Description of Work: We had six basement windows replaced. Since the house is 40 years old, we had to order the windows in the right size. After they were made, they were in within two days. J&E also trimmed the outside of the windows. Friendly, professional,and prompt.

Description of Work: jeff replaced my side entry and 2 screen doors. he did a great job! quick response, always in time and fair price. After installation, the screen door locks did not open w key. he came back out in timely manner and replaced. i'd hire them again in second :)

Description of Work: Went with J&E based on favorable reviews on Angies list. Great price on front entry door and 2 panel shutters. Top notch inistall quality. If I had to note a fault it would be that Ed could have been more organized with his notes. I needed to repeat myself, provide clarity, on more than one occassion. On the other hand he was very accomodating when meeting up. All in all though a great experience. Would do business with him again.

Description of Work: Installed entry door and storm door. Had to have them come back out twice to make adjustments to storm door, but it got completed to my satisfaction. Final product looks good and functions as intended.

Description of Work: They replaced the front and back door and a few screen doors. They also replaced the seals on our basement door. This was all done in one day and I actually had to ask the man to take a break because it was so hot out.

Description of Work: Had a total of 5 doors installed. 3 were entry and 2 were interior doors. Work was done over a period of three days. The installer was very professional and cleaned up after each visit. What impressed me also was that the owner came out twice to make sure the interior door measurments were correct. The 2 interior doors were not your standard size and had to be adapted to the location. The exterior doors included jambs,molding, storm doors, and paint. The front door was a major item including a side glass panel and the installer put it in perfectly. I will not hesitate to contact this company again.

Description of Work: I had purchased some Sunrise vinyl windows from John's Weather-Seal in Farmington Hills. That experience was so unpleasant that I will never deal with them again. One of the windows cracked, so I contacted Sunrise windows directly and they directed to J & E Installation. Ed was very helpful, I provided him with the window order number. He ordered the window and when I picked it up from him, he demonstrated how to change the cracked window with the new window. Ed was very pleasant to deal with and he saved me the cost of ordering a replacement window. Pleasant and professional service is always greatly appreciated.
