Great, as usual! All you can wish for: on time, efficient, communicative.

It went great, during the whole process Creeger were professional and kept us updated during the delay for one of the shower parts. They provided an estimate in person and then via email which made keeping track of it very easy. All the invoices were also done online, which I really liked as I have a habit of losing them down the road. I plan on having them comeback to quote adding a new kitchen drain .

Mark was very professional and did a great job. The old shutoff valve was at least 50 years old and needed to be replaced. It wasn’t easy to remove the old one as it was against the wall and the pipe coming out from the wall didn’t give making the job more diificult. After Mark was able to replace the valve, he hooked up the range and thoroughly tested it to make sure it worked. Then he checked the furnace and water heater to make sure they were working again since he had to turn off the main gas line. Once he made sure all of those were working he installed the dishwasher and made sure that worked before he left.

All went well except it took several attempts to correct kitchen faucet spout leak. Cregger made return visit to make sure leak was finally corrected

Kitchen faucet replaced Clog in stack diagnosed, but not remedied. Most of the time (and subsequently, the price) spent was on this problem, so it was disappointing that it wasn’t fixed.

Excellent service. On time and very professional. Ryan made certain the entire line was clear and draining well. I have used Cregger Plumbing for over 20 years and they have always been very reliable.

My first experience with Cregger Plumbing was in December 2017 when I had all the old galvanized pipe replaced with copper. Jason H and his crew did a wonderful job. It was a big job and they completed it in one day. I again used Cregger Plumbing when my kitchen was updated this month. The new copper pipe connection to the new sink was completed with installation of a new faucet. Water hookups to the new refrigerator and dishwasher were also completed. Kevin and Brandon were great. My most recent experience was having the hot water heater flushed. James was the tech for the job. He was also great. Each job has brought different techs to my home. Each time the techs were friendly, polite and on time. I appreciate the follow up calls with each job. I am glad I was able to have Cregger complete all the work.

The workers that came out both time were professional, careful, clean, and made sure we were aware of exactly what needed to be done. I was also really happy that they proactively were able to bump us up a couple hours earlier when another appointment cancelled.

Now the shower head is amazing because we have hot water that comes out gushing and it is immediately hot! They did a really good job!

The repair person was very knowledgeable. Did an excellent job. That's why we called Cregger again for additional work. Regardless of how many things you had done you got charged a service call for each item that they were going to repair. You should have been charged just one service call regardless of what you had them coming out to repair.

I was very pleased with Cregger Plumbing. They very very responsive when i called. The person who came to make the repairs inspired confidence, explained the repairs needed, and then did them quickly and well. He was cheerful and cleaned up after the job. He showed me what he had done and why it had been done.

Mr. Singletery was very professional and patient in installing a new toilet to replace an old one with fittings that were difficult to manipulate. He explained everything he did and made sure that the fixture met our expectations. He also repaired a sink in the basement and removed the old equipment and packing material, leaving the bathroom in a good condition. We would definitely use the services of Cregger Plumbing again in the future.

Overall it went 'Good'. Their office called with an approx. one hour notice. The installer was punctual and very polite. The only reason I did not score an Excellent is because of what I consider the finer details. After installing, the installer cleared the line from my powder room faucet, which sprayed rust all over the sink and counter and also filled my aerator with sediment, and did not clean up before leaving. Also, the water heater itself is not level, possibly due to the length of the supply lines. I'm not sure if this will create a problem with the performance of the heater or not. The previous tank was level and the supply lines (both gas and water) were straight.

The kitchen needed new pipes and faucet. The toilets all needed rubber plunger replacements. The parts were bought at Home Depot. When the box was opened, there was a dent in the faucet. Greg returned the part and learned that several boxes were damaged. He had the store worker open each box till a flawless part was found. He returned to the house and the job took much longer than anticipated, at the original price quoted. Greg fixed all issues with patience, skill and integretity. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend Cregger Plumbing services.

Bob did a wonderful job. He was punctual and repaired the leaking pipe. I would definitely recommend this company.
