Kevin was VERY thorough and knowledgeable about the situation we were faced with (we just purchased a home that appeared to have been updated by the seller...unfortunately the updates were window dressing and nothing was done to code...). I trusted his explantion and discussion about what was necessary to be fixed

The plumber cleaned the screen and because it was a minimal service call, suggested other services to clean out the drains because they were draining slow. He was great and the service from Creggers is always excellent.

We had a minor issue that was resolved and through scoping the sewer line we found potential long term issues that we can plan for. Had we not done this we wouldn't have known to plan for other preventative maintenance until it was too late. We were also scheduled for the afternoon, but I received a call that they could come out before noon if I was home rather than waiting. Couldn't have had a better experience working with them, they are the right company to call.

There were a few "hiccups" but they were resolved to my satisfaction. Overall we were happy with the work performed. Personnel were professional and courteous.

Very well! Arrived as scheduled, professional, proceeded and completed thorough plumbing inspection. No leaks, thoroughly explained the expanding of pipes causing tapping sounds when hot water on. Identified and pointed out areas of concerns for future updating.

Everything went well. The plumber showed up on time, looked at what needed to be done and gave me some options, then did the job quickly. He was professional the whole time.

It went great. The plumber Jeff, came by and quickly found the issue. He replaced the stem, removed the showerhead and unclogged the sink and bathtub in less than 2 hours. When I called a competitor company the quoted me hundreds of dollars and stayed at the house for an hour and didn't do anything. Cregger charged a very reasonable price. I am definitely pleased with the service of Cregger plumbing and will use again.

Was not fun but there plumber being a bit tenacious kept at it and pushed the cap into the main sewer line where it can cause no more problems. A lesser plumber would have probably have given up and left me with a huge bill. All I can say is Thanks, and I will call them again if I have any plumbing problems. Thanks again.
