These guys are the best! Great customer service. Great price. I have a large tree in front of my house and the roots grow into my sewer line. I have to get this line cleared periodically. After careful research, I selected Cregger. I was not disappointed. On the phone, I was quoted the standard 3.5 inch cleanout. When Ryan M. arrived, I asked about other options. Ryan said he could use a larger expandable cleanout but the cost would be 2 to 4 times higher, depending on how much blockage there was. But, he said the cleaout would last much longer. I decided to go with the large cleanout as it would be good for 3 to 5 years, and cheaper in the long run. However, it was not as difficult as Ryan expected so he only charged me about 1.5 times the normal price. As I accepted a higher quote, he could have charged more. Lastly, Ryan recommended a chemical treatment that would further extend the time until the next cleaout. While Ryan's actions mean I won't need their services for a long time, you can be sure that I will use them for any plumbing needs I may have.

My toilets were old. Not familiar to younger plumbers. Price was a bit high for me.

I called Cregger based on stellar Angie's List reviews, and the fact that every time I ran water in my sink or washing machine, water came up in my bathtub (not good). Since I have one bathroom in my house, this was an emergency. I called another company, and they were unable to provide me with an appointment. I called Cregger, and received a call back from the technician within 45 minutes. He said that he would be to my house between 2pm-4pm. He arrived at my house just after 2pm. He assessed my problem. He ran the auger, cut the tree roots, and offered solutions for long term. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. The cost was a little (gulp) shocking, but they were up front about all of the costs for coming out on an emergency call, and the labor. I would definitely recommend Cregger, and would use them again.

How did it go? Perfect! The Cregger representative was very professional and took the time to explain the issue I had. There is no where else I would go for my plumbing needs.

Discovered water backing up from floor drains in basement on Sunday before a scheduled trip on Monday. Was unable to reach Water Master, the local mfr. of my sump pump so I called Cregger who had inspected my drains in the past and were very reasonable. To their credit they responded within a couple of hours, said the pump needed replacing, could pick one up and be back first thing Monday AM, which they did and I was able to start my trip by noon. For that they charged $1,475 plus $165 for the Sunday service call. Recently my pump failed again and I was able to contact Water Master who solved the problem by replacing a $55 pressure switch. I had saved the original pump so for the heck of it I hooked it up to a garden hose, turned it on and it worked fine: it was just another failed pressure switch.

Called Cregger Company to request a plumber to fix two sink faucets which had become loose, making it difficult to completely shut off the faucet due to contact with the back splash panel on the affected sinks. Because we were expecting several family guests on Friday, June 8, we needed some quick help. Ryan arrived on time as scheduled that Friday and completed the required repairs in about an hours time. Ryan was friendly, helpful and very professional and the quality of his repairs are excellent. This is the second time we have used Cregger Company (first repair on May 23) and both times they quickly responded and performed excellent quality repairs. We recommend Cregger Company to anyone requiring quality plumbing repairs performed by friendly and professional plumbers.

David came to our home and quickly identified the source of our leak as an issue with the O-ring related to the shower diverter which was not working properly. He replaced the diverter and O-ring and corrected the issue. He was friendly, polite, and worked efficiently. We have used Creggers Plumbing many times and can definitely recommend them!

I attempted to use one of our home outside spigots for the first time this year last Wednesday, May 23, and had a problem with shutting off the water and, ultimately, failure of the spigot . I was fortunate to be able to adequately shut off the water due to this failure. I called Cregger Plumbing that afternoon and talked to a very nice and helpful lady by the name of Sarah, who promised to contact one of their plumbers and send help as soon as possible. The following morning, Sarah called and informed me that they had a plumber working in our area and that he would call us once he finished the job he was on to set up an appointment. A few minutes later, James called and advised that he would stop by within an hour. James arrived 45 minutes later, inspected the spigot, and advised that he might be able to rebuild it with the parts in his vehicle. Fortunately, James was able to successfully rebuild the spigot on the spot. He was able to do this without shutting off the main home water supply, something I didn't think was possible. James is an outstanding man and a VERY capable and professional plumber. The quality of the work is outstanding and I will happily recommend Cregger Plumbing AND James to anyone needing a quality plumber Keep up the good work folks AND thanks for your help!

James exceeded my expectations! He changed the pipe to the faucet, taking off the old shut off since it was no longer needed with the frost free spigot, and explained how the frost free spigot works. He also secured the toilet tank as well as resetting the base if the toilet. The price was better than the other 2 quotes I obtained and he gave me a discount.

James has been out to our home twice for plumbing issues. He performs the work he is hired to do, and my family has always been satisfied with the job he and the company have done.

The service tech did a very good job. I thought he was very professional. I purchased the coupon for $111. The service tech replaced the toilet and replaced small drain pipe on bathroom sink. He performed the work in 1 hour. I assumed that $111 coupon would cover both items. He charged $245 for both items but then applied $89 discount. Final price was $156. I guess, not bad for 1 hour worth of work. That was my only compliant. Otherwise, did a very good job.

Technician showed up quickly and fixed the problem. Jeff has been here before and he is always excellent, clean and efficient in his work - same experience with all Cregger staff. Greatly appreciated once again...! I highly recommend these folks.
