It went wonderful. When Jeff arrived he was very knowledgable regarding my issue and was able to identify the source of the problem. At all times he let me know what was going to be done and reassured me that the problem would get fixed. He certainly lived up to his word and everything was working properly in a matter of moments. I definetly reccomend Cregger and Jeff for any plumbing problems.

Great all around. Prompt, professional, friendly, and honest. They were even very friendly with my shy and socially awkward dog! Not only would I recommend Cregger, I'll be using them for another large project this spring. The cost was definitely worth it to make my 100 year old home happy.

We called Cregger Plumbing & Sewer for an appointment to repair the toilet that was loose in the bathroom. The handyman we had looked at it said the flange was broken and he didn?t know how to fix it because there is a condo below us and no way to get at the drain pipe from below. The appointment was scheduled for a Saturday afternoon but the business called to see if Mark could come early and we said yes. Mark came about 11am and pulled the toilet immediately as we were told by the handyman the flange was broken. Mark had a replacement flange that he could do it from the top instead of the bottom and put that on. He put the toilet back on sealed around the toilet.

I was once again very impressed with the responsiveness, punctuality and professional service provided by Cregger Plumbing. I called first thing in the morning in an "emergency" situation and all of work was completed by 1 pm that same day! I wouldn't consider using any other plumbing service and have recommended them to family and friends.

I called at 8:30am to request service to snake out the sewer line. Since I live in a wooded area with lots of trees I have this done annually to remove the tree roots. I was given a time for after noon but they called back and were able to send a peron within 30 minutes. The person who came was Mark and he was very personable and efficient. He laid drop cloths down to protect the carpeted stairs. I have used this company before and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a job done correctly, in a timely manner and working with people who are very customer driven. My cost was only $120.00 because I had a 75.00 credit from one of their online coupon offers.

Great! I need another job, and I am going to call him. On time and polite.

I had used Cregger in the past, and had been pleased with their services. However, this time, when I made the appointment, the service was scheduled 2 weeks away. I wanted to use their service because I had purchased the Angie's deal and had $105 in credit with them. I called a week before the appointment to confirm the appointment and the services, hoping they would have an earlier opening. I was told that they would have to cancel the appointment due to a "big job" and would be unable to do the work until "after the holidays" (more than a month in the future). I didn't think this was reasonable since I had already lived without a working kitchen sink for more than a week. As a result, no service was provided. I found another provider to do the work, and am out the money at Cregger, I guess.

Seemed on the pricey side. Purchased a $111 Groupon Deal for $200 of services. When provider got there, they upcharged as what they needed to do was more expensive than the deal allowed for. Seemed a bit excessive for 2 small things, and more than I generally have paid.

It went well except for the cost. The price seemed high and when I told my friends and family members, they said I was overcharged by a few hundred. But the important thing to me is that the issues were resolved. The plumbers were knowledgeable and professional.

This morning I woke up and went down to the basement to find my Sewer overflowing! That really was not the way to start the day. I looked and decided to give Cregger Plumbing & Sewer a try based on the reviews. I told them it was emergency they had a technician out to my house in under 3 hours. Jeff was my plumber and he was excellent! Extremely bright and went right to work diagnosing and fixing the issue. Also, was very particular the methodical they way he worked. Overall excellent experience I will use them again if I have an issue.

My attempts to replace the spout with a universal replacement part I bought from Lowe's turned out to be futile because of the old style plumbing fixture in my house. Scouring Angie;s List gave me a recommendation that I relied on, which was Cregger's Plumbing. Not only did Angie's List give me Cregger's name but offered me a discout coupon. How could I miss. Cregger's sent out an excellent plumber who immediately saw the problem, gave me an excellent estimation price, gave me a return date for the repairs (parts were needed to be ordered) and returned on that date and repaired for the cost estimated. The coupon saved me some money, but I was more than satisfied with the reasonable cost of repair that Cregger charged. I will definitely put Cregger on my speed dial.

They were on time and everything went fine.

When Tom determined the cause of the dirt/debris in the toilet and suggested a possible fix, he asked to see the 2 other toilets in the house. Neither of them had the same problem, so no repair was necessary on them. He gave us an estimated price if we wanted to have the tank to bowl kit installed, but, as I previously mentioned, he didn't think that it was necessary at this point. He suggested that, if we wanted to do something to delay any further rusting of the bolts, we could drain the tank, blow dry the inside of the tank and put silicone on the bolts. We told him that we didn't think we'd want to tackle that at this point, and he thought that it wasn't really necessary - just a suggestion on his part. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and easy manner. He took time to explain all of our options.

There was an additional charge. It was the first time I've used them. They're good.

My experience with them was great. They charged around $600 to $700. It was not real easy to get to the problem.

I made an appointment for a shut off valve to refrigerator line, office personnel were very polite and responsive. Jimmy from creeger came, checked out the shut off valve and said the valve was clogged and needed to be replaced. I noticed creeger was running a deal on inspection for plumbing in basement, so while jimmy was here I had him do the inspection, everything was ok except he noticed the sump pump discharge line was not running outside, that it was running back into the pump, mentioning that if the pump were to shut down I would have a major flood. He then installed two new new check valves, ran emergency pump to the outside and primary pump to sewer line. He did an excellent job was very polite, honest, and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do, and that the job was done right. I would highly recommend creeger and use them again.

They did work for me before, so I called them back again. They do a good job. The interactions with them were good, and the work turned out fine. I would recommend them, and I already have. I spent less than the big deal, and so I still have $80 credit with the company.

Called and made appointment for between 1pm to 5pm to replace sump pump. They never showed up. Called several times. Unresponsive.

I had a running toilet that was driving me crazy. Anthony came out and fixed it in no time. He made it look so easy! He was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up when he was done. I would definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend them.

Everything went really well with them! They were very good!

Greg showed up and immediately got to work. Inspected the drain and determined where it went,. I already put 75ft through the drain but Greg put 50ft thru it with a different attachment and cleaned it out more. He also elevated my p-trap because it was to low preventing the drain to flow properly. Gave me advice as to what cleaner to use to clean out the buildup on the inside of the pipes. Was professional and courteous.

The first gentleman that came out to do work did not fix the problem but a 2nd person came out another day and he was very confident in his work and fixed the problem.

At the time I thought it went fine. The faucet although extremely tight appeared to work just fine. Seven months passed however and the problem is back. Loose faucet. When I called this morning to see if they would cover their work from April the answer was a disappointing no. The work they said only carried a 30 day warranty. Because I had a $35 credit from my last Angie's List coupon I planned to have them come back out and do the work again. I gave the woman I spoke with all my information and she said that the person in charge of setting up the appointments was backed up and that it would make more sense if they called me back once she had caught up. Sure I said. I will wait for you to call me back. The call never came. So I called another plumber I have used in the past and he came over this evening. He was surprised at what he saw. The hardware underneath the faucet was missing. There is no way this faucet was going to stay in place without this hardware. I am surprised it lasted this long he said. That shows me that the job was done poorly the 1st time and the $165 I spent to repair the loose faucet was both a waste of my time and my money. I will now have to pay another plumber to do it right. Again more than anything I am just disappointed that Cregger would NOT stand behind their work after just seven short months. I will not use them again in the future. Take my $35 credit and give it to charity.

We were in the middle of a remodel due to the August 2014 flood -- after making the decision to replumb the whole house, we found Creggers on Angie's list. They were great to work with and came out to give us a real estimate and see the job first hand. They explained everything up front, even how they could improve other areas like the laundry. Obviously, this is no small job -- they were fast, easy to work with and did an excellent job. They removed all the old galvanized pipes and installed new Pex piping in the entire house. They also installed new laundry tub, faucet and stand pipe for laundry. There were no surprises and we are very happy and have peace of mind that the job was done right.
