Scheduled appointment and was told someone would be out between 9a and 1p. My phone rang at 9a and I was told Jeff was on the way. He arrived a short time later and went right to work addressing my concerns. He replaced the front spigot to my satisfaction. The work was performed in a timely fashion. Jeff was courteous and professional. I appreciate his insight on the future work I'd like done. He left me with a lot of good options to think about. I'm impressed with this company and will definitely use them for my bathroom redo. Being widowed, I especially appreciate the office call advising not only that their serviceman was on the way, but also, having the name of that person. Great customer service, great company.

Anthony, a Cregger plumber, came this morning and very efficiantly took care of our problem of 2 stopped up bathroom sinks. I called Cregger Plumbing at 8 Am and Anthony was here by 10:30. I am very pleased with the work that was done. We now have free-flowing drains. Anthony is very pleasant and professional, and I would call Cregger Plumbing again.

Everything went wonder. The tech was courteous, punctual and efficient.

Well this turned out to be cheaper and faster then I had expected. Anthony arrived on time. He assessed the problem and had the thermocouple replaced quickly. He was professional and respectful. Easily the best experience I have had dealing with any plumbing problem. I do give them top marks!

These guys were SO responsive. I called Thursday night, informed them that, while we'd like our service fairly quickly, it wasn't an emergency. They called us back early the next day (today) and were out here doing the job in less than two hours. Ed was great. He worked quickly, explained exactly why our old sump pump wasn't working and even waited a bit while I fumbled around finding my Angie's List deal number. The deal was well worth it as it saved us more than $100!

The fix took a little more than first expected but was taken care of very well and fast and clean

There was one issue with the kitchen faucet installation where a washer hadn't been installed and therefore the faucet wouldn't turn from side to side easily. When it was brought to their attention they immediately fixed it. I'm happy with their work and would use them again.

This was an extremely simple job that should not have cost $245. If this is what they charge for something this easy, I'd hate to see what they charge for something where real expertise is required or where the job is actually complicated or time-consuming.

On time and very professsional

Excellent. Very professional service. Even asked for a garbage bag to remove old towels I provided to soak up sewage, took them away - I expected to throw away in my trash. Constant follow-up provided on appointment & when enroute. Best type of eservice I've received!

First off, calling an making the appointment was very easy and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly. She took all of my information and offered to make my job a priority for same-day service however I was not ready to have the service performed the same day. We worked around my schedule and I was able to get an appointment 2 days later. The morning of the appt. I received a phone call from her to advise me that the service tech was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes. He got there with time to spare, was clean and introduced himself at the door and got right to work. It took maybe 20-30 minutes to complete the job. There was no mess left behind. The service tech, Jason, didn't try to sell me on anything but did include a price quote for a condensate pump which would help to prevent this same issue from occurring. While he was there I also asked him to look at a basement shower drain problem I was having and he was able to provide me with a very fair quote (compared to some other's I've gotten) to perform the service at a later date. I was happy too that the actual price fell toward the lower end of the price range ($150-$250) quoted over the phone. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and will definitely contact Cregger's again for my other plumbing needs.

Anthony was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Explained everything. He was very honest when asked about an opinion which means alot. I am very happy with the service. The next time I need any more repairs done I will ask for Anthony Hoff.

Ed showed up in time, jobs done with professionalism, understanding of what needed to be done, expedited the work in a very timely fashion, and is VERY pleasant. This 1 experience validated my whole angie's list membership. I'm an extremely happy customer.

Very courteous and helpful. The plumber also went so far as to put a drain guard in my sink to fix splash back from a too powerful faucet (at no charge).

Came in on first appointment. Checked the faucet and told us this was a special faucet that needed to be ordered and came back in 2 weeks with the new model. Did not charge us fir first visit at all. All other plumbers i talked to were extremely high on price and most of them did not know about this special order bronze faucet.

Arrived on time, diagnosed the problems, provided an estimate and we agreed on a time for them to return and repair the remaining items. They always called to confirm the appointment and the professional arrived each time during the appointment slot.

He was not able to figure out how to stop the leak in the shower and he was not able to repair the laundry room facet leak. We was supposed to follow up with me on what he could do. He provided an estimate for labor if the repairs are made but, he was only able to fix half of what was in need of repair.

They showed up on time and did the job cleaning after they were done. It went very well. This is the second time I have used this company and both times they completed the job well.

Jobs were done satisfactorily. Jason let me know about the Angie's list special discount for $200 off of which I was unaware. The only complaint was that the hot water heater was turned off and I had a cold shower the next day

Probably one of best plumbing services ever utilized. Professional and provided explanation on work performed. Thorough and appeared reliable and trustworthy. Gave guidance on helping to keep sewer line clear and helping to avoid odors from sinks. Would definitely use again and will refer Cregger Plumbing to others. Big difference between plumber sent by home warranty company and Cregger.

They were able to quickly schedule the work for me and the service person arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He even provided me a couple of contacts for other works.

When my water heater leaked, and our sump-pump failed - I needed quick resolution. Cregger was able to show up the NEXT DAY and install a new water heater and sump-pump. The technician was very professional & punctual. The work was finished in a very reasonable time window. I would recommend Cregger Plumbing without hesitation.

Arrived on time and installed new faucet professional installation by friendly serviceman.

The sewage back up had been an issue for approximately 3 weeks, I had two other certified plumbers from different companies come in to fix the issue. Each company had snaked out the main drain, one company did it twice on consecutive days, each time the problem resolved for a few hours and then returned, I was very frustrated, then I said to myself, you are a member of Angies List, call a plumber from Angies List, something I have always done in the past, thus, I picked Cregger Plumbing, the young man came out, and within 10 minutes or less he found the problem, someone had broken off the rubber head of a big black plunger into the main drain and it had become lodged down there, I was sooo! happy he found the problem, but he had to try and remove the rubber head, he put some tools together and finally got it dislodged and was able the bring it up out of the main drain, I was so happy I wanted to cry. The young man, then did several test to make sure the drain was working properly. Also he was the only plumber whom removed my door before bringing his large equipment into my basement. Since he fixed the issue everything has been working wonderfully and my 3 week nightmare is over.
