Turned out we did not need a shut off valve for fridge, they did replace leaking faucet in bathroom, however a few days after leaving it started to leak again. We did not call back.

Tom did a great job. He explained everything and answered all questions. I had also asked him about some other work that we will need to have done. He was very informative and offered various options. He was prompt and courteous. I would have no problem hiring Cregger Plumbing again.

They came very quick after normal hours. I will use them again. Brandon and David were great.

Excellent! My old cement utility sink became plugged beyond anything I could fix. Tom O. came out from Cregger and did an excellent job. He quickly had the pipes under the sink replaced clearing the problem. He also replaced the shut off valve. In addition he removed some old piping that was no longer needed leaving me with a neater layout. Tom explained my options and the cost estimate when he arrived then answered all my questions. This included patiently answering some questions on plumbing beyond the reason for the call out which I really appreciated. I better understand the plumbing in my house as a result. I also had excellent service when I first called to set up an appointment. The rep I talked to was friendly and professional. I was able to get a time that fit my schedule. She also called me about 15 minutes ahead of when Tom was to arrive. I will definitely call Cregger again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend. And while a coupon wasn't the reason I called them I did appreciate the $25 Angie's list coupon.

We had a bad leak whenever I turned on the kitchen faucet or drained the sink., When Cregger came out they determined that there was erosion in the pipe between the sink and the main line in the basement. Our kitchen is on a slab and the basement is below level causing them to have to cut out the wallboard behind the kitchen to see where the leak was. It turned out the leak was under the floorboard in the corner where the kitchen meets the basement. Dave did a great job not only finding the leak but fixing it. He showed me how the job was progressing along the way so that I knew exactly what he was doing and he took pictures to show the insurance company. He also spoke with the insurance rep on the phone so that they knew exactly what the job entailed. Dave was a gentlemen and very professional. I would not hesitate to call Cregger again.

Home had been vacant for about a year, then incompetent contractors improperly installed our brand new boiler and didn’t test the system or explain anything to us. I called Cregger to take a look when it was leaking, banging, and not heating well. Derek was incredibly thorough. He diagnosed — and explained to us everything that was going on with our boiler system. Derek has been so helpful and informative. We’re still balancing everything out but our system is working so much better. We are new to boiler systems and radiant heat but have learned a ton from Derek and Cregger—Derek is a true master of his craft. This kind of expertise with great customer service and fair prices is rare. This is my second experience with Cregger and I would highly recommend them.

The installation was done in one visit. The technician arrived when expected. There was an additional charge above the coupon I purchased, which was larger than I expected. After contacting Cregger I was provided an explanation of the charges and a partial refund of what I paid, because the technician charged the new call rates rather than a rate to do additional work on an existing call. I have used Cregger twice now and would select them for any future needs. They were helpful and responsive.

Two plumbers showed up promptly. They identified the issue and gave me a couple options with costs up front. Ended up being able to repair it in a few hours using the cheaper of the two options.

Cregger always does a great job and I use them exclusively for all my plumbing needs. They always show on time, know how sole the problem and do so efficiently.

I have used Cregger Couple time in the past and they always do a great job. They have very professional plumbers who come and do a wonderful job. The only suggestion I have is that I waited 3 days to get on their Calendar when it was an Emergency ( I had the main water off ), even after me asking multiple times that how I can get a Plumber earlier, I was never informed that they do have an Emergency service. It would be great if they can train their scheduler to start sharing about the Emergency service Cregger Customers can avail.

I call them whenever i have a plumbing issue. They are professional and courageous. Prices in my opinion are good amd reasonable. I would hire again and i plan to. The last plumber (ryan) was really informative so i know they also have another service for my issue that would betrer serve me. I was happy for the info because they have been here 3 times due to my roots and low flow toilet. I am having them replace the toilet too. Love this company.

OK, given I fortunately had on hand certain necessary parts to repair and replace. Bought a Groupon but was surprised at the cost even after applying groupon. Plumber was very courteous but kept getting calls (I guest from home office) and having to interrupt work at my place for at least 15 minutes.

Very well. The technician was very polite and took time to explain everything that needed to be done. This is my 2nd time using Cregger They have always done an excellent job.

Very professional and on-time. Replacing the bathtub faucet was planned and went very well. We experienced a backed- up sewer drain, which the technician came promptly and cleared out. We had to pay an after hours fee, but the work needed to be done. Great service and I plan to rehire them for additional work in the future!
