Kevin was very professional and quickly quoted a price that I considered reasonable for the amount of work being done. The quality of his work was excellent and he even took the trouble of properly securing the sprinkler supply pipes to the wall, which had not been done by the original installers some 30+ years ago. Having just one visit to evaluate, quote, and do the job is very, very convenient and we will definitely call them again if we have other work to be done.

They do a lot of work for me. There was one person who did the work. They left the area clean. It took 2 hours to complete the work.

It went very well. They were able to diagnose a problem other companies couldn't and had the local experience and tools to complete the job for a reasonable price.

Cregger's crew was very professional, and the work was completed quickly (faster than the estimate) and very good quality. Quality sweat fittings everywhere, no pex and no compression fittings, exactly as I requested. The crew was very nice- they answered all of my questions and were happy to explain what they were doing and why. Setting my appointment was easy and painless, and they showed up exactly at the time they said they would. The service was not the cheapest quote I had (it was close- they were within about 10% of the cheapest quote) but I am VERY pleased with the work, and would highly recommend them. Paying a little extra was well worth it considering the quality of the customer service I recieved from them, and most importantly the quality of the work. No shortcuts were taken by them, anywhere- everything was done right the first time with quality parts.

I would say the price was a little high, but acceptable. We are going to use them again to replace another toilet.

Almost great. They brought two faucets to choose from. Installed the new laundry tub that I provided. Replaced two main shut offs in the lines as well as the two washer shut offs. Installed two noise suppression units that are code now. Very neat soldering and sanding. I asked for some caulking around the plastic block that the faucet sits on but that was forgotten. Part of the drain trap leaked, necessitating a return visit. Caulking got done then, too. Pleasant workmen and office staff.

The water heater was installed with out any issues.

Everything went perfectly. A few days ago, I noticed that my meter was running faster than it should have been, so I shut off the main water supply when I couldn't find the leak. I then called Cregger Plumbing, and they came out for a free estimate after other companies attempted to charge $400-500 dollars. Kevin Hollander come out, and within less then a half hour was able to determine that the leak was not in the slab, but coming from a faulty flush valve seal. He was very courteous and professional, and most importantly, didn't try to up-charge me. I am very happy with the level of service I have received, and will definitely use this company again if there are any future problems.

Had to call back to fix the leak in the shower, didn't seam to be done correctly the first time. The second guy did a great job and the job seems to be done correctly in a fraction of the time the first guy was there. Not happy to pay more/ again to get the job done a second time.

The initial evaluation and estimate was completed in a professional manner. The technician seeemd very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained when I didn't understand some of the jargon.
