The service worked well for a period of time, however, we will require full snaking which is a much larger job. However, the plumber prepared me for that scenario.

Looks good so far. He also lowered my refrigerator with a ratchet as a favor to me. The charge for putting in the water line was $200 and i had a plumber from Beck pluming out to my house just days before and he gave me a bid of $350. So I guess the price was pretty good. I recommend them. For the job to have been perfect i would have appreciated if the guy had taped together the coil of extra copper wire and secured it as it is now in my closet (behind the refrigerator) and Im sure it will get caught on things until i take care of it.

Bob the service man suggested rebuilding them instead first with just New Rubber Washers to fix the problem. That fixed the leak and saved us more $$. Installed the New Faucet and works great. No Leaks. Very professional service and Bob explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer any questions. They even called the next day to follow-up on how the service was and wanted to know if we were happy with the work !!! Never had that happen before. Cregger Plumbing is top notch and I will be calling them for my future plumbing needs.

Keith Thomas did a fantastic job! He installed shut off valves for both the hot and cold faucets which will allow us to use the basin while keeping water flow from the washer. His work looks like a piece of art! In fact, I'm considering framing it!

After they left the house I called them back to fix the facet as it was leaking. The toilet re-mount was more than I thought it should be ($199). Less than a year later the toilet began to wobble on the base. I called them back and they said they would re-do everything for $475 - $675.

75 minutes later, my plumbing problems were a distant memory. Keith did the work quickly and efficiently and was very neat in the process. Figured this was going to cost more than the $200, so I was elated when I was told the bill came to $200 and I didn't owe a penny more. This company is great. I will be having my bathroom remodeled this winter and Cregger Plumbing will be doing the plumbing work.

They did a true labor of love to restore a 75 year hold bungalow's original fixtures. I was very impressed with the care and thought they took to the projects. And the patience they gave to make sure the project was successful was admirable.

I always use Cregger. They do it right, for a fair price, and understand the system in an old house like mine. David and Ron came out and installed the heater. They were great, very professional, but very personable as well. They were on time, worked hard, and I got a brand new installed water heater on the same day I called! I had them out a few weeks ago as well and that technician was also excellent. I always recommend Cregger to everyone. They never disappoint me.

I called the Cregger Company to get estimates on several upcoming plumbing projects. I was given detailed estimates for all the work I needed done. One of the more pressing issues was the sink in my master bathroom. The galvanized steel drain pipe had corroded and broke off just inside of the wall. I promptly made the appointment and Jimmy came and fixed my drain. He was courteous and pleasant. He was also quiet and managed to not wake my toddler who was napping in her room nearby. This was my second time hiring Cregger and my first experience was what prompted me to call them again.

Went as expected. Quick completion.

Did an excellent repair job and included filling an old pit and extending the pipes for easier access.

I used their online coupon, and understood going in that there might be some required extra work beyond the $950 charge. They communicated well, were on time, and charged a reasonable fee to move some plumbing and install the anode rod I had. I was very glad they took the old water heater out, and that they were careful to not make a mess in doing so.

The service provided went great. The service professional that came to our home not only inspected the boiler unit, but he also checked each radiator and replaced defective valves. You won't be disappointed when calling on Cregger for your home heating needs.

Good. Plumber was personable, skilled. Work site kept clean. The company was very responsive. and followed up after the job completed. I thought the pricing was a bit high, but in retrospect the job took over 4 hours.

I am a question asker and he was more than willing to explain the steps he was taking, and his knowledge and experience definitely was obvious while being very approachable and efficient. The prices were very reasonable and clearly discussed. I would hire again for any other plumbing needs without a second thought.

After the first visit the water flowed well. After about one week, however, the water again started to back up. We called Cregger Plumbing, and they came back a second time. They again took significant amounts of tree roots out of the sewer pipe. I can not believe these roots grew back that fast. I believe they did not complete the job on their first visit. They also charged us for the second visit. To me, this appeared to be a double charge, since the job was not completed the first time. The water has not backed up since the second visit. Next time, I will call someone else.
