Description of Work: We had all our windows replaced. We REALLY agonized over this project - got 5 estimates, which was such a big pain, but the 5th one was the charm. And we still agonized. Tony, the manager, had the patience of a saint. He was always available, always took our phone calls, answered all our questions, let us go over the color choices several times, and even sent a crew member to our home a second time to re-measure to make sure our inside-mount blinds would still work with the new windows. Going into this project we were still very nervous about how it would come out. Chris and his crew were fantastic. They were very professional, did a great job on the install and cleaned up well. The finished product is beautiful. Now we're sorry we didn't include the doorwall in the project. When we get ready to have it done, we won't have to go through all the brain damage of all those estimates. We'll go directly to Weathergard.

Description of Work: They never came out to give a quote. Their policy is both home owners need to present. "For a Quote"???? Not signing a contract to order, a "quote". My wife and I moved on to other window companies.......

Description of Work: We had Weatherguard install 7 windows in our house. The installers did a great job with installation and trim work. We are very happy with the purchase. My only request would be that they clean them after installation.

Description of Work: We had insulation installed in our attic, including various seals put in to eliminate drafts and had foam blown in the space between the house frame and the top of the basement. The sales rep Brent Ramsey was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation was done well and fully cleaned up. At the very end of service, there was a slight mishap where the installer broke the glass shade of a pendant light in our stairwell. The company came out and installed a replacement fixture at no charge.

Description of Work: They replaced most of the windows on our upper level. There was some confusion about scheduling, but the sales person was very responsive, and the work crew was excellent. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. The windows seem to be of very good quality, and they look great!

Description of Work: The salesman was 2 1/2 hours late for the appt and that was after 4 calls to find out where he was...excuse after excuse. When he got here he addressed me as 'sweetheart'. The windows were just ok, nothing special. He said we'd get a reduced rate if we left the company's sign in our front yard for 90 days. We went with another company.

Description of Work: They came and within 3-4 hours they installed 10 window, bow window, and patio slider. They were very professional and respectful. The only thing I did not like is we did not get an itemized bill as to the cost of each window and how much installation was. I love my windows. It has help keep our house cooler in the summer. We have not went thru a winter yet.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows and 2 slider doors. The windows/doors were original with the house (18 years old) and had multiple issues. Quality of their products and installation was top notch. Our neighbors inspected our new windows and signed up to have theirs replaced by Weathergard also. Wish we would have done the project BEFORE suffering through this brutally cold winter......

Description of Work: We are in the process of replacing all the windows in our house. So far we replaced 1 large picture window, 2 regular size windows and 2 sliding doors. They did a very good clean job. They were very professional. Cleaned up very well. I hope to finish the house off this summer.

Description of Work: Weatherguard replaced 7 windows on the first floor of the house. The installer was unprofessional and took twice as long as planned. There was lots of stress but ultimately I was happy enough with the windows. I was able to get a 5% discount as a result.

Description of Work: Refused to quote the job unless my wife and I were there. Absolutely would not meet with me without my wife. I will not subject myself to that type of sales tactics.

Description of Work: They put new windows in throughout the whole house. They put in 8 windows and 1 sliding door and it took them 1 day. They did a great job and they look great.

Description of Work: They did my roof and gutters. Overall a nice job, but there was some confusion between the salesman and the install crew about specifics of the job. Quick and efficient; a little messier than I would have liked.

Description of Work: We had a complete tear down for the house and garage, three roof vents installed, and new gutters on both, plus a new roof top for a sun porch. | |The contractors that came were great, answered many of our questions, got the work done quickly, and left behind no debri(the clean up was spotless). | |I dont know if I hould mention the contractors, but I will: Grants Seasonal Essentials (roofing) and Allied Gutters. I would recommend all three companies as they were very helpful to us.

Description of Work: Replaced all the windows in the house, plus added a garden window. Work was done in one day. Weathergard has a sub contractor (crew) that does all their installation. They were polite, professional and down to work.

Description of Work: Demonstrated product,spoke about the company,and submitted a bid on replacement windows, which was accepted. However the project will take 6 to 8 weeks from signing of contract to install of the windows. A 30% up front cost was required to formalize the contract.
