Description of Work: I had a new microwave installed that involved changing the cabinet size above the installation due to the larger size of the new unit. An efficient and cost effective solution was presented and executed. Very pleasant.

Description of Work: I called them to get a quote. I told the woman that answered I worked close to home, so if they were in my neighborhood I could come home given 10 minute notice and meet them any day. She told me no we needed to schedule an appointment, Tuesday at 12:00, no problem I said. On Tuesday about 15 minutes before the appointment I got a call saying he was 15 minutes behind schedule, can we meet at my house at 12:30. I was already at home but an hour lunch is not a problem. At 12:45 I got another call saying he was still at least 15 minutes away. Fortunately I have a job, unfortunately it isn't so flexible I could sit at home all day waiting for them to show up.
