James came back and took care of the issue. We have used Cregger a lot and have more work to do in this 100 year old Ferndale home, we'll be calling Cregger back

David did a good job. Offered two options on the type of shut off &installed within 20 to 30 minutes.

Dave S was very helpful to explain the hardware and to help me make decisions about work that will need to be done in the future. The new cartridge is buttery smooth. The new tub spout I provided was about 1-2mm away from a direct fit, but Dave did a nice job trying to get it flush without having to completely re work the copper piping underneath.

The job was preformed by Kevin F. He did a very nice job, it went very well. I had a coupon thanks to Cregger Plumbing and Angie's List. I also had a 2 projects did out of the way and I was very pleased with the work. When he came in and finish the work, he cleans up, like he's never been there.

Excellent. Plumbers worked very hard to resolve issue and were extremely informative about the details of my plumbing infrastructure.

Estimate made on "guessing what was the problem." My brother said, "A company needs to get a camera down into the pipe to know what is wrong". This wasn't done. Their cost $3,995 to $4,195 depending on final job done. Cancelled with them when my 3rd company estimate was made and the company said, "We cannot give you an estimate without knowing what the problem is and that can only be done after a camera is inserted into the pipe and we then will know what was wrong. Their final price (All About Plumbing in Madison Heights, MI) was $295.00. Problem was the connection from 2" pipe inside house to outside 3" pipe. My pipes were open. Failed to notify "Mr. Dig" and had 2nd set of flags from all utilities installed.

Fine fixed with minimal effort and cost

Sump pump went out and they were here in less than two hours. All fixed and good as new. Greg did a great job.

Better than I could ever imagine. You can depend on Cregger, no matter what. Tom came to correct a problem that surfaced, no problem, no excuses. They are a bit pricy but you get more than you moneys worth. Have used in the past and Cregger will be the first companyI call in the future.

Snaked the basement drain and ran camera up. Blockage was from kitchen drain.. which didn't make a lot sense with the troubleshooting that I did. I didn't get to see the footage from the camera snake but it has worked fine ever since. No future problems.

Great both times I had them out! I now live in a Mobilehome and they don’t work on Mobilehomes. Wish they did! I don’t remember how much I paid but I thought it was reasonable.

Cregger Plumbing came out and quoted the job. Very responsive and professionally. Unfortunately the quoted price was way out of our budget at 2000US for our 2300sqft home.

My intent was to replace all the old gate and globe shutoff valves in our house with modern ball valves, plus add some new valves. In all, I had 21 separate items to be addressed. I obtained quotes from Cregger and one other respected company. I chose Cregger because 1) they provided a very detailed quote, costing out each specific item, which enabled me to easily work with them as I finalized the work request, and 2) their quote was about 20% lower than the other bid. The Cregger office called 30 minutes ahead both when they came out for the estimate and when they came out to do the work. KC (Kevin) and Shane were the plumbers. When they arrived, we reviewed the work order. KC told us "piece of cake" so naturally, when he tried to close the house water valve before the water meter, the valve broke! KC called the City of Troy water department, handled all details of having the city shut off our water, and replaced the broken valve. The only additional cost to us was $20 - the wholesale price of the new valve. The work proceeded quickly and professionally. In the laundry room, KC not only replace the valves, but reworked the entire piping arrangement to bring it up to code. Where I wanted a new line installed for a garage hose bib, he proposed a much better solution than the routing I had requested. In all, a great job! On time, on budget, and done right.

It went very well. From my first phone call, Emily was very helpful and got us in right away. First, Gregg came in and diagnosed what needed to be done without charging us. He gave a reasonable quote. Today, May 5th they send us two amazing guys: Brandon and Ryan to install our water heater. These guys are very professional, courteous and honest, and very nice and did the job . They explained to us everything that was done and will definitely go to this company again for our plumbing issues. The fact that they sent us help right away was also a plus. Emily did a wonderful job in updating us when to expect them to come. We are a happy satisfied customer!

They installed a battery backup sump pump and everything is all set now for any future power outage situations. They were on time, the install was fairly quick and they also took the time to explain how the new system works as well.

They are very good, responsible, good quality of the work and the pricing was reasonable. I will recommend them to others.

The process was not perfect and things were missed. It was a lot of work to try and complete in one day. They were very responsive in fixing the problems the next day. Problem 1: The main water line was attached to the bottom of the staircase. This was fixed the next day. Problem 2: The pipe that went to the shower was not replaced. This was fixed the next day. Problem 3: The list of work written up in the first meeting, was not followed. Two items were missed. They did not install the new sump pump and the water line to the refrigerator was not installed. Both were completed the next day or same day.

James came out and explained issue, he inspected (camera) the sewer clean out line and proceeded top clear root system at the line end, reinspected and did second pass to clear additional blockage. very polite and explained future preventative measurers

I received an estimate and the work required was explained to me. The plumber, Jason, who inspected the area and gave me the estimate was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will be scheduling the work with Cregger Plumbing. I have used their services for many years and have always been very well satisfied with the work performed.

Kevin was timely and professional in replacement of the pump and shared his knowledge as well. Thank you for a job well done.
