It was explained o me that it needed to put in at a certain angle so that the water would not back up again and freeze and cause another break in the line and cause it to leak again. When they were done with the repairs the slope of the pipe was the exact opposite of what they had explained. When I pointed this out they became frustrated that they had to do the work over again and ended up raising the price because they were out there longer. It was their error that they were fixing and I should have not been charged more for their mistake. If I had time I would have got more quotes to have this replaced.

Need it done right away. Were 3 weeks out. If able to do the work right away I would have them do it.

They called before coming out, on time, did not make a mess, fixed the problem and left the area neat and cleaner than before they started. Kyle knew what he was doing, very pleasant.

Amazing! The work was done on the day of an appointment for an estimate (when it was pouring rain!). Full, clear explanation of problems and cost. Complete cleanup afterwards. Plumber was professional and personable. This was my second experience with Cregger, and I recommend them without hesitation. I think of them as "my" plumbers.

They were fast and efficient. I had called for a quote. It was a simple fix that they handled while they were onsite. They cleaned up after themselves well and showed me the issue.

Everything went well. The company contacted me right away to let me know they had received my request and to set up a service date and time. The serviceman also contacted me when he was on his way. The serviceman completed his work promptly and cleaned up afterwards. He was not able to install the garbage disposal because it turns out my current hookup is unsafe and does not meet code. He advised that I needed to have an electrician install a switch box and he could then safely install the garbage disposal. I really appreciated this info and will definitely call them once I have the box installed.

Called Cregger Plumbing using $25.00 Angie's list service call discount coupon, friendly staff. Plumber arrived on time, test was conducted promptly (in the rain), a washer ( $25 cost) had to be replaced ( had washer available said most common system, took ten minutes tops to locate washer in tool box, disassemble/ reassemble screw, cap, washer, spring) and system tested fine second time after washer replacement. First time system ever needed service repair, second time for backflow test requirement. Appreciated the prompt professional service and Angie list discount coupon for service (paid for washer replacement).

Bob was great! Very professional, arrived on time and completed both repairs that day. We have dealt with Cregger many times and have always been very pleased with the results.

It worked out fine. I have had them before and they are fine.

They were there on time and worked all day. They tracked some mud into the house, but they cleaned it all up perfectly - if they made other messes, they left no evidence that I saw! They got everything done and there weren't any monetary surprises. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

They were punctual and worked about 2 and 1/2 hrs to take out the old and replace the new pipes and other items. There were 2 men and they worked well as a team to get work done. They did a neat, professional job.

Perfect installation. All of the mess cleaned up & old unit disposed of.

The initial Installation of the unit was clean and neat, but I believe the recommendation to go to a tankless was not appropriate for our home. In the end we ended up upgrading gas meter and the gas run throughout the whole house including additional upgrades required by city and manufacturer to pass inspection. Cregger said that I was on my own after the initial installation and all that was needed was an increase in the static pressure of the gas coming into the house to address any concerns about the gas load. Consumers, the City and Manufacturer would not support that conclusion! As a result I had to increase the diameter of the gas pipe run throughout my home to support load by the tankless water heater. The tankless company actually sent out there own plumber to run the gas pipe (i.e. labor was covered by them) to correct the situation so I could pass inspection with the city. For others looking to install a tankless unit please do your homework before going tankless. Overall the tankless is operating great now, but I was lucky that the company agreed to help out and corrected the initial setup. The overall cost ended up being much more expensive than what it should have been. Cregger has done good work for me in the past, but they completely dropped the ball on this one. After going through the process and seeing were we ended up, it is clear to me that some of the installers recommending the tankless technology need to learn what it takes to appropriately install the tankless units.

Work performed quickly & efficiently

Before they came out the pilot light would go out daily and the tank leaked. The repairman fixed the two issues with installation. He informed us that the unit was under warranty and taught us how to call the manufacturer and get the third issue fixed free of charge where as he could have charged her to fix it. He definitely save my grandmother some money.

Friendly and professional plumber showed up on time and did a great job. Would gladly use again.

The technician came at the appointed time and ran a camera through the line. He explained to me exactly what I was seeing on the screen. He pointed out the pros and cons of hydro jetting, especially with taking into account that there appears to be a crack in the line. We have decided to use this company to have our line replaced.

Ended up clearing it ourselves before our appointment. They were very accommodating were we cancelled the appointment at the last minute.

Within a week after the service, the drain was again clogged. I called to complain and I was told that they would charge me $96.00 for a service call, not including the parts and labor to fix the clogged drain again.

Great! Fixed the leak and cleaned up afterwards.

Very, very well. Jeff, the plumber was very nice and professional. Would hire him again!

They were able to fix it without issues, the price was reasonable, it has been a while and no additional issues have arose.
