bought 2 of the coupons, no problem with using them. 1st visit - different people showed up as the original person scheduled ran into issues from previous service calls. They completed the faucet change but stated needed to do additional plumbing line work to install under the sink filter. 2nd visit: person more knowledgeable and advised this should have been installed on first visit. Was not sure why it was not installed. Filter was installed and is working as designed. Was charged for the additional install, glad I had bought the coupons.

Our technician Keith did a fantastic job. The previous plumber sent by our sewer line warranty people barely cleared a tiny hole in the roots. Keith went in with a 4x6 cutter and cleared it out. Put the camera in afterwards to show em and the line was completely clear..

The plumbers installed the toilet in a very timely, orderly and neat manner. They were pleasant neat and very cordial. The toilet works so all is well.

It didn't. We were a long time customer and they have come out to our home several times to install a utility sink, hot water heater and to repair our showers. I was informed that they could not come out for 3 weeks and suggested that we use the after hours service at the cost of $165.00 to start. It is hard to believe that they didn't have someone to come out the day of the request, for not a big job, but an important one.

They were good but they did charge a lot for one thing. They came out when we needed them. It seems that we did wait till a Monday. It happened on a Friday.

It went well. It was all completed in one day, but my toilet continued to run after they left. Someone came right back out and fixed it. I have no complaints.

Snaking the drain went well but they opened a cap on a pipe and it took 3 visits to get it tight enough not to be leaking on the floor... they were very good about it...just needed to get someone stronger to my home who could get it done.

From the first point of contact with their staff that handles scheduling, to the follow-up call from their customer service department once the job is completed, Cregger Plumbing is phenomenal! As a repeat customer, Cregger is the only plumbing company that I use for my home or business. My most recent service was due to both a leaky faucet and a leaky vacuum breaker on a shampoo bowl in my salon. I consider myself to be pretty handy and figured I would replace the parts. I thought to myself, “It’s a simple fix. No need to call in the big guns.” Boy was I wrong! What I did not know was that, among other things, the shutoff valve was faulty; I ended up with a leak/stream of water that was way beyond my skill set. Needless to say, I called in the big guns! Kristen, who took the call, understood the emergency and scheduled my appointment for as soon as possible. In a short amount of time, Super Plumber Keith arrived to save me from myself, and was able to quickly repair the leak and replace the shutoff valve. He even replaced the ancient shutoff valves on the other shampoo bowls; ensuring that, if I should ever try to be handy again, I would at least be able to turn the water off! That same afternoon, after making the easy decision to retire from amateur plumbing, I purchased a new a faucet for one of the other shampoo bowls and, the next morning, Super Plumber Ryan installed the fixture and new supply lines for me. Thanks to their teamwork, all is well in my world!! If you are reading this review, then you are a savvy consumer who likes to be informed before choosing a company to do business with. Look no further! Cregger Plumbing is quick to respond, and the office staff always exceeds my customer service expectations. Their fees are very reasonable, and Cregger Plumbing does not try to exploit your dire situation by using unscrupulous scare tactics to up-sale or overcharge. As a small business owner, I am hypersensitive to customer service. That being said, this is actually the first review I have taken time to write. Because of the outstanding level of service I received from Cregger, I feel it is necessary to share my experience… I have a 3-year-old water heater in my salon, which was purchased from, and installed by, a different company. Since purchasing the water heater, the pilot light has inexplicably extinguished itself on more than one occasion. Each time, unable to reignite it myself, I contacted the company that installed the unit. Each time, the installer/repair technician/owner experienced difficulty in reigniting the pilot light. On the most recent occurrence, 9 AM on a Thursday morning, he actually refused to come out to “fix” the issue, indicating that it was MY fault for buying the water heater that HE sold to ME. Being a salon, the absence of hot water means I cannot service clients; thus, my business suffers. Frustrated, angry, and in dire need of a solution, I contacted Cregger Plumbing. Cue the superhero music because they saved the day!!! The trophy for master facilitator goes to Emily, the customer service angel! Exceptional from the start, she immediately understood the importance of getting the water heater operational. My problem became her problem and, for the first time since the debacle began, my anxiety was gone and I could breathe. The plumbers, Bob, Jason and David, should wear capes and an SP for Super Plumber across their chests. Identified as the culprit of my hot water woes, Bob replaced the faulty gas control valve. Jason and David returned to replace the hot and cold valves. Each Super Plumber was experienced, professional, clean and courteous. Most importantly, they were quick! Within a few hours, I had hot water!!! Because of Cregger’s commitment to customer service, I was able to reopen Friday, one of the busiest days of the week. Without hesitation, Cregger is my company of choice, and I will confidently refer them to anyone in need of the services they provide!

Most helpful in deciding filters to be used

They went to some lengths to try to resolve the problem. Got the storm trap cleared but couldn't clear sanitary trap. I appreciate that they are going to get back with me to see if there is a cost effective way to resolve the sanitary trap blockage.

For something that was not a very straight forward problem, the guys found the solution and took care of it for a price that was fair.

Overall the service went well, I would consider using this plumbing provider in the future.

Everything went well. Preformed work as described. Everything seems to be working well. Took about 2.5 hours. Left work area in very good condition. I am pleased with the work. The cost seemed a bit high to me, but I do not really have a point of reference.

They were fast and efficient. Plus the price was amazing for our sub! I appreciate their promptness!
