Great job, would use services again.

The work was good, the price was fair, I had to wait for a while for the appointment, due to they where busy, but their professional was great.

I called Cregger around 8:30PM on a Monday evening. They had a plumber at my house by 9:30PM. Our master bathroom toilet drain was clogged and backed up into the tub when I used a plunger. Brandon, the plumber, inspected the drain stack to determine the best location to snake it from. After the inspection, he laid tarps through the house to protect the floors. He ended up pulling the toilet to access the drain stack. He was very organized and efficient about his work. He had the clog snaked and the toilet reinstalled within an hour. After finishing the repair, he cleaned up the work area and removed his tarps and tools. He left the work area clean. Throughout the repair, he was very professional and courteous. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Kevin the plumber was outstanding. New what he was doing ... rerouted a water pipe that posed a problem ... cleaned up as he went around the house doing the job. Very satisfied and would recommend Cregger plumbing to others.

Too expensive . Other people do it for $75.00 They said $ 185 plus additional cost.

seemed to be installed ok and working. recently (almost 3 years) I noticed heavy corrosion at the outlet on top. called them to have it properly repaired since something wasnt done properly when installed. they want $300 to fix their own mistake. why would i pay twice to get the job done right, and whats to say it wont happen again in 3 years. it is a simple joint in the plumbing!!

Excellent! They were fast, very professional, super friendly, and oh yeah - they did great work at a great price! Complex basement bathroom addition, and they completed it in 2 days - even with an open-concept basement ceiling.

Cregger is an exceptional company, great experience with getting my backflow prevention valves certified for the city.

Work to fix faucet was done fine, but their prices are pretty high. Wanted to come back to charge me $275 for 10 more minutes of very simple work and a $22 part. I did it myself instead.

They don't take care of mobile homes, so I got someone from my church who got the pilot light on and all is good

It didn't go well at all. They never called me back.

Things went very well. It did take two home visits to complete the investigation, as a camera probe required was not available for the initial visit. For that reason, the technician had to schedule a return visit on the second day. At that time he was very open to explaining his work and letting me observe the drain snaking process with the video camera system (very interesting!). In the end, the problem was fixed, and the service was exemplary and cost-effective. (The company honored an Angie’s List online discount coupon.)

Jason, was very professional, with mask and gloves, he exercise social distancing. He was on time did a really good job on work that needed to be done.

I had Cregger put in my water filtration system. The plumber didn't bother drilling holes into the wood first. He just put the screws in, thereby splitting the wood. Considering the outrageous rate they charged, you'd think they would have taken the time to do it right. Also, my water heater company called Cregger out to investigate an issue with the water heater. The man who came out said he was out to give me an estimate. I replied that is incorrect. He was supposed to come out to investigate the issue. He said he's not a water heater expert. He appeared very angry the whole time he was here. He said he'd have the girls in the office e-mail me to set up a new time. They never did. I've been waiting for a year.

If you want the job done right,call Cregger.Tom was at my house and spent extra hours on doing the job because I have an older home.He was very informative and answered all my questions.What surprised my wife was he laid down a canvas going down our stairs to the basement because it was drizzling outside. Picked up everything he took off and even dried up the floor.WOW talk about doing an excellent job all the way.I am hard to please but this man did his job top notch.Oh and by the way he wore a respirator the whole time he was here to protect himself and me.I can't answer more from a company who acted so fast and replaced my hot water heater.I give this company 100 stars.

My project went exceptionally well. I was very pleased with the professionalism and excellent work and clean-up performed by Bob Holmes.

They were wonderful! I called late at night and received a call back first thing the next morning. Someone was out to fix my water heater that afternoon.
