Second time to use this organization, second time same individual responded to the call. As was the first time, he came in, completed the job and left very quickly. Appreciate the professionalism and value received for the amount charged.

There was some confusion on their end because my time slot was between Noon and 5. Repair person didn't arrive until close to 6. Other than this, everything was great. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I had two shutoff valves for my two outside waster spouts. One valve just needed to be tightened down. The other outside faucet had a burst pipe. They replaced the damaged portion of copper pipe and installed a new outside water faucet (a new one had to be installed due to the connection I had for my frost free faucet...he did not have another frost free faucet in his truck but had a regular one so I decided to change it out instead of having them come out again).

I have been using Creggar plumbing for 20 years! Derek is the best!

I have reviewed this service elsewhere. Briefly, I paid 459 to have plumber come to house. I wanted kitchen faucet repaired (it squeals loudly) and shower faucet repaired (drips constantly from showerhead). Plumber arrived as arranged. Plumber said he could not repair the kitchen faucet (made small attempt). Didn't have part for shower faucet (dispatcher would not take my prior information on make and model). Waited several days. Phoned plumber and made arrangement to have plumber out again. Was told the cost would be 275. I thought this was too high (part at Home Depot costs $44.29 retail). Dispatcher called back another day and said the supervisor thought it a fair price. I asked if the "deal" through Angie's List ($100 off final bill was good); she said yes. Plumber arrived days later with another plumber with him. They installed new cartridge (works!). Plumber asked for $275. I said $100 should be subtracted. Plumber didn't know anything about this. I showed him copies of the "deal" from Angie's list. He phoned dispatcher. Came back to me and said bill was now $175. I paid. So besides the hassle, I ended up paying $234 for the job ($59 + $175). I will do this myself next time. All of this makes me leery of using Angie's List.

Work was completed in a timely & accurate manner. The technician was on time & prompt with his work, even after having to cut off the drain cap that hadn't been removed in probably decades. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Turns out my new tenant had clogged the sewer line by putting Kleenexes down the toilet. The tech let her know the problem & we haven't had any issues since. I appreciate the quick diagnosis, & that he didn't try to perform work that wasn't necessary.

The provider was punctual, courteous, informative and accurate. He took the to explain what he was doing showing us the camera inspection as he went along.

We heard water dripping sound in the breakfast area ceiling when turning on hot water upstairs. The technician came on time and explained to us that there was no issue of water leakage and the water dripping sound we heard was from normal water pipe expansion. We were not charged either.

They came out and got it fixed. They were good.

The installation went well. I received a thorough explanation on how it works. Simple.

Plumber was on time and professional. Came to give free estimate to replace two outdoor faucets. We were aware that the shutoffs to the faucets still let a little water leak past them. The plumber gave me a qoute for the two faucets that was an even better price than the online coupon. Then he gave me several options as to the shut off valves. A. I could turn water off to house and just replace faucets and then turn water back on. Or B. He could shut leaky valve and put compression shut off down the line ( can be done with slight water leaking) then put on new faucet. C. Could reschedule if I needed time to consider. For $395 I went with new shutoffs and new faucets.

Tech was on time and did a very nice job. He was very patient as we had to wait for the city to come and shut off the water at the street, then come back and turn the water on to make sure there were no leaks . Job was neat and all the parts used were of good quality. City water dept. said he did a good job.

I received the "before arrival" call from Cregger as told when I made the appointment. The installers jimmy and Tim arrived exactly at the time expected. Jimmy explained to me the work they would be performing. After inspecting the old heater he showed/explained me that I needed additional parts which would cost an additional $80.00. I had already expected there may an additional cost when the water heater was inspected because it was old, corroded, and leaking water. I was pleasantly surprised when the amount was a lot less than I expected considering the condition of the heater. Once they started working they went about doing their job quickly, uninterrupted and surprisingly with very little noise. When they finished they cleaned up the area and left no signs that work had been done. Jimmy and Tim was very professional, informative and did a great job. Having been taken advantaged of before when work was needed in my home I rate this experience as one of the best in every way. From start to finish there is nothing negative I can say about it. I have already started telling some of my friends. And if I have any other plumbing problems in the future Cregger will always be my first choice. Thanks for a great job!

The contractor took the two days he said it would take to dig up 25 feet of concrete basement floor and replace an old corroded cast iron pipe. They did 10 feet at a time and then put in a camera to see if they could stop. The guys that came over were professional and got the job done. They kept me apprised of what was going on and the cost. The original estimate was for 10 and 20 feet. They hauled away all the garbage created by this process and cleaned up much better than I expected. You could barely tell that concrete had been busted up. They did a great job. New pipe seems to be working great. In the process they had to unplug the washer and dryer and move them. They couldn't move them back the day they finished up because they needed to be over where they put fresh cement. Keith let me know that he would come back and move them back and hook them up after the weekend. He came yesterday - finished hooking everything up and did one more little clean-up. Would definitely use them again.

I purchased $111.00 for $200 plumbing service. As my review shows, everything was done very well. "Jimmy" did a great job. I didn't rate the cost because I don't really have the experience to. The job took him about 45 minutes to complete. There were the parts involved and travel time, so in retrospect the $195.00 bill seems a fair price. I was very satisfied with the work.

After a misunderstanding regarding my initial request, Mr. Mackey (sp), the owner of the company, came out. He was very professional and apologized profusely about my original contact with his company. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the job done in less than 1/2 hour. I would use them again.
