Excellent. Quick and done right. Do not remember the price, however, what I indicated below is what I think I paid.

The plumber (Kevin) was courteous, and did a great job on each task. The office staff called the next day to check that everything went smoothly. I would not hesitate to call Cregger Plumbing again.

Great. They were professional, polite, and knowledge.

Fair. It took 3 trips because things kept coming up. I wish more time was allotted to finish.

We called for service on August 2, and we were scheduled for service for the following morning, on August 3. Brandon and KJ arrived promptly that morning and were very helpful and quite entertaining, We thought that the water leak was coming from the hot water supply, but it turned out to be the sink faucet that had failed. They quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to divide and conquer. Both problems were resolved quickly. They double-checked their work and made sure everything was functional before leaving. We would definitely hire them again.

Kevin, the plumber from Cregger, showed up on time and had the job done in under an hour. He also did a great job cleaning up after he was done - and took away the old faucet and the un-needed parts. The new faucet looks and works great - couldn't be happier. Nice job Kevin and Cregger!

From the office staff to the technicians, they were all great. We have more work that needs to be done separate from the broken sewer line. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

It went well. the guy that came out and initially did the estimate; what he thought was wrong wasn't the situation, but granted he didn't have the wall open. No one knows until they open the wall. When they finally came out, the price didn't increase and they fixed the problem.

It was good. They had to exchange a cartridge in the shower. I had used this company before, and would recommend them.

Jeff diagnosed problem and suggested corrections. Since this did not require the snaking work, he waived charges. Second time we hired Cregger and Jeff and will definitely do so again.

I like that they have after hours service. We had to call on a Sunday to have a backed up toilet fixed and they were available to do it, which is probably why their price was so high. Other than the surcharge you have to pay for a weekend, the service was very good.

In a word, Great. The work performed was done in a very timely manner by people that were professional, patient with my questions, and, friendly. When our city inspector came out the first day and changed the scope of the job, our technician, David Kowaleski explained to me why and how they would meet the inspector's order. This meant another day of work and Cregger's staff reworked schedules to ensure that the work was continued without delay. The inspector was pleased with the end result and so are we. I definitely will call this company again if required.

Called that morning for replacemnent of water heater that went out that morning. Workers arrived promply that evening and replaced my broken water heater. The office called to follow-up on my satisfaction with their service.

It went great. The repairman showed up on time! He solved our problem( the toilet would not flush) and left.

Tom O'Herron did a great job - from providing a clear quote to arriving on time and delivering two high quality installations. Appreciated the clean-up he did before he left as well as the time he spent confirming I was happy with the work completed. I would use Cregger again!

The technician, Kevin Fenimore, did an excellent job. He very carefully checked to see which of the two new toilets we purchased would fit in our master bath (the shower door is too close to the master bath toilet). He put in the one that fit best, then installed the other in our 2nd floor bathroom. He also re-caulked a first floor toilet. He worked carefully and cleaned up well.

Great service from the office staff to the plumbers. At first, I was nervous about having this work done. But, this company put my mind at ease. Very please with the work.

The plumber was fantastic, this is the only company I call for plumbing. They show up on time, work efficiently, are modest and give appropriate bill for services done without trying to up sell you.

Would definitely use them in the future!

Went very well. Took about 1 hour. Everything worked great and was very clean when complete. The guy was very professional and worked efficiently.
