The handyman never showed up. He left a message with phone number at 10:30 am, but didn't answer when I called at 3 pm and 5 pm.

This was a slightly unusual job of mounting several large monitors next to each other in an office. HandyPro's team helped me to plan which mounts were needed for the monitor types I had, and how they would go up on the wall, and at a reasonable price. Everything was performed as promised. And afterwards, given the relative difficulty of this mounting job, there was a minor complication that was promptly and very professionally corrected. Would definitely hire again! And I love the monitor layout!! It's extremely functional and looks amazing. 😊

We had a great experience with HandyPro! Our handy man was Mark and we will request him in the future, he was great! He was friendly, worked quickly and did a fantastic job on all our projects. The price was very fair and we will recommend HandyPro to our friends and family.

Went with them based on how prompt their initial response was and declined another company coming out because handypro indicated they would be done the day after the other company would have been able come out for the estimate. Didn’t show on the day scheduled to show up. When I called he indicated an emergency came up but the job would be done within a few days. After those days past I called again and was told it would be 2 more weeks. Again I understand that things come up and other jobs had been scheduled. When he arrived, the quoted price had almost doubled from what had been discussed and agreed upon. After 3 weeks waiting for the job to be complete, I did have him complete the job but I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had the full service done for our leaking window over a year ago. There was two options that were presented to me. I chose the most expensive to ensure we fixed the issue. It didn't work, and I paid again to have an adjustment done. The last service seems to have made it worse. I was told to contact you when it was raining so that we could scope it. I have never been able to get anyone out, and I have been trying for over a year. The leaking water has continued to cause more water damage.

Frustrating ... I contacted them twice, once via email and once by phone, all to get an initial quote on how much this service would cost. They insisted on needing to come to the house for an estimate, during "normal business hours", which means someone like me (that works) likely has to take two potential times off work (once for the estimate, and the second time for the work). I've read good things about them, but it's hard for me to want to hire them when this is a requirement.

Very well. They had the project completed in less than 2 hours.

Great. The technician named Matthew Hairabedian was professional and polite. We had a problem with a light fixture and he worked on it until he got it right. He called to tell me that he would be a few minutes late which I very much appreciated.

The work was done on the date and time scheduled. The technician was efficient and professional. I was happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them.

Went well and work was completed on a timely basis. Will was very professional and confirmed that the work was completed to my satisfaction.

I needed the work done quickly on a home I was selling . I found the process they use to secure jobs fairly drawn out You call, they set an appointment time, someone comes out to look at the job, then they email you an estimate, then you have to call back and set up another appointment for the work to be done. when I got the gentleman there the work was done quickly but I found a corner completely missed and had to call the contractor to come back and had trouble gettiing that done quickly.I had to wait a couple of days for that person to have "time" to come back .I had already paid and was no longer living in the home as it was on the market,so I had to arrange my day to be there to let him in, The work was done well the process was very annoying to this customer

I hired Mike Fry to come out twice and work on two separate plumbing projects. We needed a leaky toilet seal replaced, an outside spigot replaced and a new spigot installed. His quote for both jobs was fair and accurate. Mike was knowledgeable about what was needed to fix our problem, using our parts when possible. He was on time, courteous and left the work areas clean when he left. I would hire him again!

Joe Kawula has worked on our condominium for the past ten plus years and most recently today (5/3/18). We are always in awe of how skilled Joe is - no matter what the job is. Joe also knows exactly what I like as far as materials go and does the heavy lifting with shopping and choices that best suit our home. I cannot say enough good things about Joe. He is professional, timely and always in "the zone" when working. We would be lost without him!!!

We have used Handy Pro Plymouth many times and it's always a pleasure. We always ask for Vern and found him to be very responsive, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company.

It went very well. They were quick, punctual and clean.

He quoted me $600 and the bill ended up being $1100. He never gave me a receipt which made me feel something shady was going on. He could see that I am severely disabled, but he left me a huge mess to clean up in my bathroom including having to clean out the toilet which was stuffed with papers. He ruined some of my bath facilities by leaving plaster all over them which was also very inconsiderate. I will not recommend him and will never use his services, again.

They've been out several times. We're very pleased with the tech they sent out. We always ask for the same one. His name is Steve. We've never used any of their other techs, but we're very happy with Steve. We had a coupon that HandyPro had sent me, so I believe the total cost came to about $175. Based upon our experience with Steve, I'd say A overall. We'll use him in the future.

Fireplace looks great. They did a wonderful job

It was OK.? He did a pretty good job.? He scratched my hard wood floor.? He had tools and everything that he put down and for the most part he was putting something soft down I guess but when he got his tool kit or whatever I noticed that he put in my living room floor. I wasn't happy about that.? I wasn't trilled with it at all that he scratched my hard wood floor with his tool kit.? The price was fair.? It was actually the cheapest of all the estimates I got from everybody else.? I'm pretty pleased with the job that he did.? He called me quick.? Not only did he call properly, he was able to do it the same day.? I don't know if I would use them again because he did scratch my floor.

They weren't too competitive with their price.

Called them and was assigned Mark. He was scheduled to come out and fix some siding. On the day he was supposed to come out he called and said he was running late...no biggie as I had taken the day off from work for him to get the work done. He did ask if I would send him some pictures of the work I wanted done and he would text back a estimate in 20mins. I did so. It's been 3 days and I've never heard anything back yet. Not a good service...a complete waste of my time.

Jaime Marnom was efficient and prompt to respond to my needs, even though i'm going to need a different type of service. They were very helpful. Punctual and thorough.

They did a good job. I would use them again.

It was good and bad, I guess I would start out by saying. They were very responsive. They came out and I talked to the owner about the different kind of services. I asked for plumbing and a very efficient plumber came out. He did a great job. For the job I had him to begin with it only took two hours, so I had another hour left. I said I would?get back with the owner when I had figured out what I wanted to do with the other hour. When I tried to call him back his phone was disconnected. I tried emailing several times and it never came back on.?I never go a response. So basically I had an extra hour. I mean it was a three hour deal and I only got two hours, and I can't get hold of him. The experience was great. I just could not get hold of him.
