Terrible. At the company's suggestion (phone receptionist was best employee I dealt with), one guy came to do a fast walk-through estimate and took no notes that I could see. We got a single emailed number, no detail. After two tries, plumber to do the actual work showed up. He'd apparently got as little info from the estimator as we did, but he asked no questions. As a result, we ended up paying for new sink faucets without new drains and stoppers: it would have made more economic sense to replace both sinks in their entirety, but due to sending one plumber with no interest in providing detail and another with no interest in talking to the client. Final bill was twice that single number. Never again!

They were punctual and professional. Everything went perfectly.

I purchased a coupon and don't recall the total cost, however, I do recall that "Tim" performed the work and was great. Toilet working very well. We are pleased.

Keith couldn't have been more polite or professional! I was very impressed by him. He explained everything he was doing and why, showed me the broken parts, explained what had most likely happened with the old disposer and what to do to keep the new one working properly! He answered all my questions. Keith cleaned up the area he was working in and you couldn't tell anyone had been there repairing my disposer and sink! Before he left he told me that if I had any problems, not to hesitate to call the company. I'm going to need some additional plumbing in my home in the next few months and will be asking for Keith! I'm glad I have 2 more coupons for $111. That's a great deal. I was extremely pleased with the service. They even did a follow-up call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction!

Work went very smoothly but they couldn't repair this one part of the shower drain, and they had to wait a week for the part to come in. The part finally came in the guys came back out fixed the drain and everything is perfect.

We just purchased this home as a rental property. The water pressure in our shower was HORRIBLE and our tenants were moving into the home in 5 days. The guys called their dispatcher and moved around other appointments they had going on that day to be able to get this done that day. They were able to get this job done in 6 hours! Oh and it was a crawl space! They were able to finish the job, do it right, and cleaned up so it looked like they were never there. I highly recommend them!

In 8 years of various contractors visiting this house, Jeff was the only person on a par with Greg Singletery in terms of professionalism, friendliness, and charm.

They solved all the problems. They came out in one day, which is unheard of. They were fast, courteous, helpful, they didn't waste any time. They cleaned up nicely after themselves and called before. They continue to be my favorite plumbers.

Greg, the technician, was very thorough and professional. His friendly demeanor made the experience pleasant. I have not had anyone better than Greg perform projects at my house in my 45 years as a homeowner. He definitely adds a significant benefit to the Company.

Service was prompt, efficient and professional

They came out and they did a good job. I had a sump pump that was not working and it was backing up. They looked at it and they said they would have to clean the drainage. He spent 3 hours cleaning that and put it back together. He tried a couple different times and will be coming out tomorrow to finish the service since the pump is still backing still. They provide great service, but I wished they would be able to come sooner to fix this.

Snaking the line wasn't needed as tree roots were minimal

The experience with Cregger was great all around. Let me start with the initial call. I called in after there posted hours and happened to catch their office manager. She was patient and informative when discussing my issue. She told me she would call me back the next day when her staff was back in the office. The next day she called as promised and after discussing the severity of the issue she put me on the emergency list for same day service. Within a few hours I received a call that a technician was on his way to my house. When Jason arrived he was very intelligent and experienced. He quickly assessed the situation, brought his tools in and went to work. Before long he had removed the blockage. We discussed a few other plumbing related things regarding my house, with him giving great descriptions of the work that would be needed for each task and providing rough ballpark estimates upon request. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of service he provided me. Professional, clean, efficient, what more could you ask for.

The serviceman was punctual, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I used an Angie's List coupon which helped tremendously with the cost. The job was done quickly and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I asked for the latest appointment and this was provided - they came a little later than expected but that worked fine for me. The young man was very polite and professional

I waited this entire week and I have yet to hear or even get an estimate. Terrible professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone. Do respond in the future with an estimate in a prompt manner.

I purchased the "Big Deal" and paid $111.00 for services valued for $200.00. Excellent value considering the deal included labor and parts. Ed and Tom arrived within the scheduled timeframe and quickly assessed what was required to perform the repairs. Ed told me what parts and/or adjustments were needed to complete the work. He also replaced a shower head that I had on-hand. I have light carpet and appreciate the care taken to protect it from dirt or smudges. Cregger's technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and highly skilled. I am totally satisfied with the results.

I called Cregger and told them exactly what was happening...that a pipe burst and i needed someone to jack hammer down and fix the pipe. I asked if they could help in an emergency because there was water everywhere in my basement. I was told yes and they would come and fix it that afternoon. I was then called and told they would be at my house within the next half hour. Over an hour passed. The plumber came in, went down to the basement, said exactly what I had told them (needed jack hammer, etc) and then went to his truck to find out when they could fix the leak. After 20 minutes hanging out in his truck he came back and told me they couldn't fix the emergency until 1 week later. 1 week more of a swimming pool in my basement when I had told them originally what was wrong. The plumber did NOTHING. They basically wanted their $92 for coming to my house and telling me what i told them. I told the plumber to leave my home and I would not pay him. He left. HORRIBLE experience with this company in a time that I needed them to help and they knew it.
