Quickly and efficiently. I have been using Creeger for years, and would never consider hiring anyone else. I trust them completely. On top of everything else, they are polite, friendly and a pleasure to speak and deal with.

Big project but they worked thru to resolve from the main interior stack out to the sewer line.

Took a little while to get an appointment as they have one gentleman who does this testing. On the day of the appointment, he was on time, and was professional. The backflow tested out fine and he faxed it the city. Price was comparable to some other providers (probably close to median).

Very. The repair person was very profession and we discuss possible future work. Also showed me how to reset disposal.

It was a major en-devour, but I could not beat the price , expedience(needed to sell home), and professionalism of Tom and the team. Also one of the only handy men who take care when cleaning up after themselves! (that is rare)

we were told new leaks might occur because of the age and condition of the surrounding pipes. Overall we are pleased with the work. Bob was very professional.

Received a phone call prior to plumber arriving. Wasn't super talkative, look at the hot water heater and went directly to his van. Came back and said that he had a part, but it was the incorrect part. He did give me the part number I did need and advised me to call Bradford white to see if they would be able to ship me The part as the supplier he would need to go to was not open. Upon calling Bradford white, I did find that the part he actually had on hand, what is the part that was needed, that it had been upgraded and he did have the correct part. The next appointment the plumber arrived early which was great, but the part needed wasn't the one they had. It was suggested I get a brand new water heater even though mine was only six years old, because the parts and labor would be more than getting a hot water heater. They were very courteous helpful and the price Of $550 for a brand new hot water heater installed was not bad. I would definitely recommend.

Kevin Jacobs and his crew did a fabulous job start to finish. They were thoroughly professional, considerate and kept us informed every step of the way on this all day project. There were no surprises and the very reasonable cost was as estimated. They cleaned up after themselves very well and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

Some days you are just lucky. I found Derek on Angie's List and his work is better than EXCELLENT. Boiler furnaces in residential homes are not that numerous and after 20 years of of experience with heating & a/c companies who " oh yes we service boiler furnaces" but really possess a minimum superficial knowledge. Derek is works exclusively on boiler furnaces and is truly a master craftsman. And more good news his prices $275 are cheaper than the " oh yes we service boiler furnaces" field with their return multiple calls'

Very well, as it always does when you hire Cregger Plumbing. Have used them before and will continue to use them again. Keith was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, did what he had to do and left. What else can you ask for? The next day I received a call to make sure my problem was fixed and everything went well. YES YES YES!

The tech arrived on time and performed an analysis of job. He then explained in detail why job could not be performed. very professional.

The technician worked quietly, neatly, and in a reasonable amount of time. Answered the few questions I had. Took the old toilet with him for proper disposal. Also, asked him about replacing the bathroom's sink/vanity in the future. He gave me recommendations of dealers that sell them. Would definitely use them again.

We had to wait a week for them to come back to fix the broken pipe but they did work hard to resolve the problem. they are always respectful and professional. I guess we were not ready for the large bill but in no means was it unreasonable for all the work that had to be done

Awesome experience with Creggers! Dave Glover was my technician and he was punctual, polite, and very thorough! He had to problem shoot some issues too (like finding a drain in my basement that put him back time-wise so I felt bad about that!) but he handled it very professionally which I really appreciated. When he was finished, he walked me through everything he did with clarity and answered all my questions about maintenance of the new water heater. I am very impressed with Creggers! Their office staff was very polite and timely as well - letting me know technician was on way, answering my questions about my Angie's List coupon, etc.

On time. Professional. Good work. With the coupon the price was 50% below my other estimate.

Pro: They called before arriving, plumber was professional and did a good job of clearing the drain back up. Con: There was one man, he worked one hour, no parts and charged me $215. The same company came out the year earlier for a different drain clearing and it was only $165. I thought the service price last year was a bit steep, but I wished I had ask about pricing before I requested them to come out this time. I usually don't mind paying a little more for a reputable and professional contractor, but I feel they are now charging the "don't call us again price".

Have always had very fair quotes and excellent work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I called them on a Saturday after we had a sewer backup in our basement. They responded quickly, quoted $295-$395 for emergency weekend drain cleaning. They were at our house within an hour. Kyle was the person on Saturday, spent a few hours, cleaned the drain, but said to call on Monday to get one of their guys with a camera to see what was going on to come out. He took a $25 Angies coupon and the cost was $370. There was more backup on Sunday, I called again, and they sent out Jeff, who came within an hour and a half with equipment and a camera. He drained more and took pictures to show us where the problems were. He also found out that our sump pump wasn't working and got us a new one and installed it. He said that the pipes were old but he thought we would be okay and we have been since the work was done. Cost of the sump pump and install was $395. But we were just thankful that the sewer backup was taken care of on the weekend.
