Very well even with all of the craziness going on with Covid 19.

We now have 10x the number of flushes in a day going on at our home due to the covid-19 lockdown. This caused the root issue in our sewer line to present itself must faster than normal. I started with an online chat from the Cregger Plumbing website which resulted in Derrek calling me back. He was very friendly, professional and offered to come by the next day to perform a camera inspection at no charge. They would use that information to make an assessment for what needed to be done. True to his word, Derrek was on-time and exceptionally careful/prepared to keep himself and my family safe due to covid-19. He scoped the line and let me watch the process while he explained what he was seeing in the line. It was determined that there was one spot that was being overtaken by roots and that they have cutters for their equipment that can open up to the full size of the 6" line in the front. He was able to schedule a tech to come out first thing the next day to clear the issue for me. No unnecessary upselling. Bob arrived right on time the next day and took care of the issue. He was also friendly and informational about the process. Long story, short. The issue has been addressed for now and the family is happily flushing like crazy again.

Originally had placed a negative review due to phone receptionist misinformation that they could not come out without a fee for an estimate. I was promptly contacted by one of the owners who immediately apologized and corrected what he said was a total error. They came out as scheduled, very promptly, and completed the work perfectly. Also cleaned out a blocked hot water line to our kitchen faucet for no additional charge. Would definitely hire again.

Brandon came out very fast and had the sewer flowing again in less than an hour. This was on a Sunday afternoon.

Crew performed a two day job that involved breaking basement floor and replacing a rotted drain pipe from the bathroom stack to cleanout. All installation was done on the first day, and cleanup and concrete work was done within a few hours on the second. The crew was very friendly and respectful, and the work performed was perfect. Always a great experience with Cregger and they continue to be my go-to for plumbing services!

12-9-19 made appointment to install toilet seat. 12-12-19 plumber came out . Screw left in from previous seat. In trying to remove screw toilet was damaged. On 12-16-19 I called Cregger since I did not hear from anyone. The person who answered said she would give info to office manager. 12-17-19 They sent someone out to get info off the toilet so they could order new one. 1-16-20 I called them again since it had been 30-days and I had not heard from anyone. I was told that it was on order. 1-28-20 Cregger came out and install toilet. I was very pleased with everything. I would like to thank the office manager for handling everything in a efficient manner.

Everything went well. Brandon was able to unclog my main pipe that other companies couldn't. And he did it by himself. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems.

Shane was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He snaked the drain until he could hear water running and the snake at the main clean out which was about 38 feet down. He explained everything he was doing and answered any questions we had. He also cleaned up after himself. He did a great job and in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

Our toilet, tub, and sinks were backed up. I read the reviews and thought that this would be a good company to contact. Ryan came out and did everything he could to fix the clog. Luckily in worked with his hard work and effort. There was also an 89.00 coupon that was on Angie's List that I was able to use. The price of the job was under $500, which is less than what we were expecting to pay. Ryan explained all of our options and allowed us to make the decision without feeling forced or obligated.

It didn't. I requested an estimate. They came out and looked (Nov 21) and told me what needed to happen to prep the site. Did so, but made the leak worse. Promised a quote by the next day. Called them the following Monday when no quote was received, then again on Wednesday. Posted a negative review on Google (Dec 8) contacted me with estimate the next day (Dec 9) and a call from on of the owners to reconcile. I did not return call. May still offer insight as to why I gave these negative reviews.

The repair and replacement of a toilet was done with in the truck supplies and was all over in less than 2 hours. The plumber was helpful, competent and quick.

Danny was excellent. Would definitely use Creggar again.

Cregger did a great job. They did exactly what they said needed to be done. Very impressed how clean the job came out, cleaned up when done and were very professional through the whole process. I recommended them to a friend which also had work done, they to were pleased. I would use them again.

I text message company and asking for some one to look at basement drain due to slow flow or clogged drain The answer I received from the messenger that they dont not service the area I am located in.

They replaced the WAX ring which went fine (tho I felt it was overpriced $229.). Were suppose to come back once they had the parts needed for the bathroom fixtures and install a new kitchen faucet (I provided). They never came back. I called and the tech was suppose to get back to me and never did. I contracted someone else to finish the Job..

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I highly recommend Cregger Plumbing & Ryan M! He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, fast and took the time to listen and explain everything in detail! He came out quickly after I had a cold water issue a week after another service call quote. He also helped with a bathtub stopper problem & made sure my cold water was working, closed off fridge ice line that I didn’t want, explained my hot water heater setting was set on vacation, and went in the crawl space to make sure there were no leaks. We also talked about my boiler, toilet & crawl space & pipes. I knew tot he area and I only trust & will only use Cregger from now on! Thanks very much Ryan! A+

Mike B. came to my home that I recently purchased because a leak was noticed in the crawl space. He was very professional, nice, knowledgeable, fast, extremely helpful and gave me an estimate. He also noticed there was water all over behind the fridge & black mold too. I’m allergic to mold, so Mike quickly helped me clean up the mess & put everything back in place. Very kind of him! He went way above the call of duty to help this little ol lady out! I’m forever grateful & highly recommend Cregger Plumbing and Mike B! Plumber arrived when he said he would, worked professionally and quickly.

All went very well. The work was performed as quoted, for a very reasonable cost (significantly lower than several other plumber quoted), and with high quality (both materials and labor).

I was very happy with the service and professionalism of Cregger. Our water heater went out on a Sunday around noon and by 5:00, we had a new water heater with enough hot water to do laundry, dishes and shower. I would definitely recommend Cregger to anyone looking for a plumber.

After searching Angie’s List for a plumbing project, I called the top three companies with the highest rating. Mr. James Liberty, Cregger Plumbing Heating & Cooling, came by today to provide me a Free Estimate with no strings attached (unlike other plumbing companies). My project consisted of replacing two gate valves in between the water meter to ball valves. Mr. Liberty provided me an estimate and then proceeded to tell me a better idea of installing a single ball valve upstream from one of the gate valves to include a boiler drain valve so I can easily drain the water in the system. I agreed with his awesome idea. He took his time to provide me quality workmanship. I specifically asked to have the joints soldered rather than using the propress method. He agreed after I mentioned that it would make me feel better as a homeowner. Propress is cool but I’m not a fan of relying on a single o-ring that is holding back water. The o-ring in propress fittings may not be lubricated which would eventually cause a leak. Additionally, the o-ring could be damaged when a pipe is inserted into a fitting if the pipe is not deburred thus eventually causing a leak. The biggest thing that stood out to me was Mr. Liberty’s calmness, understanding, and being open minded when I explained to him that I would like to have all edges of cut copper pipes deburred. I explained to him that not deburring cut edges then soldering them could introduce turbulent flow inside the pipe which could lead to erosion corrosion and ultimately causing a leak. Mr. Liberty, although a professional plumber and I’m not, had an open mind and responded by saying that you learn something new every day. I was a little concerned that I would insult his intelligence but he calmly performed my request without any hesitation. He also pointed out that the bracket holding the pipe to the wall was a dissimilar metal that could result in galvanic corrosion so he replaced the bracket. What a professional!! He even had time to interact with my son who brought down his own “tools” to help out. The overall workmanship of Mr. Liberty is a credit to himself, all professional plumbers, all professional plumbing associations, and Cregger Plumbing Heating & Cooling.

Cregger Plumbing is a quality company with a really excellent team. They always go above and beyond to handle any service needs that you have. This is the third time that I have used this company. I found them on Angie's List, and needed a kitchen faucet be changed, to install an under the sink water filter for my kitchen faucet. Excellent coupons, excellent work. Shaun did my second repair call. Emergency call.... garbage disposal flooding my kitchen floor, got same day service plus a one year warranty. Could not ask for better service or price. My third call, an emergency again, James came to install a new hot water tank and a sump pump. Both of these items went out at the same time. The call center lady was not sure that they could handle the emergency today as they had a lot of frantic calls. 30 minutes later James was at my door, and he has spent 3 hours working on our flood emergency. Quick, efficient, courteous and trying so hard to not add to the already wet floor. Cregger Plumbing is my go to company. Pricing is competitive, and James even said...you might want to have someone else look for pricing purposes.....but I knew already pricing was fair.
