Quick and clean up was excellent.

Had our dishwasher installed. Creepers did a great job. Very happy with their service. We would definitely use them again.

I could haven't asked for more. The technician was fantastic and the young lady in the office were all wonderful to deal with. They left the work area spotless and explained everything they did so that I could understand all of the updates. They were wonderful!!

Don from cregger pluming showed up early. He did a excellent job .he was very polite & patient with the job. when i would do laundry the water was coming out of the clean out and run down the driveway. so in this freezing cold weather it creates an ice slick . omg. so i did a load of laundry before don left and it did not flow over .it ran down sewer line like it should. it didn't come up the clean out pipe at all . I am so happy with the work don did. and yes if i have problems in the future i will surely call creggor pluming again. thank so much.

My whole experience with Cregger was terrific. From the first contact until the jobs were completed, everyone was professional and courteous. I was so pleased with the first person who worked in my house, I requested him specifically for the next job. He was on vacation, and they were kind enough to put me on his schedule when he returned. I'm very pleased with Cregger and will definitely use them again, both in my home and my rental unit. The prices aren't the lowest, but they are fair, and the quality of the work is worth it.

Derek came out to provide the estimate. He was courteous and thorough of his explanation of the work that needed to be done and how the pricing fared. The plumber that came out to do the work was respectful and courteous. I had to leave at one point to run a quick errand and felt completely comfortable leaving the plumber in our home.

They were on time, very professional and did excellent job. I would highly recommend them to others.

Cregger came for three visits to repair a leaky shower. On the first visit, the young man attempted to fix the problem with less invasive, more superficial techniques, and he greatly improved the problem but ultimately concluded that replacement of the valve was necessary. On the second visit, he replaced the valve, which required opening a hole in the closet in the next room. He was quite professional and polite during both visits, and he cleaned up the area where he worked very well. My husband had an understanding that an access panel would be installed in the closet wall, but after the plumber left, we noticed that the hole was left open in the closet wall. We called Cregger, and they sent a second young man out to the house the first thing the next morning. He did a beautiful job of installing an access door in the closet and left a spotless work area. The price was also quite reasonable. They credited us for the service call on the first day, and they did not charge for the 3rd visit to install the access panel. We were partly responsible for the confusion about the access panel because the original plan to go in behind the bathroom bookcase/towel closet (which would not have required an access panel) was changed on the day the work was done. Overall, our experience was very positive with regard to both office and on-site personnel, and the quality of the work completed.

Tom was both professional and friendly. I like that it is a family business also. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I had plumbing needs. The office staff was friendly and easy to deal with also. Job was done efficiently and I was happy with my new faucet.

Their service went great. I had them repair a toilet and clean out the main sewer line. I had them come back out to do some additional work. They are now my regular plumber. They make it very easy to schedule an appointment. The technicians have been out enough times to be familiar with my home and know exactly what to do. One of the times they were out they did not have the parts they needed. They were happy to run out to get what they needed and come right back to finish the job. They are reliable, dependable and do a good job.

Everything went well, Anthony was exceptional and very detailed in the work he provided.

This is my second review of Cregger as my first experience was not as I had hoped. However the owner, Derek, made personal contact with me to discuss the previous service call. Derek was terrific in listening to my input/concerns and wanted to see that everything was done to my satisfaction. We set up another service call and everything I needed done was completed on time and as agreed. I am very pleased with Derek and Cregger Plumbing now and would certainly use again and recommend to others. There was no cost for the follow up call. Five stars for Cregger!!

The service was adequate but made they never came to planned appointment. They corrected the problem and came the next day.

I was very happy with the service. The office/scheduling contact was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The office called on the day of service to provide a closer est. of arrival as requested and even facilitated an earlier arrival to accommodate my schedule. Greg was polite and professional. He educated me about maintenance of shower heads/faucets and showed me how to make sure levers on pipes in basement were set properly. He was efficient yet very thorough. I highly recommend Cregger Plumbing...and thanks so much Greg!

The repairman was not a master plummer and seemed to lack experience.

Fantastic all-around, zero complaints. Estimate took a day to schedule, got lucky and had the work performed the next day. Workers and estimator were courteous, professional, and the job went well. I will definitely use them in the future for any professional work that I can't handle.

Derek, the owner, is a fantastic diagnostician. I find him to be honest, kind and intelligent. He's able to see sources of plumbing issues, and explain how he'd handle it in his own home. He had no interest in doing unnecessary work nor overcharging for things not needed. He accurately assessed the source of the issue and did good work. He stands behind the work done by his company and genuinely cares that all is done impeccably. Each of his employees who came out was respectful, kind and interested in doing good work. I recommend them.

The drain clogged at Sunday night. I called Cregger Plumbing & Sewer at morning. The lady told me the price for snaking the drain will be around $165-$245 (most of the other providers refused to tell me the price over the phone, which makes really me anxious about the cost). They put me on the emergency board and promised the technician will be arriving before evening. I got the call about half an hour ahead the arrival of the technician. He performed through inspection and did the snaking professionally. He covered carpet properly to prevent damage. After the work he accepted the Angie's list coupon ($25) without hesitation.
