The guys were in and out in a very timely manner. Very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

They took care to cover the carpet to make sure not to damage anything. During the purchase process of the BIG DEAL, I may not have mentioned to them that I was buying the camera inspection for afterward as they did not send out someone who had a camera. They did offer to send someone out on a different day and time that meets my needs at no extra charge. Just be clear to the scheduler what you are asking them to do and what you are paying for.

When It was time to pay Cregger waved the fee. On both visits the technicians were very professional and neat. I will definitely use them again.

.Greg showed up as scheduled and explained what he was going to do. They then installed our new hot water heater. Very professional and courteous. They removed the old heater and were very careful and left no mess. Greg is a pro and his assistant Bryan was very professional as well

The technician arrived promptly and was polite and knowledgeable. He performed the service and answered our multiple questions. He cleaned up after completing the service. While the ad stated that they provided a picture of the cleaned drain, his camera was not operating properly. He offered a $10 discount because of this.

They were excellent. Were able to install my hot water heater right away and discovered that my sump pump was not working. Came out immediately and explained everything.

They had recommended something and they did not have the part so they ordered it. So then they came back. They came back and put a regulator in the tub. The first time we had some rupture pipes and he replaced a couple of leaky valves. It was a good experience.

Showed up on time and did a good job in replacing the kitchen faucet.

Turned out it was just a small matter. I was not charged. Creggar's Plumbing is always wonderful. They are honest and reasonable and they stand behind their work!

It went well. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient. The leaky toilet problem was completely resolved.

The leak was fixed on the first visit; however, the stopper did not move up and down - it was stuck in the up position. The provider came back out and fixed the stopper. I'm giving them a "B" rating because a return visit was necessary; however, I would use them again.

From the time I initially contacted Cregger they were very responsive and professional. Anthony came out to replace the garbage disposal and was very courteous and professional. I appreciate the fact that the day after Anthony was out, a representative from Cregger called to make sure we were satisfied. We will not hesitate to use Cregger for any future needs.

Bought the Angies deal - $99 for $200 worth of plumbing. To pull the toilet, repair the flange, reset the toilet with a new $1.00 wax ring and to snake the bathroom sink was charged $375! I would have thought it would be covered with the $99 which was supposed to cover $200. I can get a new toilet installed for $375!!!! I feel I was overcharged because I'm a woman, and it took him 2.5 hours to do 20 minutes worth of work.

They were very professional. I would defiantly call them back for any plumbing repairs in the future.

We had to call several times to get a estimate on job completion. Not very responsive. Work was done well once started.

They told me that the problem was more severe than what they initially thought it was. I opted to only have them snake the drain until I obtained a second opinion.

It went well. Plumber arrived on time and quickly handled our problem. He also answered all of our questions and will come back for other work.

The service man was less knowledgeable than me. He tried to convince me that I have roots in my main drain line with no proof. I was quoted over $800 to replace the shutoff valve on my water meter. Ridiculous!

Showed up on time. Very polite and professional. Had a helper with him who was training. Fixed the problem and was on their way after about 30 minutes. We could not be happier. Will use them again if we need a plumber.

Everything went as expected, except they forgot to attach the plunger to the drain plug, so it is just sitting loose on top of the connection. Still works but not as intended.

Right from the start, I was impressed - I booked the work on the site using the coupon on Angies list for a $245.00 replacement disposal. I got an email response almost immediately and I called Holly to schedule the appointment. They worked with me to find a time that wouldn't interfere with other things that were going on. Holly was friendly and anxious to please. On the day, Keith showed up as promised during the window we were given and in less than an hour, had replaced our old disposal. He spent time with me going over warranty and also made sure that I was happy with the installation, showing me operation and leak checking. I was impressed with his work and with the punctuality and his attitude! It's hard to find people who have a good work ethic these days, and I was happy to see that he was able to do the job quickly and CLEANLY. There was absolutely no mess left over when he finished - everything was cleaned up and the old disposal taken away. I absolutely recommend these guys!

The shower faucet needed the cartridge replaced, the outside faucet needed the rubber washer replaced, the toilet handle needed to be replaced and the arm adjusted, and the sink needed the pop-up assembly to be adjusted. I believe these 4 items were relatively simple and should have required no more than one hour of labor. Yet, I was charged $405.00. I believe that is much too high for the work done. The technician did not appear to know how to change the shower faucet cartridge and needed to call for help from a second technician. Because of the wait for the second technician and a lunch break, the total time at our home was about 2.5 hours. That should not be an excuse to overcharge. In addition, the repair to the toilet handle was not done properly, and the problem was not fixed. I was pleased that the technician came back to fix the problem at no cost, but I was surprised that it was not fixed properly in the first visit. I used this plumbing service as a result of an advertised "Big Deal" ($200.00 of Plumbing Service for $111.00). This was no "Deal" at all. I believe I received $200.00 worth of service for a net price of $311.00. This is the second time I have been "burned" by an "Angie's Big Deal". Be careful, I plan to avoid any more "Big Deals"!!!
