It went well. Originally it appeared that I only needed a new hot/cold water handle, but once it was changed the shower continued to leak. The valve that controlled the water shut off was worn out. The valve wouldn't come out of the pipe and eventually had to be cut off and the pipes sealed off until further work could be done. James came out and cut an access panel in my linen closet to access the pipes for replacement. He was concerned that going through the shower itself could crack the bathroom tile and would result in a very costly repair. He installed a door in the linen closet and reattached the pipes with a new valve and handle. He was very professional, confident, and did a great job!

Very professional on time and friendly .we have a lick on radiator heat and we need new radiator heat valves ...we use the angis list coupon and that bring the real price from $235 to $135 ...I have use their services before and they ALWAYS do a great job

They came out as scheduled with a call 30 minutes before the visit. He did a great job and was quick and efficient.

The bathroom was fixed but the kitchen faucet issue was with the American Standard faucet that was faulty and I ended up replacing that myself.

The first plumber I called was Cregger and they were very helpful and polite on the phone. I was visited by a plumber for an estimate and was unfortunately given a number too high for my budget. The project required some uncommon fittings and was in a tight spot, so I expected a premium. The quoted amount ended up being almost double what I paid to another Waterwork Plumbing in Ferndale for the same job. I'm sure Cregger is fully qualified and capable, just a little pricey!

We had Ryan Masek out to our home today. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he also educated us on the issue at hand and explained what was going on. He also left our basement as well as our stairs extremely clean by laying down drop cloths. I couldn't be happier with our service!

Great customer service. Creggor was very responsive to my problems when I realized the kit install was flawed, due to the parts of the kit itself. Not only did they respond promptly, I got all new spring return flush handles at no extra cost. I am very pleased with the service provided.

Kyle serviced our house both times. He is very nice and was great about explaining everything to us. He had to come back out today to honor a warranty on our toilet for a defective part. Everything seems to be running great now. Will definitely be calling back out for future needs.

Cregger was great! They were able to come to the house the date of initial contact and showed up exactly when they said they would. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, and even taught me how to look for gas leaks. They set up the dryer really quickly and I was able to go on with my day. They even called the next day to make sure everything went well! Would highly recommend.

I called them a Friday by 10 am, they were able to come at 2 pm and the job was done by 5 pm. I have really appreciated their responsiveness, since it is tough to live without hot water when it is cold outside. And it was one of the cheapest one. The guy also explained what to do to keep my water heater running for a long time.
