Description of Work: The sales person made presentation in a professional manner without any pressure and respected our need take some time to weigh a decision. The price was less than we expected, and the installers in turn were on time and efficient in their work. The quality and ease of operation of the windows turned out to be as described.

Description of Work: The estimator came on time on Feb. 18th. When he arrived, I told him that I would not sign any agreements on that day. He said he understood & the company only wanted to please the customer. He proceeded to measure my windows through the blinds. I asked him when an estimate would be ready. He said he would contact me in a couple of days.This is April 1st & I am still waiting. I will be using another conpany for my windows. Very disappointed to say the least!!!
