They promised to be at my house at a certain day, and they didn't show. I took a day off from work to wait for him. The plumber that came the second time took his time and I had to pay more; I also had to take more time off from work.

He identified and replaced the broken piece. It literally took him no more than 30 minutes for the repair. He also made a few additional adjustments to ensure that the problem would not reoccur. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful to my 96 year old mom. He cleaned up and left no debris from the repair. He was punctual also.

Wen fine. Professional, on time, responsive, communicated issues. Only small blemish was almost replacing all of the knobs and breaking into the tile when we decided to go with just the replacement of the cartridge. he did call and verify though and the error was avoided.

replaces new shutoff values (1/4 turn easier to shut off) Jeff was great. We had issues so he is coming back to finish (due to corrosion). Ordered new kitchen and bathroom faucets. He will be coming back to install. Very personable, knowledgeable and patient. I trust Cregger. I am a widow and when I find someone like that I stick with them. Reliable and honest.

I had purchased a $99.00 Big Deal for $200.00 of plumbing repair.. I had to wait a week after my first call. The plumber who showed up said I had to cut the ceramic tile around my two faucets before he could work on the faucets. He said he did not have parts and would have to return after I cut the tile. He said he could try to chip off the ceramic tile with a hammer and screwdriver but would not guarantee he wouldn't crack the tile. That did not seem like a good option to me. I researched how to cut the tile online and did it myself. I did further research and discovered there was no reason to cut the tile at all. The stem was replaceable from the inside of the pipe. I called Cregger to cancel but Rebecca wanted to make it right so I agreed to have them come back, but with a different plumber. I had to wait 5 more days to get him to come out. It was a good thing I had a second shower to use. The second plumber looked at it and agreed the ceramic tile did not need to be cut. I had to shut off the water to the entire house for him to work on the faucet as there was no shut off by the faucet. He looked at the parts and said he would match up what was needed and would return the next day. He came the next day and found the correct stems and replaced them. The faucet seat however, did not fit correctly and he would have to return, which he did 3 days later. Those seats also did not fit, however. At this point my $200.00 Big Deal was used up and he said he would have to take the seat to the plumbing place to match it up and return, which would be at least $200.00 more. I declined that offer and said I would take the seats to the plumbing supply place myself. The plumbing supply place had to order the faucet seats for me and I will finish the repair myself. I tried to be fair on this review which is why I gave a "C" instead of a "F". It was difficult to match the correct parts and they could not take the parts with them due to my water shut off issue and the second plumber came out 3 times. The first plumber who came out however, was totally useless. The quote at first, to repair the two leaking faucets, which with the correct parts was a 10 minute job was $300.00. That seemed a little high.

It went okay. The service was good. The $839 cost for the deal was for a 50-gallon tank and the guy installed a 40, so I had to call their office. The price was fair.

Went well, no issues and reasonable cost. We always want a cheaper price so only gave them a B for that, but no complaints.

At the first visit, they cannot find an available tube to replace it.. They ordered it and took about a couple of weeks to come back with my request on the status. The price seems very high to fix these 2 small items.

Technician arrived not only on time but a bit early which was wonderful. Very professional, pleasant, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He left work areas spotless. I highly recommend Cregger Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs.

The project went great Within a few hours the fireplace was working. Gas people needed to be extend from the crawl space and run through the back of the fireplace and then connected to the fireplace insert.

All work was completed professionally with the least impact to our schedules

The camera showed no blockages for about 150 ft to city drain. I watched this color inspection and it was useful. After some negotiation and the plumber calling the office, they gave me a $35 credit toward future work because the snaking part was not needed. I would have preferred a refund. Their camera fee of $125 seemed high.

He come becase my main sewer was blocked and the water was coming back to the house. He spends around 1.5 hr and at the end he could not unblocked. He recommend digging the yard beause one section of my sewer apparently was collapsed or at the minimum broken and back pitching. After my resistance to dig, he said maybe with a expandable tip on the sneak he could unblock more the sewer but just for a temporally relief. For that he will need 2 to 3 hrs and other person. Cost 400 to 500 dlls. I call other company, they came did the same job in 20 min for 120 dlls and no more issues with my sewer.

The plumber (Kevin F) arrived on time. Immediately assessed the problem and gave us a quote. Repaired a leak we had under the sink and then pulled the toilet and replaced the wax seal. He was very professional and certainly appeared to know his skills. He was a pleasure to work with. This is the second time lately that we have used Cregger and I must say from the initial contact to the job being completed they were very polite and professional. They are definitely our new plumber of choice and would highly recommend them.

Great! First of all, I was glad I had purchased the special from Angie's List of $111.00 for $200.00 work which paid for the entire job. As usual, Mr. Kevin Hollander, who is a Master Plumber, knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it correctly. In addition, Kevin has a dry sense of humor with a quick wit; he always leave me laughing. If you want a great plumber, ask for Kevin!

The Cregger team always kept me informed and worked around my schedule for an install date. They came in and did what they said they'd do, cleaned up after themselves, did quality work and were on their way. What more could I ask for ?

He was good, friendly and polite. He cleaned up after himself. It was good. We had no problem. I liked them I have used them for other things. They are always pretty accurate in what they say they are going to do.

Serviceman was friendly, explained what might go wrong before he started by working on old pipes (luckily no surprises) and explained what he would do and then did it quickly and efficiently. Repair completed and he even did an estimate on some other problem areas so I have and idea what to expect if I decide to do some upgrades.

Everything looks wonderful! I have used them before and have been very pleased in all the experiences I've had with them.

Not a lot of details to give. They came, they saw, they didn't conquer. Prices seemed out of line.

The work was completed on time. Within a couple of phone calls, we scheduled a time. The installers showed up at my mother-in-law's condo on time, were professional and got the job done. Since I have not been there and it's only been a week, I did not feel I could judge the quality of the job - however, based on my discussions, the professional conduct by all the employees, I fully expect this to be a high quality product and installation. Creeger staff called me after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied and I needed to pay for some additional work I asked the guys to perform. These guys are good and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
