The plumber and his apprentice came around the time expected and were quickly able to diagnose the problem causing the leak. He was able to speak to a representative from the home warranty company to explain the problem and quote the cost of the job. They completed the job very quickly, cleaned up after themselves, honored a coupon from Angie's List and provided a 2 year warranty for their work.

I think we found them through Angie’s List. They were first rate. I would use them again. In fact, their magnet is on our frig.

We've had multiple experiences and they've all been excellent. We've had them do so many things.

The service provider was extremely professional and respectful of my Aunt's home while doing his work. He arrived on time and was able to complete the sink repairs on the day of the appointment. Because he needed additional parts, he returned the following day to complete the tub repair. My Aunt was very pleased and was impressed that a rep from the company called the next day to follow up.

Things went good. they were prompt, professional and pleasant. Took care of the issue as well.

When I tested to make sure the faucet was tight, it fell off. I feel he should have felt if it was tight. The neck holding the shower head was not completely tight and I wish he would have mentioned this to me.

GREAT! It was a fun day! Tom was punctual and thorough in checking the pipes - even went into a crawl space in the basement and a cubby under the landing stairs. He paced off to determine locations of pipes at various places. He was pleasant and even added not too many touches of humor. This can be annoying but it was down right comfortable. I'd read about this company and was glad I called. My drain is running like new. Tom discovered leaks in the tile that were causing more of a problem than the one leak he found in the plumbing and did a quote for the bathtub drain fixture. After I get the tilework done, guess who I'll call for the tub drain repair? Cregger!

Excellent. Jimmy had been here before and was pretty sure he knew where the back up was (he was correct), which saved my about 200' of coil and the corresponding expense. I also had him quote (reasonable for the work to be done) on replacing some gas lines in my house which are many many years old and out of code. I will be having that work done next week.

All went well and we were pleased with the results. Will consider Cregger Plumbing for a shower that we will be installing in the near future in our basement.

After having issues with my water pressure, I called Cregger Plumbing, and it was suggested that I have my cold water lines repiped in pex. Bob came out around 9am, and rerouted the lines through the cabinets, which eliminated the old galvanized pipes. This returned adequate water pressure in the kitchen and on the cold side in the bathroom sink. The hot water in the bathroom sink and the entire water system in the bathtub is still having issues due to one old galvanized pipe on the hot water side, which I knew existed (All other hot water pipes were replaced with NEW galvanized). Once I realized the old pipe was still causing some issues, I asked for some estimates. The estimates were a bit pricey, so I'm shopping around a bit. However, I am pleased with the work that was done so far. Bob was very professional and punctual when he came to my home, and I would use Cregger again. I first just need to do a little research to see what other pricing options are available to me.

Everything went well and our hot water was back on. Very pleased with the quality of service and the price.
