The technician came out to service the toilet. He was punctual. He snaked out the drain. He did try to clean up the mess that was made but he wasn't quite successful. I still found "spray" all over the bathroom. I have white cabinets and I was finding black spray marks for the next couple of days until I got around to wiping down all of the cabinets. I have since had to call a different plumber out for the same problem. He snaked and didn't find anything - even though the toilet was almost running over. He said if it happened again that we would need to have a camera sent down there. He listened when I told him what was happening and didn't just assume it was something down there. We knew there was a problem because it stared acting up about 5 days after we got there. Cregger did a good job but I found someone that was LOT cheaper even with the Angie's List promo and they were more helpful in regards to next steps. Shop around before you hire Cregger - they charge by the foot! In a pinch they will work but be prepared to pay!

The plumber was very professional. He said our pipes did not need to be replaced. It was the sink strainer area that needed to be replaced. We were very pleased with the work and the updated strainer that does not require rubber gasket.

Great. On time, efficient, no muss no fuss. Very nice young man... it was a comfortable and pleasant service experience.

Fantastic (if there are good things you can say in such a situation). We are the last condo in a 5 attached units 'block', and the real issue was a serious grease and debris clog that formed at our end of the run. They snaked over 100 feet of pipe and cleared a very nasty mess. They made certain everything was flowing freely before packing up. This was a very messy job yet the mess was contained well and clean-up for their work was minimal.

Cregger did a great job fixing the problem with the minimum amount of damage. I've had pipes leak under the slab twice before and it costs me a lot more to fix, not only the leak but the collateral damage to the walls, floor tiles and fixtures. Cregger was very careful to find the leak and break the slab without causing any collateral damage to the walls. Unfortunately, there was no way to preserve the paneling without snipping the baseboard end piece but I was involved with every procedure and they worked with me to limit the damage. It is back to looking normal with just a couple of small cosmetic marks that I was willing to live with., You can't beat the price. I know, I've been there before. These are the same guys that installed my kitchen faucet so I felt comfortable with Cregger, especially when Tom showed up. He was very professional.and cleans up real well.

Everything I've had done with Cregger Plumbing always went well. Never and problems. Not only the service men, but also the office personnel are very polite and considerate. I would and have recommended Cregger to friends and without question would consider Cregger and no one else for any plumbing needs in the future.

Repair went well. They also suggested some changes with our radiators that I was able to implement myself and eliminate uneven heating issues which had been present for almost 10 years.

So far so good. There was one worker. It took a couple of hours to complete the work.

All work was done very quickly and very efficiently. The crew member Jason answered all of my questions and the installation was completed without incident.

Job well done. Removed the assembly by cutting the nut with a dremel tool and replacing the parts I has purchased for the faucet.

Ugh! Flooded basement. I called 8 plumbers in hopes someone could come right away as I watched the water rise. Cregger Plumbing arrived within 45 minutes. I could not be happier!

I tried snaking and changing AAV with no luck. Cregger responded quickly after requesting service from Angie's List. Tom came in on time and quickly identified problem being my PVC pipe into the sewage line not leveled properly. He fixed the leveling problem and snaked they line with professional snaked. The problem was solved in 1.5 hours and has not reoccur since. Very happy with the experience. The price was very reasonable especially with the coupon offered by the company through Angie's List. Tom was pleasant and patient to answer my questions. Much appreciated that! Will definitely consider Cregger for future plumbing need.

It went fine -- as usual, they were cordial, polite, and efficient. They went above and beyond the original repair request, which was thorough, but that also meant more time than the original repair might have needed. In any event, the good news is that I did have a coupon (which they ended up using in entirety).

Two men arrived on schedule and got right into the job. I had purchased the toilets and new faucets. It was a little tricky for them to find the right cartridges to repair the grohe valves but they got what they needed at Universal. Job was done that day. All equipment is working perfectly for more than a year now.

All done in one day with 2 guys. Great work. I supplied the replacement items, they provided the repair parts.

All work was performed exactly as requested and in a workman-like manner. As usual with plumbing jobs, the repairs are more difficult than replacements due to part availability and compatibility. Any complications were taken in stride - managed very professionally. Greg and Jeff were very pleasant, humorous and competent. Clean up was thorough. I am extremely satisfied. Cost below does not include the 3 toilets and 2 faucets which I procured at another $1900.

Jeff arrived much later than I thought he would arrive. Completed the work quickly and did a good with both. I had purchased a 3 hour block of time for $111.00. The work did not take the full amount of time, so I now have a balance toward additional work. I plan on having Jeff do another job soon.

It was ok. It was an additional $300 over the Big Deal purchase. I would not use them again. They were here too long. It was more of a 2 man job, and only one was here.

Timely with first meeting and starting demo - very nice and professional. Asked about other things, such as tankless system and got misinformation and off the cuff high prices. Also suggested I replace drains since walls down, with which no other plumber agreed. Never got breakdown of costs for replumbing - not sure they really looked at plans. Paid for the demo, never got keys back. Apparently walls and ceilings were more damaged than necessary. I guess I was the odd man out, since ratings are so high, which is why I called them first.

Went very well. Plumber was able to come out on a Saturday, while others I called said they couldn't make it out. Plumber was very friendly; he was able to unclog the sink and fix the drain-clogging issue...he was able to do it without going on the roof to unclog the stack; he wasn't sure if he'd be able to, but he did.

Technician was prompt, efficient and cleaned up after himself.

leaky bathroom faucet fixed but later started leaking around faucet rim. Had to wait for their supplier to get plumbing hardware needed for the leak. Other than that I felt very comfortable with the plumber and appreciated my being educated on the clunking noise. Would possibly use them again.

Kind and friendly. Very conscientious. Explained everything, answered my silly questions, included me on the video capture and explained what the camera was showing. Summary: AWESOME. And there was a coupon!
