Todd met me out at the home and was incredibly thorough. I wanted to be taught as much about the property as possible, especially since I have no experience with wells and septic systems. Todd was very patient and walked me though the operation and care of everything in the home in addition to tagging and labeling valves I would need to use in the future. He took pictures which were part of his extremely detailed, high quality hard copy report that included a CD copy as well. The current owners of the home being inspected were being unhelpful and unreasonable. Todd brushed off their rudeness and acted in a friendly, professional manner the entire time. He was easy to talk with and made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process. He gave me the option to pay onsite through an Iphone attachment that allows you to swipe your credit card, which was very convenient. Also, he brought me some kick-a** cookies. I have recommended him to my mother and father, who are planning on looking for a home in the area in the near future.

I called TNT Inspection Services less than a week before I needed the inspection done. Todd answered the phone right away and was able to accommodate the time frame I had to work with for a home inspection. The inspection was scheduled on the day that Old Man Winter decided to really hit hard. As I was driving to the home inspection I counted over 15 cars off the highway and multiple accidents. I was able to barely make it on time to the home and just like I had read in previous reviews Todd was already there and ready to go! Todd walked through the entire house - basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic and provided detailed information of EVERYTHING. I never had a feeling of being overwhelmed with the information he was giving me because he did a great job of explaining it to me. This was my 1st house purchase and I couldn't imagine a better, easier, smoother home inspection experience. The home inspection was actually the easiest process in the whole home purchasing ordeal and I feel it is only due to choosing TNT Inspection Services. I felt like I was being treated like a human being and not just "another home buyer". Todd provided a binder filled with his inspection report at the end of the inspection and within a few days later I received the photo CD in the mail from him as well. Very professional and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend using TNT Inspection Services to anyone that wants a 1st Class experience at a very cheap price!

Todd met myself at the home that I'm in the market to buy. He was on time, very professional. He walked us around the house and show me his recommendations of what needs to be done in the near future. ie tree branches need to be trimmed off the powerlines and away from the house at least 10ft. He did a very in depth inspection of the entire property. He showed all the questionable items that need to be addressed. If I had a question at that time, he took the time to tell me about what was going on with the item and his recommendations on how to fix or replace it. Then he sat me down with and wrote out a full report with pictures in a very professional binder. He gave me his card and said any time down the road I had any questions that I could call him to ask. He made me feel comfortable to the point I could ask him any question (even dumb ones) about the house and he was very knowledgable in answering them. Plus the cookies are really good! Thanks Todd!

I called Todd on pretty short notice as the home buying experience can happen very fast. He accommodated our schedule with no problem. Todd did a very thorough job on the home, well and septic inspection. I was basically joined at the hip with him for the entire inspection process. He took time to answer all of my questions and by the end, I felt more educated about the home we were buying. Todd provided a very professional report and a cd with a ton of pictures. Also, Todd pointed out some areas of the home that needed some attention. With this information, we were able to successfully negotiate concessions with the seller. I needed a bull dog to go through my foreclosed house and Todd did the job. TNT took hundreds of pictures and gave me a detailed written report. TNT has also been very willing to answer my questions via telephone even after the inspection.
