were on time, clean and organized.

Handled it within a timely manner and super professional.

Great! David was on time and very nice. Explained what he was doing and showed me what was going on(even though didnt really have much clue bout whag he was saying lol). He also suggested what he would do if it was his home. Would def. Hire again and will be calling them again.

It went amazing. The issue occurred around 8:30pm the night before a trip. While getting dishes done before going on vacation, our sink and dishwasher were suddenly backed up with a ton of **** from our disposal. After trying to troubleshoot, we realized the clog was deep in our pipes and we needed a plumber. Called Cregger, explained the situation and let them know we were flying out the next afternoon. They promised to fit us in the first thing the next morning which they did. We had Kevin F at our house around 9:15am the next morning. Without me telling him, he knew the situation with our travel. He diagnosed the problem, let me know that the line would need to be snaked, told me how long it would take and asked if there was time for him to get the job done before our flight which there was. He was done in an hour. They also were great about us using a coupon an Angie's List which saved us $100. Kevin F was terrific. He was professional, on time, and explained everything completely. Everything was clean after he left and he seemed to do a good job. Our sink and disposal seem to be working again without issue so far. We've certainly found a plumber we would turn to for any issue. We can't believe how responsive they were. My husband and I were shocked we found a plumber that could come so quickly the next morning. They've earned our business big time!!

It turned out fine. They're not bad, the price is just kind of high. They did a good competent job.

Keith did a great job! He spent an hour carefully inspecting the 110' line, explained everything we saw, thoroughly answered all my questions and made recommendations.

I think the guy was professional. It was a simple job. It was just one person.

This time they finished draining the front part of the basement from the water & cleared a path thru the roots. The plumber said we would need to replace the storm line from the house to tie it into new pvc sewer system from 2014, Est, cost. $2400 - or -- open floor in basement & remove damaged line & install everything that is needed on that side. There are a few other things that would be taken care of at est. cost $4500. They are very professional & all have been good to work with. They are fair & would recommend to others.

It went very well. That is what we have come to expect from Cregger Plumbing. From the office personnel to their technicians it is a top notch experience. They schedule an come out promptly, are great problem solvers, and are very good to their customers. We won't call anyone but Cregger for our plumbing needs.

There was some confusion at the start of the job so the work started a bit late; however, they completed the work sooner than I was quoted. They did an excellent job and were happy to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be calling Cregger Plumbing and Sewer for a few future projects we have planned.

I only received an estimate, but they seem like a very trustworthy company. I will contract them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Couldn't have gone better!! I was afraid I was going to need a new garbage disposal and had even purchased a new one. But he persisted and found the problem. He was also able to repair the tub fixture which saved me untold money since I would have had to buy new faucets and retile the wall.

My downspouts connect into 4" corrugated pipe around the perimeter of my home and connect to a clean-out riser. I also have a footing tile that drains into the same clean-out riser. My sump basin also gravity drains into the clean-out riser, but is draining slowly due to sediment. I scheduled a call for the system to be cleaned or at least viewed with a camera. The plumber indicated that, as a rule, black corrugated piping cannot be snaked as it's too fragile. However, it can be jet-washed, and I explained that I had corrugated piping by phone. When showing the plumber the back-up at the sump pit, he indicated that the pipe drained into the sump pit, not out of the sump pit (which is not the case) and tried to sell me a new sump pump. The sump pump works fine and shouldn't be required with proper drainage. As such, while I understand the concept of a service call with service pricing, this visit didn't accomplish much. I purchased a sewer jetter attachment for a pressure washer for less money than this service call.

Kevin came and checked out the pipe. It was cracked, and he gave us two options of how he could fix it. He ended up cutting out the cracker pipe and rerouting the plumbing under the sink. He was professional, quick, and courteous. We will definitely be using them again!

Jeff fixed the leaky faucet. He said the noise was due to the line not being cleared. He also installed a shut-off valve so I would not have to turn-off the main water to have any repairs done. He also made adjustments to the toilet so it was not filling with water on its own. I paid $111.00 for $200.00 worth of plumbing service which was labor only. I paid an additional $95.00 for parts. The office staff called me the next day to see if I had any issues with the work performed, no one has ever done that before!

Service was performed and I have had no issues since then.

I called because of all the great ratings and that they proudly serve oakland, macomb and Wayne counties. I was told that they don't service Holly, MI which is in Oakland County. I did make them aware that Holly is closer to them then some areas of Wayne County. I do hope they change their website to clarify they service certain areas of Oakland County

Everything went fine. The $200 coupon was applied to the installation of the new toilet on the second visit and I was not charged for the first visit of trying to unplug.
