Several security applications were removed and replaced with ones that behave better. Firefox browser installed along with synchronization and other convenience applications.

I was unable to start my computer so I call Ryan who has fixed in the past. He is a super nice guy and reasonable in price. He was quick too.

Could not be more pleased. Ryan returned my initial call to him promptly and we made an appointment for the following week. (He does offer "emergency" service, but I was okay with waiting a week). He is an expert -- knows exactly what you need. Was also friendly, professional, and affordable. We will be calling him again and will recommend him to others without any hesitation.

All of the above plus moving computers and printer and connections to favorable positions and testing all changes took about three hours. On the second trip he found a way for me to use the Java program for my charts.

Ryan answered all my questions about my new computer (Vista operating system) that he installed a couple weeks ago. He also helped me with a couple changes and answered questions about internet services. I purchased a new printer that was not printing labels correctly and had him check this out to see if it was a printer problem or a set-up problem. He, once again, did wonderful work. He is worth is weight in gold to those of us who are not born with computer savvy.

Overall, everything went exactly as I hoped for.

He didn't want to charge me for finding out that nothing was wrong so he did a tune up for me. He is accessible, available, and affordable. I would recommend to others and use them again in the future.

Ryan was great, and it is such a relief to have someone knowlegable and trustworthy to call when the inevitable computer glitches occur. He was easily reachable by phone, quite prompt in keeping appointments, and he worked efficiently and professionally. He quickly identified problems I was unaware of (like the unnecessary router installed sloppily by the Geek Squad and causing many of the problems I was having; and like the mouse pad that was causing my wireless mouse to work inefficiently). He diagnosed and corrected all the problems I was having, and he went above and beyond to identify ways my system could operate more efficiently. He even demonstrated some aspects of software that I did not know about and which have made my work tremendously more efficient.

I m not a particularly tech-savvy person, so when I asked a friend who he d recommend to set up my new system, Ryan of C! Tech Solutions came well recommended. In the last two years, he has set up my new system, added extras (e.g., more memory) and recently did quite a bit of work due to damage from a virus and detected an unrelated problem with a fan. I feel comfortable having Ryan in my home; he s friendly, polite, explains things in layman s terms (not tech speak) and will make suggestions and provide choices. I feel his recommendations are made in my best interest, not just to sell me extra add-ons that I might or might not need. Compared to others I ve hired, he s reasonably priced and prompt and, the best part, he fixes it right the first time.

Ryan arrived promptly at the designated time. He was dressed professionally and after listening to my issues went right to work. It was obvious that he had come well prepared and was very experienced. He was able to fix my problems within the time frame he gave me of two hours and his quote for the work was right on the money. The very best thing was I did not have to disconnect everything and haul my computer down to some shop to sit for 3 weeks! Ryan was even patient with my dog, Sophie, who must completely investigate everything in her house!

Excellent! Ryan is very personable, upbeat and competent. He responded to my first phone inquiry (message) within an hour or so and made an appointment to come out within a few days (not an emergency). He arrived on time, worked diligently and with great, positive energy and efficiently completed all I had requested. I was delighted with this referral from Angie's list and will surely continue to use Ryan's services. His fees are very fair, as well.

Hired to perform ongoing upgrades and installations for my personal and business systems, Ryan responds promptly and with expert knowledge. One of the best best services Ryan offers is appraising technology and its usefulness to each customer. His rates easily best large service companies. Ryan has been my source of IT solutions for four years and I would readily refer him to anyone. He is honest in his business and always treats customers well.

First, Ryan was very helpful and friendly to my mother (who is not always an easy customer!) He explained everything to her and me in a way that made sense and let us know exactly what our options were. His prices were extremely competative and he undercut our local large electronics store by almost $200!!(not including parts) Ryan was on time and had the job finished well within the specified time frame. Lastly, the work he did was excellent and my mom's computer is running better than ever with no problems and he found a document that we thought was lost forever! I would HIGHLY recommend this gentleman for all of your computer tech work!!
