The plumber from Cregger Plumbing was very professional and courteous. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently. He also cleaned up the work site when he was done, showed me how the new faucet worked and how to do minor maintenance on it. I would definitely hire Cregger Plumbing again.

Tom came out to replace my 20+ year old (leaky) gas water heater with a Rheem water heater (I’ve been told that this one won’t last as long 😂 ). This is my 3rd time hiring this company and as always they were polite and professional. The installation went off without a hitch and Tom cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing issues and yes I would hire them again. It has been difficult for me to find a reliable and qualified plumber. This company has been the answer to my prayers. Thank you guys so much.

Brandon was very polite and professional. He made sure that the drains were cleared, addressed all my concerns and the company followed up the next day to see if I was satisfied. Too early to determine if the drains will remain clear, but for now so far so good.

Cregger has come out on three occasions, one time for the sump pump and one time for our garbage disposal. Both times the work that would be done was explained and they were very professional. We will hire them again if we have a need.

Our electric sump pump had failed multiple times after having another company try to fix it. Cregger Plumbing was able to come out same day and replace the sump pump the same day and was a very reasonable cost. I will continue to call Cregger Plumbing when I need a plumber.

It went very well. Plumber arrived at time promised. He was able to quickly assess and recommend several options for fixing problems. He got right to work and did an excellent job. We were so happy we asked him to look at some other things we want done in 2019 and he gave us a ballpark figure. We plan on having him back to do the work.

This is a really legit company. Both Bob Holmes and Tom O’Herron are really honest, kind, and knowledgeable individuals. I have received serious education from them regarding the plumbing and sewer line situation and needs in my 1920’s home. They go out of their way to help you make the right decisions for your circumstances and pocketbook. They do the job right. They genuinely care about good work. They are now my go-to plumbers.

James from Cregger was professional and efficient in identifying and resolving the issue. Another plumbing company had been out the beginning of Sept. By Dec the problem was back. James approached/identified a different reason for poor flushing. Toilet is now functioning better than how the other plumbing company had left it. Thank you James.

We were able to get Cregger Plumbing to come the next day to fix a drain pipe break in our crawl space that had been letting sewer fumes into the house. Kevin stayed until the job was complete and used a very innovative approach to replace the pipe in a confined area. We are very appreciative and definitely will have Cregger back to handle future plumbing work.

It went great! Cregger responded to my request immediately, came out and discovered the problem the next day, scheduled my job, showed up when they said they would, completed the job as expected, and all for a very reasonable price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Kyle arrived within the time period that was given which was 10:30 am. He reviewed the condition of my Kohler toilet and agreed with me that he would need to replace all of the parts of my toilet. It was not flushing and the parts inside of the toilet were broken. He had to go to the plumbing hardware shop to get all of the parts. He returned within 15 minutes. He replaced all of the new parts within 20 minutes. Kyle was very polite, informative and very helpful. He was a young man and it appears that he has a good grasp of the plumbing profession.

The plumber knew exactly what he was doing, he installed and removed the old heater then left the basement spotless where he had done the repair.

As usual, Cregger delivered excellent customer service. They were able to schedule a non-emergency appointment in two days, and the technician, Brandon, arrived early in the time window. He was neat, very courteous, and cleared the sewer pipe in short order, offering additional information on the potential need for other service. Would call them again without hesitation. Used an available deal to reduce overall cost.

They were good but they got here 45 minutes late for what we are told. And the three hour job that is supposed to be 2.5 hr job only, became a 5 hr job. I would recommend them but they need to be more efficient.

The plumber easily fixed our toilet that a contracted plumber from my home insurance company could not fix.

Let me first say that I have never felt like I got a "deal" from any plumber. I purchased a coupon on Angie's $111 for $200 of work. I called and asked for an estimate and was given a number. When the work was completed I was charged considerably more than the estimate. I asked about the coupon and was told yes they applied it. I paid but I didn't feel like I got the coupon deal or anything close to the estimate. That aside, they did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and were pleasant. And I would use them again but will get more clarity on the pricing.

Great This is the third time I have hired Cregger Plumbing through Angie's List and service was of highest quality all 3 times and price was pretty reasonable
