They were very thorough and listened to my needs. They provided what I asked for and they were extremely knowledgeable.

We dropped off and picked up the computer at a local business site and Ryan worked on it at his own remote location. He kept us informed of what he found and what he planned to do. He provided a detailed invoice, including a discount because of a delay due to the holidays. The computer has worked fine since, and we would use C!Tech Solutions again.

My Dell laptop would not turn on, so I dropped it off to C!Tech Solutions office. They had it diagnosed and resolved in 4 days, which was right in line with my timeline ( I did not opt for their emergency priority service). C!tech Solutions has timely service, is quality, and reasonably priced. Don't listen to people when they say you can't get all three, because you can with this company.

See above. Also I just made up a date because Angie's List system required it. As stated above, Ryan would not even respond to my desperate attempts to contact him.

I called C!Tech Solutions and left a message on Tuesday morning and then again on Wednesday morning. Although their voice message states that they "strive to return calls within 24 hours," it is 50+ hours later on Friday, and they have not even had the courtesy to call and confirm whether my technology problem (with an old Palm Pilot and not with a new computer) is something that they cannot handle. If I ever do have a computer problem, I will definitely NOT call C!Tech Solutions.

My computer stopped working and of course it was right before my law school finals. I used Angies List and found C! Tech was highly rated so I called them. The technician who answered my call was very eager to have my business and made me feel comfortable that it would get done properly. A day later, my computer was good as new without having lost any of my law school papers. It was a little more expensive than I hoped it was going to be, but with the hours I saved by avoiding having to rewrite my papers, it was money well spent. My only advice for someone who is going to use C! Tech is to call ahead. We did call ahead so we didn't have any issues, but the person we spoke with said that they often are out of their office.

Ryan got my old computer working better that ever after virus removal, recommended and installed updates including free antivirus software; recommended and installed wireless printer, mouse and backup system for new computer.

Ryan got desk top working, efficiently connected laptops to printer and begin working with us on usage issues including organizing photoes--he was efficient and understandable--we look forward to working with him for all future computer related needs. He was scheduled to be at our home at 3:30 PM and showed up exactly as scheduled and wentt to work. We are not computer people and he could communicate with us--bravo!

He was great and it's an excellent company. He is a really polite young man and really knows what he is doing. We will really hire him in a flash and is really good. He was going to be a little late coming from another location. He got on his cell phone and he apologized and said that he was going to be 15 minutes late. He was very knowledgeable and he knows his craft very well. He is not exorbitant in terms of pricing and because of his expertise the guy really knew what he was going.

C!Tech is great! Keep in mind as you read this review I am a bit "tech illiterate" (obviously that’s why I hired them), so I am summarizing a job well done the best I can. Since I was going to be in the area of where C!Tech Solutions is located, decided to drop laptop off and Ryan (owner) would bring it with him when he came to address problems with home computer. In regards to the laptop, I instructed Ryan if the problem for the laptop was going to be costly we would rather invest the money in a new laptop. The problem with the laptop ended up being with the Dell battery and Ryan warned me it would be an ongoing issue, but he got it running. On 9/10/10, Ryan came to our home to address the iPhone & home computer issues. My iPhone would not sync with my Outlook calendar and I was very frustrated not having a "working calendar" on my iPhone. This problem turned out to be harder to solve than either one of us anticipated, but Ryan was persistent and tenaciously worked for hours trying to find a solution to the problem. After doggedly working on the iPhone problem for hours with no success, we decided Ryan would further investigate what the problem was with the iPhone and get back with me. Mind you, he did he could have charged us a lot more for all the time he spent trying to resolve the iPhone issue, but he didn’t. Ryan looked at the Outlook & Internet Explorer problems, did a few adjustments, installed a program to get remote access to my computer, and advised me to keep a log of the problems. Once we had a better understanding of what the Outlook and Internet Explorer problems were, we could address them. While we couldn’t get my iPhone to sync with Outlook, Ryan solved this by having me put the Google calendar app on my iPhone, and the Google calendar did sync with my Outlook calendar. This we were able to do over the phone. Regarding the Outlook & Internet Explorer issue, I kept a log of what the issues were. After I collected enough information, I called Ryan, e-mailed him my “log”, we set a phone appointment up, and we handled correcting the problems remotely. All together the total bill was $225.00 - $157.50 for the laptop and home visit and $67.50 for the working with me to correct the Outlook & Internet Explorer issue remotely. I am one happy customer and would recommend you hire C!Tech!

A phone call was made to the company, and a technician came out shortly thereafter. One week after the visit from the company, we still had not heard anything regarding an estimate. I called and the estimate was promised within two days. After two days, we had not received a callback. I wish that if there had been a valid reason for not calling us back, the owner would have let us know. We were left hanging, not knowing what had happened and figured if this was a sample of the commitment to our job, we had probably better seek assistance elsewhere. What a disappointment after seeing such high ratings on Angies List!!

I took both my pc's in and he was able to fix them both at a reasonable price.

I have used Ryan's services several times over the last few months so the $100 cost that I listed above is for the first visit. His pricing is fair and reasonable and I feel that I am getting my money's worth because I know that he stands behind his work. I now consider him my "go to" guy for any and all computer/electronic issues that I have or may have in the future. I

He was just great! I have recommended him to others. He comes to your home. He is prompt and is a nice guy. I had one small problem with the printer set up. He was able to fix it remotely and did not charge me for that service. I am only allowed to print in the study now though. I would use him again. The cost above is per hour.

Overall it went very well. I was very pleased with the results and my computer is much faster now. It truly seems faster than when it was new. Also very pleased with Ryan's expertise and professionalism. If you're having problems I'd highly recommend you give him a call. If I have problems in the future I certainly will!!! Good job Ryan.

We had alot of wireless network issues with our 2 home computers. Ryan - Ctech accessed the problems immediately & installed a new router which allowed both of the computers to perform lightning fast. In addition he alleviated one of the computers overheating and causing a total melt down of the system by vacuuming the years of dust that accumulated in the fan. Saved us a bundle on another computer! We previously had Best Buy geeks come in which caused more problems than we had before they arrived! Thrilled with Ctech's immediate response, hard work & extremely fair cost. We will definitely rely on them for all our computer issues!

We have used him several times in the last year. He has done work in our house. He also had to take things offsite and fix them for us. We have four computers. So, there is always something wrong. He is very reliable and very reputable. He is punctual as well. He certainly stands behind his work. The previous work that he did for us, didn’t work out. So, he fixed it for us, without any additional charge. There were a couple of jobs that he took a long time to finish. We had to just follow-up with him for that. We are still very happy with him and we will continue using him in the future.

He spent about 1 1/2 hrs in this repair. He was very polite and professional. In addition I asked him about a video cable which he had on supply. Also, he upgraded my RAM and now the computer runs like new.

The gentleman came out to our home and tried to do as much as he could while he was out. He ended up not being able to fix it at our home so he took it back to the store with him. He ran a whole bunch of tests and scans. He figured out what was wrong and got it up and running again. I have not had any problems since. He was very nice, friendly, and professional. I thought that the price for the service was reasonable.

Ryan attempted to diagnose the problem and repair it in my home but it appeared to be more complicated. He took it back to his shop and was able to restore to better than new. He is extremely professional, dependable and explains what's wrong and what's involved to repair it in easy to understand terms. I had used the Geek Squad once before and I'll never use them again! I've referred others to Ryan and they have been just as pleased with his work as I have and I won't hesitate to use his services and expertise again.

Ryan really knows computers and can diagnosis a problem right away. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing their new computer set up or an old computer repaired. Very friendly, professional and polite.

I was hesitant about calling Ryan(or anyone!) because I have very little knowledge of computers. It's hard for me to explain the problem or answer ?'s about the computer. I just finished talking to Dell. They said I had a virus and could fix it for $200. Of course they used scare tactics to encourage me to use their services. I called Ryan. He told me what to do with the computer until he could look at it. He immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. He installed more memory and did the above services. It was a very positive experience. I asked him a few questions about other issues and he was very helpful. I will definately call Ryan again if I have a problem. My computer is running so much better now. I have already told my friends about Ryan and would definately recommend him.

After a power surge blew out my sound card, it was time for a "checkup" of my PC. Ryan arrived promptly and conducted himself in a most professional manner. He brought both my PC and lap top up-to-date with a more secure browser and then enhanced security with robust anti-viral and anti-malware software. My PC had evolved into a convoluted maize of cables and cords. Ryan cleared up this mess; I can finally make sense of what goes where. Ryan also formatted my lap top so that I can print wirelessly from my lap top to my PC's printer; this was an outcome that I never knew was possible. I wish that I had learned about Ryan and C! Tech Solutions sooner; they are now the only company that I will use for my computer solutions.
